Great studio suite, equipped just like home. Be prepared for city noise. Unescapable, really. The gym was massive and having a co-ed steam room was amazing. The semi-rooftop pool and hot tub were a treat after a 20K step day.

There was inadequate temperature control in the room - very warm. Had to keep windows open and have front desk supply fans. Hot tub was not operational 2 out of 3 nights we were there. Dissapointing. Otherwise everything was fine.

Very nice and clean. The only thing is the outside area and pool have limited time. They are opened from 10 am and I wish it could be open from 6 am. We all need to have fresh air early and I swim in the morning at the start of my day and I have requested from guest service to accommodate that, they never get back to me..I was disappointed.

Perfect location for exploring Vancouver by foot. The hotel was clean and the staff were happy to assist with any extras required (ex extra coffee pods/towels/directions). The rooftop pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect way to unwind after a day out exploring.

Good location, good apartment with all necessary amenities But there are no stairs so you have to wait for the elevator which is very slow and doesn't tell you where it is Quite weird for a hotel to not have accessible stairs Good gym inside

The front desk staff were incredible and epitomize customer service. Love the gym. My son said it was the best hotel gym ever equipped with squat racks and everything you need. We loved having a rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Minor things: washer and dryer a bit finnicky and same with the dishwasher. Area has some homeless people but not majorly different from other parts of downtown. Overall amazing!

The property is clean and huge, dully functional. Location is great and nearby restaurants and walkable to train station. The only issue is lifts were broken and only 1 is working causing soem delays whole day with visitors traffic amd housekeeping carts.

Great location (easy train from airport but can get a bit noisy) with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. However, other guests were having access card issues which slowed down the check-in process. Room was okay except the bed was too large for the bedroom so the door couldn’t close which defeated the purpose of paying for a separate room; duvet was too warm even with all the windows open in November. Single-use toiletries rather than refillable made the unit less eco-friendly and the shower curtain smelled mouldy. Balcony wasn’t private.

The amenities are great at this property, especially the gym and pool area. I appreciate that it’s Vancouver so you can’t expect very spacious rooms but the rooms here are smaller than usual for a Vancouver hotel. The cleanliness is also questionable as the curtains in my room had very suspicious stains on them 6 inches away from the bed. The customer service is also very slow. I had booked a room for three staff and only got towels for two. I called multiple times and it took over 1.5 hours to get it.

Love staying at Level, I’m just hopeful they keep up on maintenance over time. Notices warped and molded wood underneath the sink. A lot of the lightbulbs were burnt out. Stained carpet. Warped floor paneling. They also upgraded our stay to a two room suite but that had a double bed in one room and two twins pushed together in the other room. A bit odd. Love the hotel, and the ability to basically rent a small apartment, but just hopeful they keep it up long term.

This is a hands off hotel experience. Excellent amenities, especially the gym. Great location. The only thing that could be better is the air conditioning system, it was difficult to keep the room at an optimal temperature.

Really nice accommodations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location for access to food and entertainment. My only suggestion would be that they update their mattress to a hybrid. It was too bouncy for my taste.

We loved everything about our stay here except for the beds themselves. We chose this place as it was a relatively long-term stay for work so we loved the idea of having a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, etc. And the place was awesome for all of those reasons. But the mattresses just weren't very comfortable. I highly recommend that Level upgrade their mattresses or puts some memory foam or mattress toppers on some of the old mattresses to improve the quality of the sleeps.

The staff are great! We were able to get parking long before our check-in, which was very convenient and well priced. The room was spacious, bright and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect temps, even being out doors. TV was large but a little complicated. Still found the playoff game we wanted. All in all a great stay in a great location.

Loved the central location and the small hot tub and pool and the bbq area. It is noisy when you don’t stay higher up given the traffic and busy road outside. Spacious rooms allow for a good stay but in both 1 bedroom apartments we stayed in (changed after the first night ending at 6am due to the street noise) small maintenance could do well to maintain the lovely apartments. Staff were friendly and slightly later checkout as well as getting common area access for a shower when leaving late was super helpful.

