We stayed on Sunday and Monday nights . The parking lot was empty when we arrived, apparently they often sell out over the weekends because they have a venue for weddings and conferences. We had the hotel to ourselves! It was clean, quiet, and has a full-service restaurant where we enjoyed a great breakfast both mornings. The staff was great, and even after a big weekend, the hotel was spotless and ready for guests when we arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a pain to use the pool. You had to sign up on a time slot ahead and then walk to the front desk in you pool clothes to get a key card to use it for the time you selected then drop it back off after. Mist places you just use your roomnkey card. Also the restaurant was much more expensive then it needed to be.

Out-of-the-way find: Close to SEPTA transportation, quite good restaurant & bar, warm, helpful staff. A conference and event venue, so very quiet between bookings. Dining on the garden terrace was a delight!

I liked that the hotel is literally connected to the reception hall at which my gala was held. The lobby area with bar at the hotel section was shockingly ordinary uninspired, given that the catering facility is attached to the lobby. The lobby felt cold; no warmth or creativity. Just functional. If you’re stranded in a storm, no other place open, stay here. Bar service friendly; bar crowd friendly locals.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was less than welcoming. Having to deal with her several times during our stay, she was rude, short and not friendly. We found a pair of dirty underwear near the bed, which is completely unacceptable. If my kids could find them, there is no reason a cleaning crew couldn’t find them. I had to call several times for towels, which never showed up. We also didn’t have our room cleaned 2 days in a row, which we asked to have cleaned multiple times. Again, the cleaning crew skipped our room. We witnessed a child vomit in the pool area, the next day and day after that, it was still on the floor, so the pool area is not being cleaned either. The breakfast area was dilapidated and dirty, there was no way I’d even let my dog eat there. We will not be returning, and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Very clean place overall. Staff was friendly. Room equipped with safe/microwave/mini fridge/Keurig/free wifi. All of the things I look for when I book a room. Hotel had a bar/restaurant on site (did not use) Supermarket less than 10 minutes away. Super convenient. Would book here again.

The only thing that bothered me was that the tub diverter for the shower malfunctioned. You could only get about half the water to go to the shower head. A lot of water kept flowing to the tub spout, so showering was difficult.

Great property tucked away from the main artery of the city. The hotel was modern and felt comfortable. My only gripe was the air conditioning which was inconsistent temperatures. The thermostat had a low battery notification on it that should have been changed before I arrived. Me and my family endured a room that went from warm to ice cold to hot. In the middle of the night the entire system shut off. When taking a shower the water did not fully drain from the tub until the shower was over. Sloshing around in water while showering is only fun when you're 5 years old. Other than these two issues I was pleased with my overnight stay. If I was staying multiple days these issues would have had to be addressed.

I did NOT like the placement of the bed lamps. There were two BETWEEN the two beds. the first time my wife and I have ever slept in separate beds, since we both read before sleep. I did not like that on/off switch required us to get up out of bed to turn off the light switch. The master switch is an interesting way to reduce costs, but it was unnecesarily confusing to use. The $12 breakfast was not availible, cost a bit more. All other facilities and services were excellent/

Everything was perfect about our 6-day stay and we'll come again. Hotel was quiet and clean. Our suite overlooked a running brook and mountainside. Staff was excellent, although the front desk is not manned all day. It took 2 minutes for the water to run hot in the bathroom, but that was a minor problem. We loved our visit.

It was wonderful. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful. The one afternoon girl, her aura is one of a kind and makes you feel welcome. Food at the bar was delicious, worth the price ! Take a walk near the creek, it is beautiful and peaceful at night time.

The room and hotel condition was excellent. The issue was there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. Unable to travel home due to distance, we were forced to keep our reservation. The room was super clean and comfortable all the way around. My concern is the hospitality of the staff. There was little to no niceness from a single staff member. In fact upon arrival, the young woman who should have been at the front desk, was sitting in a corner on her cell phone and never noticed me standing and waiting. The staff here is incredible when it comes to accommodating guests & genuinely just being friendly. There was an initial mix-up with our reservation which was quickly resolved by the hotel manager, and our party had a room immediately. The area is pleasant, quiet, and everything within the hotel smells & feels very well-kept. Would certainly come back if the occasion called for it!

Very nice hotel that I'm guessing was remodeled at some point. Lobby is beautiful and rooms were comfortable. Staff was nice. I especially liked the bed. A little off the beaten path, but just fine for us with a car to get around. Will stay again if we come back.

Really enjoyed my stay. My room was spotless and comfortable - everything looked new. The staff was friendly and efficient - they helped me resolve a billing issue (my fault - I used the wrong credit card to make the reservation and had to switch) and were clear and professional at every step. Safe neighborhood (important for a woman traveling alone). Plenty of parking, but also just a block from a trolley stop so easy access to downtown Philadelphia or the western suburbs with or without a car. Would stay again.

Great hotel. This will definitely be our go-to when traveling to Philly. Depending on traffic it's 35-50 minutes to get to downtown, but the price is much better than closer options. The rooms were clearly very new—no noticeable flaws in construction anywhere, remarkably clean, extremely comfortable beds. As with all hotels I think the bathrooms could've used an extra towel bar or hook or two, but that's literally the only negative I could think of. All-in-all a great find.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We selected this hotel because it’s approximately 20 minutes from Subaru stadium. We were pleasantly surprised to find it nestled in a small suburban area which felt really safe. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking and the hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We only stayed one night and the restaurant/bar had lots of guests. We did not have an opportunity to dine at the restaurant but we will the next time we stay. Fantastic find!

This is a hidden gem. It is clean, appeared recently renovated, and the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. It is a bit out of the way and lacks the conveniences of Center City Philadelphia. However, it is a tolerable 30-minute taxi or Uber away from the city center. There is a nice restaurant and bar with an ok breakfast. It's helpful to know that there are limited (no) dining options between 11am or so and until 4pm when the dining room opens.

The room we stayed was spotless clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel's restaurant. Enjoyed the food, although was little on the pricy side.
