Only downside was that the main pool was undergoing repairs but not a busy time so easy enough to get round the smaller pool. Apts clean and have all the facilities you need and a lovely reception with helpful staff. Really close to the Main Street of Adeje and about 10 mins walk to the beach.

Fabulous location and great pool area with large poolbar and daily entertainment . Apartment a little tired but plenty space and lots of storage for 3 adults. Returning in November but unfortunately having to stay elsewhere as this fabulous complex is full.

Lovely place to stay, with a kitchen and balcony. It was kept clean and tidy and was in a good position. The car park at the rear is open for all, so if you drive you’ll be unlikely to find a space before 4pm, so if you go out for the day ensure you’re out ALL day. My room didn’t have air conditioning which was disappointing but it had a ceiling fan and that kept the room cool enough.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable but that could be my preference, the apartment was also at the top of a hill incase people struggle with mobility. The large pool was also closed for renovation works, we managed to get a sunbed around the small pool but I suspect people will struggle in the busier months. Close to bus stops and the reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would stay again !

Decent enough property. Good location, pool very busy, got to get up early to reserve a sun bed even though there are signs saying this is not allowed. In general it was ok but nothing great.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff very nice and location good. Very handy for everything and lovely view. Just one niggle was that all it was the usual problem of people putting towels on the sunbeds first thing even though they were not using them. We only managed to get sunbeds one day. Not a huge problem as we don't tend to lay about all day by the pool but it's irritating when people reserve beds and don't use them.

Well unfortunately my second week there was ruined as I got bitten all over with bed bugs, had to go to hospital it was so bad, doctor said I had to stay out of the sun so was in room for 5 days, couldn’t wait to get home, don’t know who is to blame for this happening to me.

Fantastic stay at Garden City. Studio apartment (1010) was spotlessly clean and had everything that we need for our stay. Our veranda as a sun trap in the afternoon. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean but complex is in need of revamp. Towels and bed linen clean but worn. Staff very helpful and polite. Slightly stressful as no code was sent for key safe as we arrived out of hours. Security guard could not help us but emergency number on reception door gave the code.

Imposible dormir hasta las 2 de la madrugada que cierra el bar karaoke de ingleses de abajo, la música a todo meter, horrible horrible pero horrible experiencia, fatal descanso, nada de insonorización y los ingleses dando voces por el micrófono hasta las dos de la madrugada, si queréis un sitio tranquilo donde descansar este NO es nuestro lugar, además tienes que entrar a partir de las 4 de la tarde y el día de salida es antes de las 10 , no lo recomiendo en absoluto, insufrible estar tres días sin poder dormir y descansar

Was surprised at the size of accommodation, with a lovely sized balcony with sea view. Balcony has wind down sun shades too. Looked like ours had been refurbished recently & bed mattress was firm & comfy. There was no air con in our room, there are apartments with it in though. We found the ceiling fans worked fine with our balcony doors & bedroom windows open, even in the heat. The apartments are situated with bars and a few restaurants outside (Chinese, Spanish, Italian, kebab) and within walking distance to others, as well as San Eugenio shopping centre. If you want to be close to beach, this apartment is a good walk up/down hills to get to it. The main pool is closed for refurb. Due to open 30/06 but no chance of that from our view! And the main pool closed was a peaceful morning on the balcony for us! On site ‘supermarket’ has everything needed & was cheaper than the hiperdino chain one down the road (mercadona is best in the shopping centre). The 2

Las camas no muy cómodas, el complejo está un poco deteriorado. El apartamento nuestro daba para la autopista y el ruido prácticamente no deja dormir. Los ventiladores de techo ayudan, pero con el ruido que hacen no se puede soportar, mejor apagarlos pero el calor es insoportable. La limpieza bien. Y la ducha sale agua abundante. El baño no está cómodo muy cómodo y necesita una reforma.

I got a very good, clean and comfy apparment on the secound floor. Frendly staff and all was clean and nice outside. It had basic kitchen equipment and i got sunbeds on the balcony. It had no aircon, but ceiling fans in the main room and the bedroom. i actually i got cold one night a needed to turn it off. Got 30gb data on the wifi, litle strange in 2024? You need a seprate key for the uper pool (20 euro deposit) Its not a 5 star hotel, so a litle tierd appartment, but they made the best of what they goot. I had a fantastic week her, and hope to be back.

Solid all-round, particularly when considering the price. My only real complaint is that the pillows were very big, hard and uncomfortable. I wasn’t impressed with the mattress either. But perhaps other people have different tastes.

