Last year the pool was sparkling clean and lovely. This year, no!, I wouldn’t even consider going in. I think the towels were pathetic this year, and the bed poor. Won’t be coming back

Super nice people and very friendly. I always come here just to get away for a night. Pool is always clean and available. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed was soo soft a bit uncomfortable you sink in and covers are so thin . when we got there no remote for the tv but they came and brought us one and programmed it again super nice. The other thing was that we got locked out because the door knob was kind jammed and had to ask for assistance but again they came to the rescue and helped us out. Service is wonderful for a better esperience but for the rest you can’t complain for the price and deposit.

You arrive at the property and there’s a sign on the door that says go next door to Richard’s motel to check in There they demand $50 cash This place is one big rundown filthy place with rude customer service The parking is terrible as well. I saw cars trying to maneuver around the tiny space and hit other vehicles. This is a stay away “motel”

I liked the pool (well-maintained). I did not like slipping the key through a stained plexiglass, (bullet-proof?) Hole in the window with bars, the CA$H Deposit and receipt scam they were pulling on the unsuspecting 'out-of-towners' the area had some street people that lookef kind of scary, too.

Absolutely charming hotel and grounds, very nostalgic feel. Very clean room and a great value for the area. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had our own private patio! Wonderful nights sleep!!! Our check in host was very kind and helpful.

I felt safe in my room, well lite at night. Parking was okay. No deciptive fees like a resort fee, which others motels charge👍 It's a little archaic to collect a $50 cash deposit when credit cards offer tap to pay. too much paperwork for checkin. Overall a okay value for the money.

Dirty. You go to the motel next door to pick up keys to a room that smelled like pure mildew. Come to find out, the shower leaks all over the bathroom. It's the titles not the curtains. Why are we still doing curtains in showers, in public (motel) areas?

The shower was disgusting. There was hair on the wall and what I hope was shampoo or conditioner on the walls. I would never stay here ever again.

Not as advertized when booking. Very old, several things diddnt work. Never got any services for thw room for 1 week, no clean towels trash taken out ect. Forst day our ac went out and our outlets and 1 of the lamps didnt work. Moved to another room, shower was moldy, outlets only work with jiggling cords around. I super flat pillow for each of us. Room is extremely tiny.

Inside the unit was nothing like the photos advertised. We still stayed as the staff was very nice and provided us new sheets. The price is very cheap, so we didn’t ask for refund or anything. 1) stained sheet 2) two pillows for one queen bed 3) very old interior, maybe from the 50’s 4) hair everywhere on sheet, bathroom, etc. 5) towels and everything was well equipped 6) no hairdryer or iron/iron board 7) very loud during the night due to main road right in front of the building 8) you can hear next unit’s every movement and TV sound 9) must pay CASH ONLY deposit 10) free parking!

The pics on the site show the basic room having the mini-kitchen but of course it didn’t and not even a coffee pot or hair dryer. All in all it was fine, but not a great or extra good kinda place.

The photos are very nice and the pool area is indeed lovely. The problem is we were not given a room there. We were in the back area and the room itself had an odd smell (mix of smoke and strong cleaning agents). The TV remote did not work so you7 had to turn the tv on and off and change channels on the TV itself. The room layout was odd - large "closet" between the bed and bathroom but no hangers. The towels had the consistency off sandpaper. The shower was actually new and had good water pressure but the bathroom itself was old and dingy. Bed was good and clean but light shining in from outside made it hard to sleep despite the blinds.

Very bare bones room. Uncomfortable bed with lights on outside the room all night and loud traffic noises all night. Paper thin walls with noisy people in the adjacent room. I couldn't sleep at all. Not much for the price I paid.

Front office staff is terrible I understand is a busy time during the holidays but for a hotel costumer services is required and the need either to care more or at least to get trained. There was a couple who checked in before us and returned complaining their room was not ready (it was about 5:15ish already) it was dirty and the answer of the gentleman was you either leave it or take it but there’s no refund. Basically the guy had no option and it was treated very rude. We were there for 6 night we got 1 toilet paper roll and when we ask for more they wanted to charge us $5 per roll. Excuse me?!?! The signs said they speak French and Spanish when a customer asked the lady at the front desk she said I don’t so use your translator you are in America.

Arrived to this location and it seemed okay! The lady at the front desk could not give me the correct directions and how to check in. I was able to check in 15 minutes later. The room is exactly what is listed on the website. The water pressure suck. Be prepared to make a cash deposit of 50. too many homeless people around the area. My stay was okay for what it worth.

The shower had hair from the previous renter. The window doesn't lock in the rest room. We had to go purchase a product to make sure an outsider can't get in due to we were on the bottom floor. Sheets were dirty. I had to purchase my own bedding. Definitely can tell this is were the prostitutes and pimps do their business.
The shower had hair from the previous renter. The window doesn't lock in the rest room. We had to go purchase a product to make sure an outsider can't get in due to we were on the bottom floor. Sheets were dirty. I had to purchase my own bedding. Definitely can tell this is were the prostitutes and pimps do their business.
