The bar service was extremely slow and someone was barely at the front. Breakfast option extremely limited. The Microtel in Toronto area had better options . Also, the pool was extremely cold that no one wanted to sleep in it

On réserve pour profiter de la piscine. À notre arrivée, (15h30) elle est fermée pour traitement. Il nous faut attendre son ouverture à 17hrs. Même chose le lendemain matin. Elle doit ouvrir à 9 hrs et là, on nous dit que cela va aller qu’à 11hrs. Je suis désolée mais faites l’entretien et la maintenance de la piscine de nuit!

The hotel is great, very nice breakfast is included, as well as parking. We have an incident with the pool as they added the chemicals during the morning hours and the warning sign was not visible and we ended up in the pool, they came quickly to let us know, but still I will just recommend to do the treatment during pool closing hours.

The environment was warm and welcoming as was the staff. The amenities were also great. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, waterside and services at the food area. Having a shuttle to the airport would also be a nice addition. Thank you had a wonderful stay and will be back !!!

Very clean. Well kept. Free breakfast. Staff could be better. 1 day no towels given. 1 day no coffee supplies given. Need better ventilation in pool area as chlorine smell is overpowering.

When we went to our room, the bed had blood and it wasn't clean. In the morning there was no breakfast as promised in the charge for the room.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. A suggestion is to make sure that there are enough towels and face cloths for the number of guests staying in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask for these items every night of our stay. We were also surprised that our room wasn’t tidied and restocked during our stay (ie. toilet paper) even though staff came in to empty the trash.

The AC unit was very rattly and loud even at the minimum fan level, the sheet were rough and gave me a rug burn after turning a few times, the room was very cramped and there was not a lot of room to move around

The rooms and bathroom in the room was smaller than normal. It was perhaps about 250 squre feet. Hence, I guess that is why it may be called "Micro". However all the amenities were there including the unique waterslide in pool area which the kids liked. The included breakfast offerings were good although it can get quite crowded. Overall, not a bad stay from this modern but smaller hotel.

Very loud can hear children running in the hallways and slamming doors early in the morning. First night had to move rooms as people were banging on the walls so they moved me to another room which was nice. Also, my bathroom door was not working properly.

Nice mini gym. The stationary bike is broken. I didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub, but it was a lovely and simple hotel. Everything about it made sense. Bathroom is awesome. Would definitely go back. Only drawback was it's near the highway, but they provided white noise speaker. Cool breakfast!

Leur check-in est très efficace, simple et expéditif. Cela est apprécié après de longues heures de conduite. A notre arrivée la chambre est dans un état impeccable. La clim est cependant très intense, et nous avons dû l’ajuster, ce qui a pris une heure pour faire effet. L’autoroute est très bruyante, jour et nuit. Le système de suppression du bruit ne suffit guère a nous le faire oublier. Une meilleure isolation des fenêtres serait utile. Un très bon rendement qualité-coût en général.

This hotel is located adjacent to a major freeway, so the traffic is very loud!! A noise machine was included in the room in hopes it would detract from the road noise at night, but it was not very helpful. We requested a room on the back side of the hotel for our second night, and they were able to accommodate us, which was MUCH better noise/wise. Take that into consideration if you book here. Beds are very comfy. The breakfast included is large and delicious!! There are restaurants just down the road that don't requre you to access the main highway. Very convenient!

I really appreciated the daily housekeeping and services! 5/5. The breakfast was 5/5. Only thing that I didn’t appreciate and found to be extremely disappointing was the check in time flexibility. Front desk staff was asking for extra charges just to check in early after a delayed and long flight. Another thing is a lack of shuttle services to and from the airport. Overall, my rating for this hotel would be 4/5.

This property was booked, as previously in the past, for a business trip in for my husband. Due to travel restrictions in the US others who where to attend the meeting could not make it so it was cancelled last minute. We spoke to the hotel and then again tried with Expedia's help to get a refund or even a credit as he travels here regularily. The hotel was completely dismissive of the situation and we were charged for a room that was not used. POOR repeat customer service. My husband will not be using this hotel in the future!! Their loss in the long run.

When we arrived the tv wasn’t working very good I finally went to say something the night before we left and the not so pleasant worker behind the desk said there is nothing he can do there is no maintenance people in the evening so we will not be able to fix it until the morning so all night with 2 kids and nothing to watch. When I mentioned it to the manager in the morning didn’t seem to care and offered nothing to say sorry about the situation and the ruff stay fur 2 days. We have been here before and enjoyed it but not this time rude service and management not any better

The staff is useless and the Wyndham CSRs are even worse. I left my glasses in the room and have called over 12 times. NO ONE RETURNS THE CALL!! No one even has the decency just to say “no we don’t have them” We’ve left multiple messages and then reached out to corporate…who if you’re going to call…be sure to have a translator…because there’s NO chance you understand the rep and visa versa. We’ll NEVER stay at any of these properties or affiliates again. Which is sad, because the accommodations were absolutely GREAT!!!

I love how they tidy up our room and replenish our bathroom everyday. The breakfast was limited but still filling before you start your day. The only problem here was the transportation, so if you don’t drive you’ll have to walk along the highway to go to the plaza. And all the way to back with all the trucks for Tims and the bus stops.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff were nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the highway and I could hear the sounds of the cars, while sleeping and people smoking weed in front of the entrance and the smile of weed coming into my room, it was so strong but beside that it's a nice and friendly hotel and everything is close by.

This hotel is great on paper but it's missing something, apart from the 2 older staff members, none of the staff smile. Breakfast was served with everything paper, paper plates, paper cups, wood utensils, have you tried eating a bowl of cereal with a flat wooden spoon? Why am I eating breakfast for 3 mornings with disposable everything? No waffle station and instead a container of pancakes which they just put on the counter, nothing to keep them warm. Out of orange juice, they don't refill fruit or yogurt. They have 2 coffee both of which are dark roast...should have at least a light breakfast blend. Pool is wonderful but 2 days of no towels...my shower towels were taken and never replaced so I couldn't take a shower on our last day and my son didn't have a towel to dry off with at the pool. On the subject of towels, could they get any smaller??? I had a room for 3 people, didn't have kitchen necessities for 3 so had to call down, did t have 3 bath towels so had to call down again. They say they have electric chargers for cars but I never saw it, a car had an extension cord plugged into the side of the hotel. We stayed at the Home2 Suites next door and that had everything this hotel was lacking, warm and friendly atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, clean and full amenities...the only thing they don't have is a slide.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super welcoming and attentive. We had a fun time at the pool. The included breakfast was very good and the food at the bar/lounge was great. We loved that the room had a noise machine, which definitely helped tune down the noise, but during the night, you could barely hear the traffic anyway. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

The desk manager our first night was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Some variety would be nice. Perhaps the addition of potatoes? The room was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra blanket and pillows.
