The first room was terrible. Hot Hotels.com shows all these nice balcony rooms. Then they stick us in this room with the window to the hallway. So we asked for an upgrade and how much it would cost. They told us an extra $10 a night. We said fine which got us a room with a balcony. Great. The shower was absolutely disgusting. It may feel dirty being in the shower. You couldn’t use the safe. The room was just kind of generally dirty. The bed had burn holes in it and a couple of. I’m sure they were dead. Bugs but bugs. I know there’s bugs in tropical countries, but not right after you. Clean the bed. We spent an entire day, searching other hotel rooms to see what we could get Because we were just grossed out by the condition of the hotel. The buffet/restaurant/bar was never open. It was only open for breakfast and then they close the doors at 10:30 and it was in general. Just probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at so far.

El hotel como tal esta muy descuidado, empezando por las barandillas de las áreas comunes con mucho polvo. En apariencia la habitación se veía bien, pero cuando quise lavarme las manos se me mojaron los pies porque la tubería estaba suelta y agua del desagüe caía derecho a los pies, la ducha estaba tapada, por lo que al bañarme el baño se inundó, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, por suerte había ventilador y para completar la puerta de la habitación no tenía forma de ser asegurada por dentro, así que si alguien tenía una copia de la tarjeta podía entrar sin problema, esto me hizo sentir insegura en el lugar.

Llegamos hacer check in nos entregan la habitación y solo dejamos nuestro equipaje y al llegar luego no tenía toallas la habitación y habían cucarachas nos cambian de habitación y su ducha estaba roto y habían cucarachas vuelve y nos envían para otra y estaba súper bien pero el agua en la ducha no bajaba hablé en el counter y rápido resolvieron el problema deberían fumigar y tener sus habitaciones listas y limpia llegamos muy cansado y moverte por tres habitaciones con tus pertenencia fue muy agotador

This property was actually pretty neat and they were quite excellent for such a cheap cost. I would recommend it as they were very clean and attentive. Breakfast was nice as well.

Não foi dentro do esperado, o atendimento por parte dos colaboradores foi péssimo, mesmo conversando em espanhol fluente, tinha alguns que não entendiam ou fingiam não te entender. Ao chegarmos ao Local nos cederam a chave do quarto e o mesmo não havia sido limpo, estava com os lençois desarrumados, sujo, nos causou um constrangimento, já que estava com meu filho de 8 anos, e todos ficamos impressionados com a bagunça do quarto, logo me passaram a chave de outro quarto e pra minha surpresa esta nas mesmas condições, todos constrangidos fomos levados a outro, que estava limpo, no entanto, ao invez de mais uma cama de casal havia um sofá cama. Televisão tive que aguardar um funcionário sintonizar dentro do quarto e depois conseguimos nos acomodar. Boa vontade por parte dos funcionários, mas pouca eficiência. Cafe da Manhã estava bom, serviu para descansarmos, mas não volto mais.

Do not stay at this hotel, when my husband and I got there, the reception desk informed us that the air conditioning in our room was not properly working, we asked if there was another room available and only one of the light bulbs in that other room turned on, however, the AC did not turned at all. They gave us another room and while I was taking a bath, a hotel staff knocked on our door saying they made a mistake by giving us that room and that we needed to get out of it because its guests have arrived in the hotel. Expedia tried to contacted the hotel and they either did not pick up the call or just said there was no one that speaks English, Expedia also tried to contact the owner and he never responded. We have to leave to a different hotel almost at 10pm . They never apologized for their horrible treatment, in general it was a terrible experience!

Things I didn't like were that the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold and back every 5 seconds. The water also smelled weird when you first turn it on. I was only given one towel for 2 guests, and there was only one thin bedsheet and not blanket. The AC didn't really cool the room down.

No me gustó que no se especificará que la "ventana" era al interior del edificio. Lejos de ser atractivo, me pareció inseguro. La ventana estaba a nivel donde alguién podría haberse metido. El corredor principal era muy oscuro, con nula ventilación.

Todo el personal nos atendió de manera increíble. Si quieren economizar este hotel para mí cumplió mis expectativas, lo malo que yo veo y no es con el hotel es que varios tours que realice con mi familia indicamos donde estábamos hospedados pero siempre se iban por los hoteles all inclusive o un punto intermedio pero de ahí en fuera todo bien

Ao chegarmos ao Local nos cederam a chave do quarto e o mesmo não havia sido limpo, estava com os lençois desarrumados, sujo, nos causou um constrangimento, já que estava com meu filho de 8 anos, e todos ficamos impressionados com a bagunça do quarto, logo me passaram a chave de outro quarto e pra minha surpresa esta nas mesmas condições, todos constrangidos fomos levados a outro, que estava limpo, no entanto, ao invez de mais uma cama de casal havia um sofá cama. Televisão tive que aguardar um funcionário sintonizar dentro do quarto e depois conseguimos nos acomodar. Boa vontade por parte dos funcionários, mas pouca eficiência. Cafe da Manhã estava bom, serviu para descansarmos, mas não volto mais.

Room smells like smoke. AC smells moldy. There's no hot water. The "continental breakfast" is a sandwich and a cup of juice. The area around the hotel is suspicious at best. Witnessed at least three drug deals in a 10 minute window at night, and two the next morning. We chose this as it was closest to the resort we would be staying the next day, but if I had to choose again, I'd just pay the extra day at the Resort. Would not recommend.

The first room was terrible. Hot Hotels.com shows all these nice balcony rooms. Then they stick us in this room with the window to the hallway. So we asked for an upgrade and how much it would cost. They told us an extra $10 a night. We said fine which got us a room with a balcony. Great. The shower was absolutely disgusting. It may feel dirty being in the shower. You couldn’t use the safe. The room was just kind of generally dirty. The bed had burn holes in it and a couple of. I’m sure they were dead. Bugs but bugs. I know there’s bugs in tropical countries, but not right after you. Clean the bed. We spent an entire day, searching other hotel rooms to see what we could get Because we were just grossed out by the condition of the hotel. The buffet/restaurant/bar was never open. It was only open for breakfast and then they close the doors at 10:30 and it was in general. Just probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at so far.
