Don’t have hair conditioner bottles. Don’t have enough but a minimum 1 bath towel for 1 guest.

Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The room was 3 out of 5 stars.

The rooms were much smaller than advertised. The photos made them look larger, cleaner, and more updated than what we actually received. Upon arrival, the room was cramped, outdated, and not clean. The bathroom was especially disappointing—dirty overall, and the shower/tub leaked water onto the floor. I informed the front desk and asked if a room change was possible, but they repeatedly refused, saying there was nothing they could do because I booked through Expedia, which was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. During my three-week stay, I also noticed several bugs crawling on the floor, which only added to the discomfort. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations in cleanliness, comfort, or customer service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Overall good enough for the room rate. But the noise from the upstairs party during the weekend was crazy and so much loud.
