Location is excellent. The elevator lift is right outside the hotel. The washer/dryer has a monitor system via the television.

部屋に備え付けのシャンプーやコンディショナー、ボディソープはミキモト。 必要な物をフロント階の棚から持って行く仕組み。 化粧水・乳液やメイク落としや洗顔料等はポーラ。 入浴剤もバブ。 アメニティは何も持って来なくても不便に感じません。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切です。

Stayed here for a week during our time in Tokyo! They have the best vending machines on floor 7, washing facilities that are convenient and clean on floor 8 (can also monitor the time left on your machine from the tv monitor in your room), and the floors above the reception desk (located on floor 3) were locked for security and could only be accessed with a key card so very safe! The area nearby has plenty of great shopping as the Sky Tree and mall are across the street and is an easy walk through an intersection. There’s also a great grocery store owned by the hotel across the street with plenty of options even meals! There’s a great revolving sushi bar downstairs on floor 2 with delicious options and was easy to get in and out. So much to see and do and we got a room with a view of the Sky Tree which was particularly beautiful to see at night when it would be lit up with gorgeous colors! Such a great hotel and the breakfast was super cheap to add to the stay and it was INCREDIBLE! Tempura, curry, soba noodles, yogurt, fruit, pastries, SOOO MANY OPTIONS! The staff was great and they also offer luggage storage so you can leave your bags until check in or even after check out to explore until your next destination. Also they offer free amenities for your room at the reception desk like toothpaste and brush, headbands for washing your face, wash cloths, cotton pads for makeup removal etc!

Front desk was friendly but forgot to mention that there is laundry and ice machine on the 7th floor. Laundry machines take forever to dry. Needs improvement. Location is fantastic and convenient as grocery, malls are nearby and skytree is only 3mins away.

Hotel amenities

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Right next to sky tree town and direct train to airport is super convenient. Breakfast was tasty. One thing I like to mention is that you can check the status of the coin laundry machine from the tv which makes it stress free. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to go up to the terrace for a nice view and great photo spot of the skytree.

Spotless room, lovely breakfast with a view.

Two small cockroaches were found near the cupboard in the first day, and a median sized cockroach was found on the cupboard on the third day. The cupboard was dirty with a layer of dust. I informed the staff when I checked out, she seemed no surprise on it.

Room is clean, food is decent at comfortable bed

The hotelnroom wasn't cleaned too much, so thwre was a lot of dust. The hair dryer was covered with dust, so it didn't work well. Even c9ckroaches came out of the pillows and walls, so we changed rooms twice. I don't want to recommend this hotel.

Close to train station, mall and grocery store. Sky tree is just across the street, and that’s the view from our room. It is clean except the shelves above the refrigerator. It was dusty as well as the percolator. Bed is hard and uncomfortable.

Spotless hotel but rooms were on the smaller side for Japan. Not a modern as some of other hotels. In convenient location.

The room is very small and the restroom is useless. The sink of the bathroom is inside the room without seperating the room and the sink. The shower and the bathtub is next to each other. The look of the bathroom reminds me a hostel more than a hotel. The position of the hotel is perfect with easy access to subway.

Location was excellent for our purposes. The room and facility was very clean. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with many options, great value “Air conditioning” was a fan that didn’t work very well and room was exceptionally hot so it was difficult to sleep. And even though Expedia says a 16 year old is a child, the hotel doesn’t. Wouldn’t let us pay an extra fee to have another “adult” in room - had to pay for an additional room even though stayed with us.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff are always friendly. Hotel is kept very clean. Rooms are larger than most business hotels. Great view of the Sky Tree.

C’est la 2ème nuit que nous passons ici et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages entre 2 réservations pour pouvoir aller une nuit à Kamakura. La chambre était confortable mais plus petite que la 1ere nuit et cette fois impossible d’ouvrir les 3 valises en même temps

Room was quaint with a little sitting area by the window with a view of the Skytree! Room was clean, beds comfortable. Nice location right by the train station and many eateries and convenient stores. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall, an excellent stay!

駅近でわかりやすいし、部屋からスカイツリーが目の前に見えて最高の眺めでした！朝食も種類が多くて楽しめました。小学高学年の子供2人を含む4人で利用して、部屋のサイズは少し狭いですが、ベッドはちょうどいいサイズでよく眠れました！ また次回も利用したいです。

Great location, just outside the Oshiage station and stunning Skytree view from room. The Solamchi shopping complex offers everything. Would definitely recommend!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms. There is a mall and groceries around she area and most important thing, there is a subway station just outside the hotel.

Ok. When we arrived at the hotel. The manager wanted us to get a different room for my daughter because she is no longer a minor and cannot stay with the 2 adults. To make a story short .we ended up paying extra $250 to keep the room the originally reserved for us .

The staff were super professional and kind. Front desk is always well staffed! They accommodated my request with a room in a higher level facing skytree. Location is amazing... Esp the skytree mall!