Hice una reserva a través de hoteles.com, se me cargó una parte del importe total en octubre24. Cuando hemos llegado nos querían cobrar la totalidad de nuevo, lo cual me he negado hasta que no comprobaría con hoteles.com y con el banco que ese importe inicial realmente no estaba cobrado. Fuimos 3 días, el segundo día conseguí hablar con hoteles.com (que me fue muy difícil) Ellos después de la comprobación (que les llevo su tiempo lógicamente) me dijeron que comprobaría con el banco con el cual hice el pago. 3 día: consigo saber el número de tarjeta, todo esto estando en el loro parque, cuando llegamos al hotel nos damos cuenta de que nos han cambiado la cerradura y nos han dejado una nota que llamemos a un número móvil. 21.00 de la noche. Nosotros en la calle y con alguien que había entrado a nuestra habitación sin permiso. Conseguimos estar con la persona que tenía la llave de esa nueva cerradura. Llegamos al acuerdo de que yo le pagaba (de nuevo) la primera parte de la reserva que ya había pagado el 26 de octubre y que cuando tendría el justificante bancario se lo enviaría y el me devolvería esa parte de la reserva. Al final hablando se entienden las personas pero hubo unos modales horribles y nos chafo las vacaciones a toda la familia. Por otro lado la habitación estaba muy bien excepto porque no ponen gel ni champú y porque los colchones son durísimos

The rooms are pretty tired, think there’s some that have been renovated. The pool was being updated and the smaller pool was really appropriate for my small grandchildren. Commication was good tho, using WhatsApp is very efficient! Location is perfect, within walking distance to attractions and beach! Would stay again if the pool was up and running and better room !

Nuestra estancia fue en general positiva y con buena relación calidad-precio. El apartamento estaba limpio y resultó cómodo, siendo el baño lo más flojo y sin gel de ducha. El complejo está bien ubicado, relativamente cerca de la playa y junto a muchos restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas para turistas. La zona de la piscina era agradable, disponía de bar con terraza y precios muy asequibles, aunque resultaba difícil encontrar hamacas libres y muchas eran viejas e incómodas. Valoramos positivamente que nos permitieran entrar poco antes del check-in y dejar las maletas al llegar. Nuestra estancia fue en general positiva y con buena relación calidad-precio. El apartamento estaba limpio y resultó cómodo, siendo el baño lo más flojo y sin gel de ducha. El complejo está bien ubicado, relativamente cerca de la playa y junto a muchos restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas para turistas. La zona de la piscina era agradable, disponía de bar con terraza y precios muy asequibles, aunque resultaba difícil encontrar hamacas libres y muchas eran viejas e incómodas. Valoramos positivamente que nos permitieran entrar poco antes del check-in y dejar las maletas al llegar. Was surprised at the size of accommodation, with a lovely sized balcony with sea view. Balcony has wind down sun shades too. Looked like ours had been refurbished recently & bed mattress was firm & comfy. There was no air con in our room, there are apartments with it in though. We found the ceiling fans worked fine with our balcony doors & bedroom windows open, even in the heat. The apartments are situated with bars and a few restaurants outside (Chinese, Spanish, Italian, kebab) and within walking distance to others, as well as San Eugenio shopping centre. If you want to be close to beach, this apartment is a good walk up/down hills to get to it. The main pool is closed for refurb. Due to open 30/06 but no chance of that from our view! And the main pool closed was a peaceful morning on the balcony for us! On site ‘supermarket’ has everything needed & was cheaper than the hiperdino chain one down the road (mercadona is best in the shopping centre). The 2

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable but that could be my preference, the apartment was also at the top of a hill incase people struggle with mobility. The large pool was also closed for renovation works, we managed to get a sunbed around the small pool but I suspect people will struggle in the busier months. Close to bus stops and the reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would stay again !

Endroit très bien situé . Appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé. Personnel agréable. Faire attention car l’appartement peut se trouver à côté d’un autre en travaux. En effet, ce sont des appartements hôtels dont certains appartiennent à des particuliers qui y vivent . Seule déception, on a pas l’impression d’être en Espagne. Forte communauté anglaise avec pub etc

We had a lovely stay here, it had everything we needed including an oven in the kitchen! The pool bar even had gluten free bread for fry ups which was lovely around the pool. I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location and great pool area with large poolbar and daily entertainment . Apartment a little tired but plenty space and lots of storage for 3 adults. Returning in November but unfortunately having to stay elsewhere as this fabulous complex is full.

Accomodation was lovely, in the heart of Adeje. 10 mins to Las Américas & 10 mins to Fanabe. Lots of restaurants nearby, and beaches. Only one slight negative, not having air conditioning but other than it was lovely.

Stayed in a self catering studio apartment 3012. Toaster, Oven/Hob, microwave, kettle and large fridge with a small freezer section. 32” TV with some English Channels BBC1 &2 ITV1/2 BBC News & Sky News. Very clean. No air-con only a ceiling fan. Some apartments I believe have air-con which you have to pay more for. House-keeping every 3 days if you are staying more than a week unless you pay €8 a day extra for daily service. Safe in room again extra at €2.50 a day. There is a book swap area in main reception along with luggage room & courtesy rooms. Very popular pool area with a pool bar which is reasonably priced. Plenty of bars & restaurants very close. Don’t expect an early night as the next hotel has entertainment until 11pm. Would be ok if it had aircon but had doors open due to no air-con. When doors are shut it is very quiet. Great location for getting around island 10 min walk to interchange bus station or 5 min walk to local bus route stops. Buses are very frequent but don’t always expect a seat as they can be very busy. Bus travel is very cheap & even cheaper if you have a Ten+ card which you pre pay on.
