Noe Acre - 3 Bedroom Cottage - Tenby

Nice house, lots of space and good location just outside of the main town area, very quiet despite the walk in hospital over the road. Having a parking space was a bonus but not next to the house, but only caused an issue with the double yellows outside on arrive and departure. A few bits of maintenance needed, outdoor areas need sweeping and weeding. Some leak marks in the upstairs bathroom ceiling and damp stains, and drain smells from the 2nd bed shower room. Basin trap in the shower room has a leak in the cupboard. Lovely kitchen area and cosy lounge. Some minor things needed like locks on door from twin bed into main bathroom, mirror over shower room basin and a hook in the separate toilet to hang a hand towel. And definitely need to put thumb turn locks on the doors, especially the main escape route, given no fire door on kitchen too. The front door handle is quite loose. Other than that, enjoyed the place, just wished the weather had been kinder!!