我在这边前后一共住了4个晚上，很好的体验。旁边就是晴空塔，这个不用说有多好的景观了。有个LIFE超市，这个不用说有多好买了。楼下就有全家，对面就是松屋。交通，这个是王炸，不用说有多方便了。酒店里面设施设备早餐都很赞，小朋友说来日本的这几天的酒店里最喜欢就是这家了。他可以在晴空塔下吃MOS BURGER, 还有一群小白鸽来陪吃。可惜没尝试楼下二楼的寿司店，下次来一定试试。

Likes: One train access to both airports. Next to Tokyo Skytree, which is a landmark tourist spot. Dislikes: Location is on the edge on downtown Tokyo. 30 min from Tokyo Station or shibuya. Staff should speak better English. One staff actually whipped out a little gadget that translates her speech into English! Get rid of the training wheel, jump into the deep end, and learn! Breakfast very sub standard. They ran out of things like milk (!) and potato salad well before the 9:30 am closing time. Have more English channels. I am not asking for Netflix, but just cnn or bbc (un-dubbed) would be nice after a long day outside. Why do they close the terrace at 9 pm? It costs them very little to keep it unlocked (I did not see anyone stationed there). It has a nice view of the Skytree which is very instagrammable. What tourist would come back by 9:00 pm? It’s a win-win to let people see the nice night view!

When we arrived at the hotel, manager told me that you need to book an another room for my son because he is aged out to stay same room. If there are any age restrictions for children they should not be allowed to book through the system.

Great hotel, if I return to Tokyo I would stay here again. Staff super nice, breakfast was great and they had iced coffee. Room had slippers and pajamas, nice tub with free amenities like bath bombs. A train elevator was at entrance to hotel making getting around easy. Sushi spot Kura in same building was great. Everything was clean and safe, sky tree area was our favorite district, weather seemed cooler than other areas in Tokyo. Check in and out was easy. Nothing but good things to say about our stay here.

Excellent option for a Tokyo visit. Literally right across the street from Skytree and the Solamachi Mall. Right at the Oshiage station which is a major subway hub for several lines so convenient to reach other parts of the city. Large multi-floor grocery store right across the street. Room space is a bit smaller than hotels in other cities but it worked for our family of 4. Staff was very helpful as well. With their personal digital translator devices and our use of Google Translate they were always able to help us with random unexpected requests - such has helping me download a 7-Eleven printer app so that I could print out some papers at the nearby 7-Eleven. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location within walking distance to train stations and shopping town, especially the SkyTree shopping centre. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location. Shopping is nearby, lots of food near the location. Tokyo Skytree is literally right there. Transportation to airport was just the train that goes straight to Narita which took about an hour or so. I would recommend to stay here, I enjoyed it overall. Our rooms were decently sized for Tokyo standards and I don't really have any complaints overall

押上駅から徒歩1分．場所は最高。ソラマチショッピングモールもすぐ。飲食店もたくさんある．スーパーマーケットもすぐ近く．羽田　成田も直通電車で便利．部屋も新しい　wifiも早い．おすすめホテルです。

過馬路就係晴空塔商場，酒店2樓就有人氣迴轉壽司，附近有開到12點嘅超市，去車站唔使1分鐘路程。房有點細不過乾淨同新。 唯一缺點係係去銀座，新宿，池袋等等都一定要轉車同起碼40分鐘車程。

Next the sky tree and train station. Station has direct train to Narita Airport which was convenient for us. Nice shops and restaurant at Sky Tree with a large supermarket opposite.

This hotel was a perfect first hotel to stay at after flying into Japan. From the Narita airport we only had to take one train to Oshiage station where the hotel and Tokyo Sky Tree are right in front of. A minute or two walk from the station to the hotel! The hotel room is very small but good enough to stay to get over your jet lags. Multiple combini within walking distance when you wake up at 3am hungry… We were there in July so constant sweating while walking around but the hotel has laundry(automatic soap dispenser) room that you can check the status of on in room TV which we really loved. The hotel has Kura on 1st/2nd floors which was amazing. From this hotel we easily walked to Asakusa via walking along/crossing over the Sumida river. After staying here two nights we moved to a Disney hotel and we just happened to find out there is a bus terminal under the sky tree that has a bus that can take us to the Disneyland shuttle stop which saved us from figuring out how to navigate the train system with all our luggage. We would stay here again for sure!

Loved the location. Just next door to Tokyo Solamachi and Skytree. Also access to the train is literally next to the hotel. There's a life supermarket as well as convenience stores very close by.

Conveniently located right next to Tokyo Skytree and right at Oshiage Station (direct using Keisei Narita Skyaccess Line from Narita Airport - about 50 min, or with one stop switch using Skyliner and switching at Aoto Station). Stayed 2 nights with convenient access to Tokyo Skytree and surrounding shopping and eating, Asakusa and Senso-ji, and Ueno Station for nearby museums, zoo, cheap street food. Reasonably priced, decent breakfast, great location - overall a very good stay.

Very nice hotel with great service. the breakfast buffet with fee but provide Japanese style food, skytree is cross the street, next door is the subway entrance, direct subway train to NRT or HND airport, or many others attractions, big supermarket nearby, better selection than convenient stores but of course many convenient stores around, my room can view skytree from the window which is so awesome.
