Beautiful hotel in a great area of the city. The room was clean and the complimentary minibar with water and nonalcoholic drinks was always full. Very convenient location for walking and also for access to the Metro. The snack area from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am is a great feature.

The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, beds were just made, decorative pillow and covers were thrown on top of the closet after the first day by the cleaning service and never put back on the beds. Fridge wasn’t always restocked with drinks, we had to call and ask. Elevator was broken for 2 days, we stayed on the 5th floor, and after walking exploring all day it was a complete nightmare to have to go up 5 floors. Open bar had much better snack options last year. Not sure if the owners changed or what happened. But I would not stay again after this year.

Surprised by how up to date the property was and nice benefits of stocked mini fridge with water. Very clean and would recommend. Close walk to major shopping and close can to major sightseeing. Metro station pops out right in front of hotel.

The room was okay. I requested an upgrade due to my gold status and was told it was likely for the last four nights of our six night stay...the desk attendant had told me he would place a hold on an upgraded room for us but when I went to confirm on the day we were to change rooms I was told the hotel was fully booked so I did not get the upgrade. Also, we had to request a light bulb be changed in the bathroom as one was burned out upon check in. It took four requests to finally get the job done.

Great stay at this hotel, the staff are lovely and helpful, it’s spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Free mini bar and snacks in the foyer are a very nice additional touch! Definitely recommend this hotel.

I travel to Paris frequently for work, and use hotels.com, and the hotels are "predictable". The 123 Elysées far exceeded expectations. Very updated decor. Large bathroom. Great breakfast. Free water and soda minibar. Large elevator. Convenient to many excellent restaurants. Starbucks across the quiet street. And fantastic staff.

Zeer mooi hotel in uitstekende omgeving. Helaas wel gehorig ten opzichte van de kamer naast ons. We konden letterlijk het hele telefoongesprek wat ze iedere avond had volgen, ook wat de andere persoon tegen haar zei. En in de ochtend haar alarm inclusief snoozen. Buiten dat was het een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

The hotel room is very small but pretty clean. I was required a quiet room, but the receptionist gave me a room right next to the wooden stairs way and the elevator. I woke up every early morning since 4:30am to listen all the steps noise and people’s talking. The hotel was full, a receptionist was trying to help me but she couldn’t……

The room was spacious with high ceilings and view of the Eiffel Tower! It might be the only one room with that view, so ask if the attic room is available - you will not be sorry. Nice, clean and big bathroom. My only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable. Neighborhood had lots of restaurants; good, but expensive Italian restaurant right next door. Julien cafe (turn right when getting out of the hotel). Refreshments and use of toilets (2 pm to 2 am) are available for all guests at all of Astotel locations (17!) in Paris, so it's very useful when you walk all day and you find yourself far away from your hotel. Ask the reception to give you the list. I will definitely go back to that hotel.

It was a first trip to Paris and we weren’t prepared for such a wonderful experience. The staff were happy and friendly and the service exceptional! We took a side trip to London and stayed at a five star hotel that frankly didn’t meet the quality and service Le Hotel 123 provided. Clean and exceptionally quiet rooms located in a great central location. What more could one ask for. Tip: get the breakfast package. It’s well worth it! Definitely the place to stay if you’re heading into Paris.

It was a great experience. The online check in was easy andonce at the hotel, the check in process was seamless. Showed my passport, credit card and I was on my way. Marina was amazing! The room was clean and nicely appointed.

Wonderful stay here! Got upgraded as a VIP member to a bigger room and some cute macarons to welcome me! Friendly staff and lots of free perks including the minibar. Location is great too, right near a metro stop and you can walk to champs elysesses in 10 mins! Highly recommend!

The room was okay. This is my third visit to this hotel. It is in an excellent location near the metro and easy walking distance to the Champs Elysee and Eiffel Tower. The complimentary drinks and snacks are a bonus after a long day exploring!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is the perfect place to stay while visiting Paris. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the service is amazing and you are within walking distance of everything. We loved having a bakery right next door where could grab fresh croissants every morning. The metro stop is 2 mins away and we could easily access anywhere is Paris by walking or taking the metro. I will be back again and have recommended this hotel to all of my friends and family.