Not impressed- would not stay again. Nothing made us feel valued or a guest. check in 4pm - check out was at 10 am. Items in the unit didn’t work efficiently however my main complaint was lack of customer service. I felt like an inconvenience. At one point a guest relation put her hand up to me to be quiet.. I’m pretty chill but I wouldn’t fiend $350 to feel like a piece of $hit.

Was not impressed by service. Attempted to reach hotel staff on two occasions - texted and called and received no answers. Only one elevator was working and had to wait 20 minutes for it. When we were leaving - the people picking up the towels for cleaning had parked their truck in front of the exit and had multiple containers across the exit so we had to wait. Definitely not worth the price

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The building is in a safe, quiet, and very walkable neighbourhood with lots of dining options nearby. The suite was spotless and having a full-size kitchen was a huge plus. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic, though I didn’t check out the gym or steam room. I also really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower – a nice touch. A couple of small misses: no complimentary water (still or sparkling), and no coffee creamer provided (powder or half & half would have been nice). Overall, an excellent choice for an extended stay or anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location.

Stayed here mostly for the gym, which didn’t disappoint. Very much an apartment away from home. Super spacious room, full living room, dining room and separate bedroom. Didn’t love that the bathroom was next to the door and a good 20 feet from the bedroom, but otherwise nice setup. Note that there is no toiletries other than the tiny little ones you’d find in a hotel that’ll last you one shower, but they don’t replenish as it’s not serviced. Immediate area is okay, but 2-3 blocks out get pretty sketchy - lots of drug activity, so be aware of that if you have kids. Otherwise, nice property, good apartment away from home if you’re doing a longer stay.

The staff were amazing--friendly, helpful, fast! The recommended a stellar sushi restaurant. It was a clean and beautiful property. Aside from the fact that are a couple "unsavory" looking establishments across the road, the hotel is in an excellent location--just a couple blocks to Davie Street (which is full of pubs/eateries and leads to Stanley Park). It's also close to shopping on Granville.

Very nice place with great amenities-rooftop pool, hot tub and deck with grills and lounge chairs. Nice layout with big tv's, big closets and comfy furniture. Kitchen and laundry in the unit. Super friendly staff all around - walkable to groceries, wine store and restaurants! It is not inexpensive but you get alot for your money. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was fantastic - everything you need, well maintained and very well appointed. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We didn't have time to use the gym but that also looked excellent. There's a great local shop so it's easy to get food to cook. It's a 20min walk to Canada Place. Staff at Level were great and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this.

Excellent place to stay in Vancouver. Could walk everywhere. Supermarket only 25 metres away was very convenient. Nathalie (Reception - hopefully got her name correct) was lovely & checked us in early which we appreciated after such a long flight.

Exceptional service, staff, location, and amenities. The apartment has good kitchen supplies to cook or heat takeout. walk in closet is great to store luggage. Washer and dryer is a major plus. Nestor’s grocery 1/2 block away. Cruise port 10 minute ride. Apartment very well maintained .

We just spend a girls weekend at Level Vancouver in June. The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a one bedroom with sofa bed in the living rm for 3 ladies and it was awesome. The staff are excellent and responsive. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is clean and private. The pool was 85F and clean. Towels are provided for around the pool. There are 2 BBQs and they are clean and great to use. We could walk everywhere. Loads of great restaurants within a 10 min walk. There is a grocery store- Nester's, a Starbuck's and a liquor store within a 2 min walk. AC in our room was great too. The fridge is not a standard size but is also not a mini fridge, it was perfect for the 3 of us. Rm also has a freezer great for ice. The unit had a washer and dryer and iron, but we did not use any of those items. Coffee maker was a Keurig and there was a tea kettle. Beds and linens were great. Only suggestions we would make is another set of towels for the 3 of us would have been helpful and instructions on where to take the waste and recycling when the bins in the rm get full. Great place, good value. You won't be disappointed.

Loved the Level. My husband and I were in for a couple of days in Vancouver. The location was great! We walked everywhere. Lots of dining choices close by and short distance to the waterfront. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless. We will definitely be back!
