Awesome stay! Literally no complaints. The happy hour was wine only but everything else was great!!!

We had a problem which was reported to the front desk. They responded promptly and resolved it satisfactorily.

Breakfast is good. Front desk staff are not very friendly. Bed is not that comfortable.

Great hotel

The stay was okay. My husband and I had an event to attend to, so we were only there one night. The room was clean, but there was possibly a sewage issue in the bathroom, due to the smell from the shower drain. It smelled like sewer. We were only there for one night and didn’t have time to bring it to front desk attention due to the time we got checked in and the time we had to leave out for the event. They have valet parking, and it takes about 15-20 minutes to bring your car around. The continental breakfast was nice. Our table was dirty from the last group that sat there. We asked one of the workers if they could wipe it down, and you can tell they were not thrilled to do it. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I wouldn’t mind staying again. I’m pretty sure if we had time to go back to the front desk and mentioned the smell, they would’ve accommodated us. We didn’t get back from the event until a little after midnight, and all I wanted to do was get cleaned up to rest.
