Property needs a lot of rehabilitation specially the bathrooms, parking lot front, they try to charge a 500 Mexican pesos fee to use Holiday Inn swimming pool --Their internet comes and goes because their system is not comparable with the size of the hotel ----For guests that plan to work on their computer from the hotel this place is not for you ---I had to go to nearby Starbucks to use their Wifi(its sad)---If you drive is hard to get out of the gated parking lot because they have to operate the gate from the inside of the hotel and every time you have to walk all the way from parking lot gate to the front desk so they can open the gate ----Free breakfast food is usually cold (eggs ,stew ,beans..etc) stick with fruit and juice Sad to say but For the price to stay at this hotel there are better options .....

Breakfast was great / service was terrible they would open the gates to go in and out whenever they felt like it. We asked for some towels a couple of times and never received them either. When we got there to check in supposedly the room was ready , we got to the room and it was dirty. They proceeded to say it’d be ready by the time we went back ( we were going to eat) . It was indeed not ready
