This property is in the middle of Budapest and everything is accessable. The hotel was nice, keep clean and well maintained. The staff not very friendly and that could be due to the language barrier. But overall a nice hotel with lovely large rooms, all facilities you need from a hotel are there. Great breakfast offerings. An excellent gym with a sauna, unfortunately no pool. With a pool it would make a difference.

Wir haben einen Städtetrip über die Osterfeiertage in Budapest unternommen. Dafür war das Hotel mehr als perfekt und absolut hervorragend. Die Lage ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es gibt eine eigene Tiefgarage im Hotel, diese kostet ca 15 € pro Tag. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit im Parkhaus des Einkaufszentrums zu Parken. Dieses ist normalerweise etwas teuerer. Allerdings ist das Parkhaus über Feiertage komplett kostenfrei, sodass wir am Sonntag und am Samstag nichts fürs Parken gezahlt haben. Das Personal im Hotel ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber gehalten. Das Frühstück ist wirklich grandios in diesem Hotel und empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein wirklich tolles Hotel und wenn wir wieder nach Budapest kommen, dann definitiv in dieses.

Hotel is tops. Parking only available in the garage. Hard to get to the hotel by car due to huge traffic jams. Breakfast was included into room price and while looked good and had a lot of variety it was blend. Better off eating breakfast outside the hotel. Service was impecable and also very clean everywhere. Room was impecable also.

Crowne Plaza Budapest, an IHG Hotel is a very nice, clean, modern and new-looking hotel next to the Westend shopping center. The hotel offers the possibility of parking your car in the garages located in the basement of the hotel. From the garages there is an elevator directly to the lobby with the reception. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a sufficient number of towels in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and each of us had two pillows. The hotel offers both soft and hard pillows (you have to ask for them at the reception, because you automatically get soft pillows). It depends on everyone's preference what they like to sleep on. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing - a large selection of savory and sweet dishes, cold and hot drinks. The food was amazing 😋. We would stay here again just for this breakfast. However, there are two things that we did not like at all about the hotel. 1) the room was cold. The temperature could only be set on the central air conditioning up to 24°C and not higher and it had limited power. So it was colder in the room. 2) the hotel had windows that were poorly insulated and leaky - we were on the third floor and through the closed windows we could hear cars driving on the street in the evening, overnight and in the morning. The overall experience was positive, but there is a big BUT!

Heel ruime en nette kamer. Badkamer heel fijn met zowel douche als bad. Personeel was super vriendelijk, niets was hen te veel. Voor de verjaardag van mijn vriend hadden ze een attentie op de kamer voorzien. Locatie was super, in het centrum en dichtbij openbaar vervoer. De club lounge was een leuke plek om even te verpozen na een dag vol sightseeing. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader. Ik kom zeker terug!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. I’d rate this as a 5 star hotel. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. Always a smile!! The room was beautiful too. Very comfortable twin beds. Bathroom loaded with towels, etc., hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board!!

Had an excellent stay as a family with a teenager in a deluxe king room. Room size was superb even with the large and comfortable sofa bed. Extremely clean and modern, great bathroom with bath and shower. Location was excellent- joined to a shopping centre with a great selection of food options and also very easy access to metro and bus routes, perfect. Staff were fantastic, from check in, to breakfast and bag storage on our last morning. I was impressed with their proactive approach, offering to call us a taxi to the airport rather than waiting to be asked.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Not under the best circumstances as my husband and I were very ill for 3 days after we came off a cruise. However, the staff was so thoughtful and courteous. They went out of their way to bring us tea, fruit and our medication delivery. We were able to eat dinner at their restaurant and the food was exceptional. They also have a very lovely breakfast! I recommend very highly.

Overall excellent quality hotel, great service, spacious, impressive breakfast buffet. However, i was most impressed and grateful for staff kindness, thoughtfulness and truly going above and beyond for our family in a difficult situation. We had a health emergency with my elderly Mother on July 2 2025. And Crowne team who was on duty on this time was exceptional: helping us with a doctor, and paramedics visit, translation, providing us food packages (so needed as we spent all the time in emergency, arranging a deep discount for our unexpected extra 2 days of stay. The team was closely monitoring and helping us even as shifts changed. My family is forever grateful to the Crowne Plaza team for making such a difficult situation touched by human kindness and highest degree of hospitality professionalism. Thank you! We felt we were taken care of my real family in Crowne Plaza Budapest.
