El hotel es antiguo y el edificio muy bonito, frente al cerro Santa Lucia cerca de metro y Alameda. Es tranquilo y el personal muy amable y respetuosos. Tiene lo justo y necesario para una estadía por salud o trámites. No hay aire acondicionado ni desayuno, pero me entregaron agua caliente para prepararme mi mate en la mañana y tarde.

O hotel fica localizado numa excelente região de Santiago, servida de comércios, transporte (especialmente metrô), opções de lazer e turismo, como por exemplo o encantador bairro Lastarria e suas opções de gastronomia. Fomos (casal) bem atendidos pela equipe, mas o quarto em que nos hospedamos possuía problemas significativos. Trata-se de um prédio antigo e, ao que parece, com pouca manutenção. Havia rachaduras nas paredes, móveis antigos e gastos. Banheiro pequeno e pouco confortável. Além de TV, o quarto possuía ar condicionado, mas sem frigobar. O wifi funcionou muito bem. Para quem busca preço baixo, boa localização, e utiliza o hotel apenas para tomar banho e dormir, essa é uma opção aceitável.

É um hotel q eu não recomendo a ninguém p se hospedar em Santiago. Tirando a simpatia dos funcionários, nada mais vale a pena no hotel: embora seja bem localizado é mto destruído, precisa de mta reforma, não tem Wi-Fi no hotel todo , não encontraram minha reserva q foi feita e paga há 6 meses da data do check-in . O elevador parece ser mto perigoso pois funciona sem a porta de dentro , não dá p entender , o banheiro é uma piada pq tem uma banheira q só cabe a pessoa sentada além de ser extremamente escorregadio e perigoso . As fotos do site são enganosas, são totalmente diferentes da realidade. Mto feio, mto acabado, com aparência de sujo. O chão do quarto faz barulho qnd pisa. Mto ruim msm. Uma pena pq Santiago é bem legal mas infelizmente esse hotel não somou nenhum ponto positivo na minha viagem.

A estadia fica localizada ao lado do Cerro Santa Lúcia e Metrô. As instalações são antigas, porém atende um curto período. A equipe da recepção muito educada. Porém um ponto importante deixar registrado é que na verdade o “HOTEL” funciona também como “MOTEL” o que deixa a experiência constrangedora. Durante a noite muito barulho nos corredores por parte dos colaboradores da limpeza. Som alto nos quartos. Banheiro (banheira) não acessível para crianças ou idosos. Não recomendo a estadia. Não registrei fotos pois a experiência foi decepcionante.

Facilities are lacking. No duvet at all during the winter only a blanket. Staff are nice however do not speak English so you need to brush up on your Spanish if you want to check in or need anything. Area is good for La Moneda Plaza de armas and Cerro San Cristobal/ Lucia. Noise was constant. Garage outside hotel that beeps for 30 seconds every time it’s opened which is constantly.

The hotel is more like a motel, my room had red lights and mirrors in the ceiling and walls, I was looking for a nice room to sleep and the room was not great. The bed was in terrible conditions, the same with bedsheets, towels and bathroom. Also the WiFi didn't work during my whole stay. It is Just a place to sleep if nothing else is available.

I’ve stayed in hotels, airbnbs, and hostels in over 20 countries and this was the filthiest place I have ever stayed. There was long black hair on floor and on bedding, the curtains were musty, there were even dirty handprints on the white bathroom door. The shower is smaller than a coffin, was very difficult to get clean. Additionally the property says no smoking but it smelled strongly of smoke. They try to make it look like a cool historic building and added some colorful LEDs and mirrors to give it an upscale vibe, but it truly is as poor quality as you can imagine. Very old mattress you can feel the springs pushing through. STAY AWAY.

Ziemlich dreckig. Im Bad und auf der Bettwäsche fremde Haare und Dreck. Das Fenster konnte man nicht wirklich schließen. Die Lage ist super, der Rezeptionist war sehr nett.

I would never stay there again and would not recommend it. It was filthy, towels stained, used soap bar left in the bathroom. I requested new bedding and towels which I received but when I started changing it I was appalled at the condition of the mattress. This whole place needs to be renovated and upgraded. It is really, really bad. 😞

Ao geral e pelo preço é um quarto ok, mas é um predio muito antigo, precisa de muitas reformas, principalmente no banheiro; A porta não fechava totalmente e tinha rejuntes quebrados/faltantes. O quato em si tem paredes muito finas e era desconfortalvel ao mais anoitecer por barulhos dos hospedes visinhos. Muitas vezes acordava de madrugada por ruidos altos.

Close to metro station and Plaza. Cool markets around. Neat lift, relatively sizeable room even if weirdly shaped. Really good shower. Only found 1 electrical outlet in the room, hidden behind a curtain and well away from the bed. Not great when trying to charge your tech and look things up. Friendly staff, not much English but chirpy and happy to help.

Gostei muito da localização do Hotel ,fica bem em frente ao ponto turístico Cerro Santa Lúcia,o pessoal da recepção são receptivos,e funciona 24 hs ,o ruim foi que não tem café da manhã,mais próximo tem uma padaria muito boa San Camilo,uma delícia as coisas. Os quartos do 3: andar são reformados estão bem novinhos .Eu gostei

É um hotel excelente, com TV a cabo, ar condicionado, aquecimento! Me surpreendeu de forma positiva, foi uma estadia excelência!!! Quando voltar a Santiago novamente me hospedarei no hotel Intimo!!!! Check in with Valentina was wonderful. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. Loved my room with the huge bed & window overlooking a park & gorgeous building. Perfect location in the historic district. Lots of hot water, too and wifi worked great.

Close to metro station and Plaza. Cool markets around. Neat lift, relatively sizeable room even if weirdly shaped. Really good shower. Only found 1 electrical outlet in the room, hidden behind a curtain and well away from the bed. Not great when trying to charge your tech and look things up. Friendly staff, not much English but chirpy and happy to help.

O hotel fica localizado numa excelente região de Santiago, servida de comércios, transporte (especialmente metrô), opções de lazer e turismo, como por exemplo o encantador bairro Lastarria e suas opções de gastronomia. Fomos (casal) bem atendidos pela equipe, mas o quarto em que nos hospedamos possuía problemas significativos. Trata-se de um prédio antigo e, ao que parece, com pouca manutenção. Havia rachaduras nas paredes, móveis antigos e gastos. Banheiro pequeno e pouco confortável. Além de TV, o quarto possuía ar condicionado, mas sem frigobar. O wifi funcionou muito bem. Para quem busca preço baixo, boa localização, e utiliza o hotel apenas para tomar banho e dormir, essa é uma opção aceitável.

El hotel es antiguo y el edificio muy bonito, frente al cerro Santa Lucia cerca de metro y Alameda. Es tranquilo y el personal muy amable y respetuosos. Tiene lo justo y necesario para una estadía por salud o trámites. No hay aire acondicionado ni desayuno, pero me entregaron agua caliente para prepararme mi mate en la mañana y tarde.

Love the location, and it was a very affordable deal for a single bedroom with a private bathroom at the heart of Santiago. It is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, with many buses passing by. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is only a 10-ish minute walk to the art museums as well. It is located next door to the park with an amazing skyline view. I highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget who would love to explore Santiago.
