I Arrived to A nice clean Room it was Stocked up with Teas and Coffees on A Daily Basics and was cleaned every morning

Beds really needed to be replaced, room was tiny, marks all over the walls. The beds were practically on the floor

Sum of the staff were lovley, others not to sure about, not very organised, entertainment not very gud, breakfast staff were lovely couldn't do enough

Room was smelling off dampness also the bed felt damp the floor board at the window you fell down the floor throughout were a fall hazard booked a sea view if only the windows were clean there was a blind up at the window that didn’t keep light out so as soon as daylight came the room light up very disappointed and would not recommend

First room we got Very basic small room which doesn’t cater very well for disabled guests with the lay out of the rooms but the guy manager sorry didn’t get your name he moved us room which made a difference thanks very much
