Hotel MX aeropuerto CDMX, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

La propiedad solo cuenta con 4 cajones de estacionamiento. Para la gente que llega con vehículo si es un problema.

Was happy at first. Check in went smooth. The room was as expected. We went out to have dinner. Upon our return, when we tried to get the elevator, the young man at the reception announced with a laugh that the elevator wasn't working. We were on the 5th floor. And weren't told when it would be fixed. We were leaving at 3am the next morning to catch our flight. 5 flights of stairs with luggage. NOT HAPPY. We weren't even offered any help with our luggage. Do use this hotel!

It was ok... i didn't mind the room or the cost, but the room attached to that cost was a bit much. Maybe because a concert was in town? Also, the elevator didn't work when I needed to catch a 0440 flight. So I had to take my bags down 4 flights of stairs. Staff was nice, security was nice.

El anuncio decía que la propiedad contaba con estacionamiento y es por eso que lo seleccionamos, sin embargo al llegar se nos dijo que el estacionamiento estaba en reparación y que solamente podíamos dejar el coche en la calle o en un hotel hermano el cual estaba a 20 min

El anuncio dice que cuenta con estacionamiento, y sin embargo esto no es real. tuve que arriesgar mi carro a dejarlo en la calle, que no es una zona segura

La falta de estacionamiento no me agradó

En general todo bien con el hotel, solo el tema del estacionamiento. Al parecer es muy pequeño y nunca hubo lugar para estacionarnos ahí y lo tuvimos que dejar afuera en la tarde y en la noche hasta el siguiente día. La zona al parecer es tranquila y no pasó nada, pero no dejas de estar inquieto sabiendo que está sobre la calle. Pero todo lo demás muy bien. Personal, habitación, desayuno.

Good for an overnight stay if you want to be close to the airport. No frills room, kinda small but it was clean. Bed was ok. Some soundproofing so cars on the street are mot so loud. They seem to turn off the elevator at night. I had an early morning flight and had to leave at 5, after waiting for a few minutes for the elevator I decided to go down the stairs. Staff said it was off. Luckily, I was only on the 1st floor and staff helped me with my suitcase. Area around hotel seems a bit sketchy.

Se anuncia como hotel con estacionamiento, al llegar a la instalación cobran 90.00 M. N. por día de estacionamiento, si hay disponibilidad. Además no es comodo, utilizan elevador para pisos subterraneos, Conte únicamente 5 lugares de estacionamiento, por suerte tuve disponibilidad.

Clean, comfortable room. Everything worked…plenty of hot water. Close to airport. I had to depart prior to breakfast so can’t comment on that. Gym super minimal. Was ok to walk to outlet stores and Walmart in daytime. Didn’t feel comfortable walking thru area at night.

This hotel is a mediocre place to sleep. You get what you pay. The staff are friendly but they dont speak English. They are accessible easily through the hotel Whatsapp and respond quickly to requests. Unfortunately, this hotel is very outdated with sensor lights that turn off very quickly to conserve energy, so while you are waiting for the elevator, you might end up in darkness if you don't keep moving. The room itself is very very dusty, with outdated furniture. Although it says there is parking available, when asked for it, staff declined me. There is no hair dryer without giving your ID card for them to hold for the duration of your stay. Although housekeeping did a great job with replenishing towels, making the bed etc, the evidence of dust in the air is so great that i was constantly having allergies. I requested a room change which was granted as the first room had mold everywhere, physical sight of dust, and walls needed to be repainted due to paint peeling. My second room had a leak in the shower so whenever you took a shower, the entire bathroom floor would flood. There is constant police presence in front of the hotel for safety. In summary: easily accessible customer service with limited English, and they do try to meet all your needs. Rooms need to be updated including all furnishings and physical spaces with new molding, paint,and caulk. You get what you pay for!

Hairs in the shower it was unacceptable.

La habitación que me tocó estaba muy descuidada, las paredes estaban sucias y el baño solo tenía una puerta en la regadera, tenía muchas manchas de óxido y no se podía sacar jabón de manos porque no servía el bote. Tuve un percance mi última noche, ya que los huéspedes de la habitación de a lado estaban gritando y azotando cosas lo que hizo que me despertara al rededor de las 3 am intenté llamar a recepción pero el teléfono en la habitación no servía, aún así marque desde mi celular dijeron que checarian pero la situación siguió igual. No me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Bed sheets were dirty. They clearly did not change them between guest.

Sucio... Lasparedes manchadas... Las Cortinas horrendas, mucho ruido, mala atención.

El hotel está full para la fecha que fuimos, no querían darnos parking porque ya estaba lleno, querían que dejáramos el auto afuera, después de solicitar en repetidas veces que el estacionamiento estaba incluido nos ortorgaron un espacio, alegando que es con forme van llegando. Solo nos dieron una llave, tiene una máquina de bebidas, como café, chocolate y así la cual solo daba agua caliente. La puerta de la regadera no servía, no cerraba. El baño están sucio.

