Easy to find and close to heathrow. Quick check in even at a busy time, nice lobby, comfy room and spacious. Loved the hoppa bus coming right outside and 10 minutes to t3. There is also a red london bus route if you dont have luggage.

Very happy that I chose this airport hotel. Took the Hotel Hoppa to get here. Very attractive lobby area buzzing with people - felt more like a resort than an airport hotel. Check in was smooth. My room had all the necessities, was clean and in good condition. I liked that one can pick up extra tea/coffee supplies at reception. The restaurant had a pleasing ambiance, a varied menu at reasonable prices and good service. Would definitely stay here again when next at Heathrow.

Great hotell, friendly staff, closeness to airport. Local bus outside the door to Terminal 2-3 and shuttlebuss to all terminals. Several restaurants inside the hotel, hotel is like a little mini-mall itself. They have vendingmachines for necessities. Very nice and clean rooms. Great value for money

Premier Inn T2&3 is a good choice for a cheap hotel close to the airport. Its offerings are basic, so you need to add 22 pounds of overnight parking fee and 6.50 of shuttle bus fee if you use your stay to get to and from the airport. The staff is very good and professional, but there were issues with the room when we entered it: the garbage had not been cleaned and the bathroom vent was not working. They quickly took care of both issues, though i feel they should not have put us in that room to begin with.

Great place when needing a stop over. Quick checkins, clean lobby, has restaurant and bar on site. Food was good. Lots of options on the buffet. Room was cery clean, beds comfortable. Not much on the TV especially for kids. Quiet and comfortable. Nothing in the area so a bit isolated if long layover. Shuttle (paid) offered to and from terminals 2,3 and 5. Would definitely stay again

Low points: the selection in the bar was feeble, (beer, gin, whiskey very limited). Why do they charge for a shuttle to the airport? Some clearer information about transportation CHOICES in the lobby, rather than all the bumff on the shuttle. (The bus costs way less and is quicker, fyi).

Took a bus from Terminal 2 to the hotel and it was about 30 minutes due to various stops along the way. The next day I took a bus back to Terminal 2 and it was about 10 minutes. Had to discover this myself, as the site was all about the parking and I didn't have a car. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great spot to stay just after a day of travel and just before another one.

Carpets and common areas disgusting. Stained and smelly. Thankfully room was not as bad as the hallways. Very basic but room I had was reasonable modern. I suspect that’s because I upgraded. Thank goodness I did.

The entire hotel smelled of the dirty musty carpet that was all over. The carpet was stained and smelly. Even the furniture in the bar and restaurant lobby areas was dirty, stained, and falling apart. This property is in serious need of renovation. The room itself was ok for one night, but again the nasty carpet was all over. The bathroom appeared to have been updated which was fine.

Good location for Heathrow, great lobby and eating/drinking/seating areas, nice areas! Room was quiet, big, modern, only quibble would be that we had very loud walkers and small kids, we think, above us and it was pretty loud, especially at 430 AM when they must have been getting ready to go.

This was a good, affordable place to stay and travel into London on the train. We are Americans and were able to navigate the bus and train around the hotel with no trouble. We loved the veg options at the hotel restaurant. The hotel vending machines had good snacks AND American electric adaptors! The hotel was quiet even when the downstairs bar was very lively. Our only critique is that the hotel wifi was barely workable.

I selected this hotel based solely on location. It is described as being at terminal 3. However, you have to take a shuttle bus or uber to get to the destination. The hotel was noisy. It sounded like kids were running around the room above us and jumping off the bed. I would stay somewhere else next time.

I booked asking specifically for a high room and a QUIET room. I paid online in full. When I got to reception, I was told I had to pay again. I was told that no payment had been made. I paid. The room had no coffee, teas, cup, saucer, spoons, no towels and it didn't look made-up. I had to ask a maid for some of these things as they were in the halls doing up rooms, the hotel was full. The noise ALL NIGHT above my ceiling was hard to believe. It was as if a JCB was driving around combined with a Clog dancing class - as well as this, there would also be huge loud bangs as though huge objects were being dropped. I sincerely believe the hotel was booked full and I was not given a proper room. I went online in my room and went to my bank and I HAD PAID $99.80. This charge had been debited from my card 2 days prior. So I had to go down to reception, show them and get them to attempt to refund the second payment they made me pay for a room which I believe SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR GUESTS. It must be under some kind of work room. I am going to demand a refund. It was imperative I get sleep as I had such a lot of travel ahead and before. Especially as I had made a specific request for a quiet room. I truly believe the Hotel was overbooked. And, my room, paid for 6 days earlier, had gone to someone else. It was awful, worse nights sleep I ever had.

I was a bit apprehensive about staying here after a bad experience at another Premier Inn, but this was an awesome place to stay at. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Lots of dining options in the accomodation, staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing was that the payment system went down at the bar so they could only accept cash for a time. The lady working at the bar was very aggressive towards customers asking how long before it was up and running, she kept telling everyone it wasn’t her fault and it will take as long as it takes. She was the one person that appeared to not like her job. Would definitely stay again!

Generic Premier Inn but being near the Airport was why we booked. Reception staff where friendly and helpfull. Had a couple of issues and were eventually moved to a new room. The overall building itself was tidy and presentable...bonus was very little noise from Heathrow airport. The area around and road system was more an issue but the Hopper bus at the door made life easier too!

i would recommend that you book this hotel ONLY if you are desperate or you require accommodation for a very short overnight stay. this hotel is far from the airport (nowhere near the terminals - 20 GBP taxi fare) and is filthy. in retrospect, i would have paid extra to stay at the hilton where they have a restaurant and would not need to leave Heathrow.

This is an airport property with not much around. I knew that going in but with my airline being on strike I needed a place near the airport. The room itself was clean, the ac worked well and outside noise was not an issue. I could faintly hear plane engines but not an issue. The corridors and elevators did require a good cleaning. Packets of sugar were on the floor of the elevator for 2 days. You must ask for service to the room ie: refresh the towels and make up the bed. We received new towels but the bed was basically the duvet thrown up over the pillow. The lobby area was good, a great coffee shop and the restaurant had reasonable prices. I would stay there again.
