Todo muy bien desde que llegamos hasta que salimos en la habitación había todo lo que necesitamos y más incluyendo un peine un estuche para cocer en caso de algún imprevisto. Al salir necesitaba llegar a la central con mi equipaje y muy amablemente llevaron mi equipaje hasta la estación de autobuses que está a dos cuadras.

Todo muy bien desde que llegamos hasta que salimos en la habitación había todo lo que necesitamos y más incluyendo un peine un estuche para cocer en caso de algún imprevisto. The room was dusty from the floor, and the bed had hairs all over, even pubic hair.... it was disgusting. I was able to use another sheet but room was not clean, specially the bed. Shower mat was all black and there was a party in the whole restaurant on Saturday 12/13 and the noise was horrible, they shouldn't do it if the noise affect the sleep in the hotel guests...... honestly very disappointed cause i saw better reviews for this hotel.

As soon as I found bedbugs, we grabbed our luggage and ran downstairs to let the front desk know. Her reply was non chalant almost like it was common practice. She then proceeded to say ok go to this room, it doesn't have any. After a sleepless night I would have to say, never again!

I stayed at this hotel from October 16 to the 19th and unfortunately came home with bed bug bites. A couple of days after checking out, I began noticing multiple itchy, red bumps that were later confirmed to be bed bug bites. This was very disappointing and concerning, as cleanliness and guest safety should always be a top priority. I hope management takes immediate action to have the suite professionally inspected and treated so that no other guests have to experience this.

Desafortunadamente una de las toallas de mano presento cucarachas lo que me pareció de muy mal aspecto, aunque el servicio de limpieza de inmediato lo atendió y se resolvió el problema. Solo cuidar esos pequeños grandes detalles, en general muy buenas instalaciones.

el personal muy atento, sin embargo en la cama en la saba se encontraba una bola de cabellos, y en la segunda sabana que parece q forma parte del edredón, también se encontraron cabellos, eso es super incomodo, ya que se supone que es cama limpia con sabanas limpias, tener un poco mas de cuidado en esos detalles.

This hotel is surprisingly pleasant: big and spacious, clean, well-maintained, and well located close to public transport, including the metro, buses, and central station. Prices are fixed and definitely worth it. The only downside is that it's located on a big avenue and the noise can be a bit bad at night. I imagine that if you get a room facing back or on a high floor, it should be perfect.

En general muy bien la estancia. Solo por favor no sigan poniendo que tienen wifi, porque yo no pude usarlo y hay mucha reseñas que dicen lo mismo y desde hace ya mucho tiempo. Arreglen también la regadera porque el agua va por todos lados a parte de donde tiene que ir, son realmente pequeñas cosas que hacen la diferencia.

Unfortunately, the staff member at the lobby on the day we arrived was discourteous and dismissive regarding our request to be moved from the second floor. Our room faced a noisy street, and although I asked to be relocated, she informed us that it could not be done until the following day. As a result, my husband and I were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise. The next day, we were moved—however, once again to a room facing the same busy street. When I requested a quieter location, I was told that side of the hotel was reserved for Expedia guests, despite the fact that we had booked a total of four rooms for our entire family. It would have been helpful to know this policy in advance so we could have planned accordingly.

Stayed one night after flying into Mexico city before taking the bus to San Miguel de Allende the next morning. Got a good nights sleep, which was all i needed. Hotel is two blocks from the mexico norte bus station so was a perfect location for me. Hotel porter actually took my luggage and walked the two blocks with me. Very nice! This is not a great location for seeing the city itself, however. Area is not particularly interesting and also not considered safe.

El hotel está excelente, lo que seguro les cuesta algunos clientes es la zona. Puede ser agradable para algunos tener la central de autobuses cerca, pero lamentablemente los negocios aledaños y las calles tan deterioradas y sucias y con indigentes hacen que la zona se perciba sucia e insegura.

En general el hotel esta muy bien por la relacion costo - beneficio, me parecio un hotel muy funcional, limpio, habitaciones eso si muy amplias y comodas, el personal super atento, en fin un muy buen hotel, merecedor de las altas notas de recomendacion que tiene. El unico inconveniente que veo es la ubicacion del hotel, no es una zona bonita ni mucho menos, a pocos pasos del hotel hay suciedad y muchos negocios en la calle que dan mal aspecto, la verdad es que la zona no se siente segura, sibre todo en la noche, no es ideal para caminar; aparte queda algo retirado de las principales atracciones de la cdmx, como lo son el bosque de chapultepec, el centro historico, la Condesa, Polanco, Coyoacan y Xochimilco. Aunque eso si, queda muy cerca de la central norte de autobuses, a unos cuantos metros, lo cual de alguna forma compensa dicho inconveniente.

the hotel is very well located very close to the North Autobus Trrminal. If I would book again I would request a room awsy fro. the main road as traffic noise was considerable. the hotel rooms while modern could use some maintenance. The restaurant is good. We hada power outage while there in our room which caused the safe to loose its code. Maintenance was able to bypass the code with a reader. There was mold in the upper area of the wall tiles in the bathroom. overall its a good hotel.