Yo me hospedado muchas veces en el MX de la Roma y me encanta y supuse que todo sería igual pero no, no me gustó la ubicación, está sobre una avenida importante y hay mucho ruido, no pude dormir

Hotel was in a good location. Many food street vendors at a walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel beds are comfortable. The room had minor blemishes including in the bathroom. Hotel walls are fairly thin. They earplugs provided come in handy.

This property is very good for those that want peace in mind when it comes to getting to the airport for their flight in time. It’s in a good neighborhood with a close proximity to a Walmart to find anything a traveler might need. It’s also in between two metro stations of Line 1, which can take you to the historic center or leave you right next to Chapultepec Park. For me personally, I liked how close it was to relatives thought obviously this might not be applicable to most people. Some downsides I’ll say when I compare to other hotels I’ve stayed is that for what you pay, it isn’t the best but it’s not terrible. When we got to the room, we noticed it’s quite small and that might be a problem when you have a lot of luggage. We noticed some water on the floor near the window and a possible leak under the bathroom sink. If you’re picky about your room and don’t like small defects, maybe it won’t be for you but I generally don’t mind so long as it isn’t a major problem. I personally would recommend to those who don’t mind taking the affordable metro system and who want to be close to the airport to guarantee not miss their flight. I would consider booking again in the future.

El inconveniente es el ruido , por la avenida .

El cuarto es pequeño, pero suficiente para la estancia de una noche; el problema es más bien el ruido de la calle (o del pasillo o de las aventuras amorosas de los cuartos vecinos a las 3am), lo que no deja dormir bien (creo que están de acuerdo en el hotel, pues dejan unos tapones para ayudar con eso). El desayuno estuvo bien y es un valor agregado.

La habitación en demasiado pequeña muy incómoda para estar

Hotel room was extremely noisy, and building structure shifts so much during night, almost feels like an earthquake. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and power outlets were not working in room. Unable to charge electronics . Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

No hot water and noise was outrageous couldn’t sleep at all.

Friendly staff. Clean room, good shower. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Complimentary coffee available 24 hours. Enjoyed my stay. At the front desk Mayte and Juan provide an excellent service.

The room and breakfast were good. When we checked in we were told we could only pay in cash or travelers checks because their credit card system was down. We got a very bad exchange rate because the only cash we had was dollars at the time. It just felt like there was something off. Also, it didn’t feel like this hotel was not anywhere near the airport like we expected.

The staff was great, very helpful. I just need a place to sleep for a 20 hour layover. The lady at the front desk was great. They even had my ride back to the airport waiting for me in the morning. Nice comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again. Good value. About 8 minutes from the airport.

El checkin fue bastante deficiente. Llegué a las 11 am y dijeron que no habría habitaciones hasta las 3 pm. Luego, al regresar a hacer el checkin tenían problemas con las llaves electrónicas. Nos llevó personal del hotel a una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, hubo que pedir disculpas a quien la estaba ocupando por abrirle la puerta. Nos habían dado una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, luego nos cambiaron. No me dieron la cama del tamaño que pagué, pero ya con tanto incidente no me quise quejar más.

El hotel esta súper cerca del palacio de los deportes y el aeropuerto, Excelente si vas a la ciudad por un concierto

Property was very close to the Airport 300 pesos in a registered Taxi. In the morning a 7 minute walk to rail / metro networks. Nice comfortable bed, hot water and a super clean room. Had a good rest, felt refreshed and ready to continue my journey in the morning. A good overall choice .

Solo fuismos a desayunar el lunes y bajamos a las 9am, ya no habia nada, nos dijeron del horario hasta las 10am y en lunes era hasta las 9am no sabiamos. Y la habitacion es muy caliente, pusimos el clima para regular la temperatura.

Muy temprano quitan el desayuno.

A las 930 ya no había desayuno , 3 guisados incompletos y frijoles, el personal ya no cocino huevo ni sirvieron otra opción, tampoco había personal que atendiera a esa hora y los platos para servirte sucios

The perfect place to stay when you have a long layover or quick visit. It's clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was a REAL BREAKFAST. I will be back👍

El desayuno estaba buenísimo porque es buffet, tienen jugo y café, hasta chocolate caliente me tocó. El personal es maravilloso y la señorita María de limpieza, la mejor la vdd 💓💓 camas amplias y cómoda y por supuesto que serán mi siguiente reserva

Room was very noisy from traffic outside even my bed will shake every time a truck pass. Scary thinking it was an earthquake. Breakfast was almost empty at 8:30 and toke 25 minutes to refill.

Good hotel for layovers, easy and quick access to airport. Staff were helpful and accommodating and they serve a hot breakfast with assortment of juice, coffee and tea. Room was minimal, bed was not super comfortable.
