We arrived in different vehicles. There were 16 of us all together. When we arrived the pool water was green. I contacted the manager and the pool guy came and was able to resolve our issues. All in all we enjoyed our trip. House was very convenient to the beach and to Foley where the tournament was located.

Multigenerational family trip was great! The home is spacious with room for everyone. The entire family enjoyed the backyard. The beach is only a short drive away, but we spent more time in the back yard.

The property was in fair shape. The pool was green, the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly. I had to call about both issues, got resolved the next day. The house could use some items replaced. The beds are a bit outdated, the kitchen floor tile needs replaced, and the ac unit controls were locked down. It was a decent stay at best based on how much I had to pay for the week. Probably would not stay there again unless it was updated some.

Floors were dirty, my babies knees/feet were black within 10 minutes. WiFi was terrible. Listing and signs within the house showed safety latches on back doors to lock to keep little ones from getting in the pool, all safety latches were broken. The latch to the gate around the backyard was broken, it took 3 days after communicating with the host to get it fixed. The ac was 80 degrees almost the entire stay. The host sent someone out to check it, said it was fine and was a big house just give it time. After we complained to Vrbo support, the host sent someone out to replace a part to the ac on day 4 of our stay— mind you we checked out on day 5. A cleaning company for the pool showed up unannounced/unexpectedly right as we had just gotten out of the pool. We had no heads up and it felt like a violation of our privacy. The cleaner let herself in through the back gate and to the pool. Overall, we would not stay here again. We paid entirely too much to have this many complaints.

Beautiful house and property! It was spacious and open, which I loved!! The kitchen isn't stocked well for cooking in house. By the pool there is an offset in the concrete with some sharp edges that caused a scraped up knee, but we loved and fully enjoyed our stay!!

We came in from Kansas City for a softball tournament at Foley Sports Complex. We were 10 minutes from the fields and 20-30 minutes from the beach. Had the team over for swimming and a team dinner one evening which was perfect. Four of our families stared in the house together. The girls loved the bunk rooms to all be together. We had such a great time!

There are a few things that could have been better. For example the sheets were pretty scratchy on all the beds. The air filter vent was covered in dust and the ac had a hard time keeping up so it got up to about 78 during the day. We also had ants in the bathroom.

Fun Days was perfect for our large group. We were easily able to sleep our 18 people with room to spare. The kitchen and living room were huge. With such a large amount of people needing to be fed it would have been nice to have some larger pots and pans to cook in but we were able to make out work with what was provided. The house odds in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to Foley Sports Tourism Complex and even closer to grocery shopping and the outlets. The house is older but well maintained. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages. We didn’t have any problems with checking or checkout. Would definitely rent again for a large group.

The house was very accommodating for the amount of people we had.The only downs were the refrigerator wasn't getting cold and the ice maker did not work. It would also be great if the two bedrooms in the front had long length mirrors for getting dressed. Also the bed in the first bedroom was very squeaky and wobbly, and some of the covers on the bunk beds had to be washed. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much. It was peaceful and quiet and a good location not too far from all the excitement and entertainment. Would book again.

We had a party of 13 come to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. The home was spacious but very basic. I am used to home rentals being stocked with basic essentials. There was barely enough towels for everyone in the party. There was no extra bedding or pillows for the sleep sofas and not even K cups for the Keurig machine. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and didn’t have pot holders to remove pans from the oven. The best part of the rental was the pool. It was very clean. The lawn was not well maintained. Overall, the house is in need of basic repairs.

My family and I had total of 12 people stsyed here for Thanksgiving week. We had plenty of room. 4 private bed rooms. Open space area with 2 sets of full bunk beds. Full kitchen and we were able to cook meals daily. 2 refrigerators for food storage. We had to purchase pots/pans but that was fine. House need a few upgrades but house was listed for sale. Pool need to be upgraded. Wifi worked good. House was clean with big living room and dining area. Overall we had a wonderful stay. .

We came in from Kansas City for a softball tournament at Foley Sports Complex. We were 10 minutes from the fields and 20-30 minutes from the beach. Had the team over for swimming and a team dinner one evening which was perfect. Four of our families stared in the house together. The girls loved the bunk rooms to all be together. We had such a great time!

We arrived in different vehicles. There were 16 of us all together. When we arrived the pool water was green. I contacted the manager and the pool guy came and was able to resolve our issues. All in all we enjoyed our trip. House was very convenient to the beach and to Foley where the tournament was located.

Floors were dirty, my babies knees/feet were black within 10 minutes. WiFi was terrible. Listing and signs within the house showed safety latches on back doors to lock to keep little ones from getting in the pool, all safety latches were broken. Fun Days was perfect for our large group. We were easily able to sleep our 18 people with room to spare. The kitchen and living room were huge. With such a large amount of people needing to be fed it would have been nice to have some larger pots and pans to cook in but we were able to make out work with what was provided. The house odds in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to Foley Sports Tourism Complex and even closer to grocery shopping and the outlets. The house is older but well maintained. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages. We didn’t have any problems with checking or checkout. Would definitely rent again for a large group.

We had a party of 13 come to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. The home was spacious but very basic. I am used to home rentals being stocked with basic essentials. There was barely enough towels for everyone in the party. There was no extra bedding or pillows for the sleep sofas and not even K cups for the Keurig machine. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and didn’t have pot holders to remove pans from the oven. The best part of the rental was the pool. It was very clean. The lawn was not well maintained. Overall, the house is in need of basic repairs.

Beautiful house and property! It was spacious and open, which I loved!! The kitchen isn't stocked well for cooking in house. By the pool there is an offset in the concrete with some sharp edges that caused a scraped up knee, but we loved and fully enjoyed our stay!!

The kitchen and living areas were as large as the photos depicted--perfect for our group of 14. More than enough room for everyone to relax and space to sit and eat. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the beach, the only downside.

Wish the pool heater was working, but the host let us know they were waiting on it being fixed and the kids still braved the cold pool. Be prepared to bring toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish pods, etc for longer stays as minimum is provided. Overall a great rental for a large group in a nice area of town.
