Instalaciones viejas por ejemplo la alberca, aparte de pasada de moda , le faltan losetas y te raspas , el agua bien helada porque no tiene climatización y el jacuzzi nunca funcionó . Los acabados de los cuartos y baños viejos tmb. No hay internet en el hotel , te dan 4 conexiones y ninguna sirve . Lo único bueno es que tiene atrás una cancha de pádel y bar con playground . Mi niño se la pasó jugando ahí . Urge remodelación al hotel y que lástima porque uñes una propiedad enorme

I am sorry I really thought the hotel would be nice. But ibwas really disappointed. Restrooms were dirty. Hair behind the door and shower. Sundaybwe didnt have any hot water. Hairy mold around the shower. It was bad. Swimming pool water was green the jacuzzi had a layer of dirt. I have pictures to prove it.

Our rooms sink would leak water and make loud airy noise if the handle wasn’t in a certain position. The bathroom had some moldy areas and the pictures should what would be a mini split type a.c. To which there was none in the room. Staff were easily available and helpful when needed.

Muy cómodas las camas y muy limpia la habitación, lo único que no me gustó fue que las cortinas no fueran blackout ya que entraba mucha luz a la habitación, también algo que no me gustó, fue que limpiaran la habitación mientras no estábamos, ni siquiera preguntaron y pues teníamos todas nuestras pertenencias, no nos robaron nada pero sentí raro que no nos preguntaran tan siquiera.

I booked this hotel last minute, on the same day I was visiting Ensenada with my mom. There were only a few options, and the other ones had overpriced rates. This hotel has the very basic things you need, but it doesn’t have an A/C, the internet does not work, the TV doesn’t work. Many mosquitoes in the room. Only a fan that keeps the room barely fresh.

Check in was easy, cash deposit was requested for key and TV remotes. Rooms do not have air conditioning, they also do not have room darkening shade. There has been recent remodel work, with new exterior lighting which is great for security, not so great when trying to sleep. Without AC, leaving a window open was a great plan until the sports facility next door had soccer games accompanied with music until past 1:30 AM. Room was clean, parking area was clean as well.

Check-in was very inconvenient. Was told they require deposit in cash only. I let the front desk guy they should mention this when booking.With a bad attitude, he lied that that it does on there and on the hotels website. I took the time to show him that it doesn't but he didn't care. Also, property smells of sewer pretty bad.

They were very rude about the dogs. They did not tell us there was a fee when we checked in they came the next day and tried to get a fee from us. Very very rude obnoxious will never go back to this place. I’ve lived in Mexico for years and never been treated like this horrible
