Loews Coral Gables Hotel

Everything was perfect. Service, dining, outdoor pool, valet. Easy check in and out.

We had a great stay, staff was wonderful and attentive. Room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again. My only suggestion, would appreciate advanced notification if pool will be closed for private event. This was unexpected for us and we would have changed our plans accordingly had we known that day. The hotel was wonderful otherwise and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Valet were terrific too.

Great property and we enjoyed our stay. However, the parking was way overpriced. Loews should subsidize it!

Wonderful stay - great pool area, gym and restaurant!

Great property. Pool was cold and hot tub was non functional which was disappointing as kids were looking forward to it, and they didn’t have much to do. Mattress quality could be better

The lobby smell is amazing, gym was good, glad they had happy hour specials by the pool, valet was so helpful, coffee shop, Thursday was not Good Friday was excellent.

Gorgeous! Rooftop pool, amazing shops and restaurants, 5-Star experience

Early check in is a plus, and I was on the 9th floor where the pool is located with a bar. The 8th floor is the gym. For such a nice hotel I would assume they had a suana/steem room, but don't. They offer 1hr bike rental, $10 off uber ride, and a professional photo shoot that i didn't find out abouts until my last day here.

Deceptive room pricing with $25 “resort” and $25 “facility” added daily.

Great location and terific rooftop pool!

This was our second visit to this hotel. it was even better than the first time. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was clean and we had a nice quiet stay.

The hotel is very nice, but we encounter issues this time (it’s our 3rs time staying) 1) the air conditioner in our room was not cooling well, nights where very hot 2) shower water pressure was very poor, on the last night was worst almost no water was getting out. 3) cleaning ladies where very intense early morning trying to make up our room even though when we told them we were still resting. This was annoying because we where in vacations and after then we couldn’t fall asleep again.

Great property in lovely location in historical Coral Gables. Only there one nt so didn’t get to use the amenities but very modern, clean and large room. a quick drive from the airport

Only 2 years old, so very fresh and new. Great place with nice restaurants and close to a mall. The only bad thing is the very loud air conditioner in our room. We needed earplugs to be able to sleep.

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice decor, quiet area, and professional staff.

If there was an upgrade, it was not shared. And re: amenity, front desk never mentioned. Also, while it was shared, I think destination fees are a scam and should be included in room rate. Room was super clean.

Lovely property but our room was not ready at check-in and we did not our luggage in time and missed a rehearsal dinner we were planning on attending. Also tv and internet was not working.

The hotel is beautiful but its noticable new with checkin staff not knowing how to talk to guests. we reserved a deluxe room and arrived at the hotel at 7pm. The lady to check us in mentioned that she had to check something and went to the back. while standing there another attending came who checked someone else in in like 2 minutes and explained everthing from the property. After that we asked him to check what was going onwith our checkin and he went and came back to say that there was an issue with the room. Apperantly they overbooked and they offered us a "free upgrade to a junior suite. And the lady took our payments gave us a card and told us about a pool gym and spa and was done. We asked about breakfast and she mentioned the restaurant behind us, we asked what are the times and she just said 7 am. Totally uninterested and very rude!! When we got into our room, we quickly noticed that they put us in an accessibility room, so no upgrade but just the cheapest option to move us. The room was nice, its new, the bathroom was very basic. then we tried to connect to complimentary wifi, which kept asking to choose a plan and pay by credit card. We contacted front desk who couldnt solve it and asked us to contact it.. We left it at that since we were staying one night. The next morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast, but they only had a al cart options...Overal its a nice hotel, but it still has a LOT of hiccups so maybe wait at least a year before staying here.

Marvelous Stay! We are all compliments to the Lowes Coral Gables! Front Desk lady was the kindest ever! Pool guys were amazing! Valet was fast and polite. The rooms were of a great size and in excellent condition! Roomy bathroom and nice amenities. One minor suggestion: replace the bathtubs with shower curtains with glass-framed showers. Thanks!

The balconies have zero views. Do not rent a balcony. Management is not properly trained and not responsive.

Property was beautiful and new but they had a wedding on the lawn with loud club music until 11pm and my young kids weren’t able to fall asleep. It was vibrating our room and shaking the windows.

I purchased a premium room and received a room with no sight seeing which was the main reason I inclined to purchase it to begin with.

All was ok! Huge turn off our room did not get cool and according to the room description had a city view .. not so sure thats applicable since all we could see was the roof tops of the surrounding buildings and their air conditioning units. Room temp was the biggest issue

Beautiful new property, rooms are spacious and designed well. Loved our room with a patio that connected to the pool!

Superior service

Overall a great place can be spoiled by poor service and poor billing. The place look and feel is new and wonderful, and its location is perfect for access to the heart of Coral Gables shopping and business. The failures are related more to not applying stay credit and breakfast credits, giving you a free late departure and then charging you, billing you for two cars when you only had one, and charging you $100 in mini bar fees for moving items in the mini bar to make room for baby milk and food.

Hotel is brand new so its clean as expected. Front desk is nice but one thing made our experience really bad is the service during our stay. We requested water one night and front desk confirmed that they will send shortly to the room but it didnt come in like 20 mins, We phoned in again and they apologized n say its on the way. But it never came. This is unbelievable. And the sec night, same thing happened… then we gave up. Just so weird n so unprofessional.

The staff is simply amazing! More than the property and location. They just go out of their way to make you feel at home. From the valet, to Timothy at the front desk to the security guys and even housekeeping!

Beautiful property but had to argue with front desk to honor my Expedia deal with breakfast included even though I paid for this option through my Expedia booking. Then they tried to limit the amount of the breakfast option with no proof. Had to argue that as well. Left a really bad impression when we checked out. No amenity for vip given and no upgrade given either.

While the hotel is beautiful, the service at the front desk is terrible. I rented a high end car and the keys were delivered the night I arrived. They were air tagged and the owner forwarded me the courier's confirmation. When I asked the front desk they couldn't find them. They checked in the back without luck. There was no record they had received them. I checked with the hotel valet and the office park valet, also nothing. The car owner got on the phone, had their AirTag live and confirmed to the front desk that it showed the keys near the front desk. The person gave me a lot of attitude saying he was on duty during the delivery time and NOTHING was delivered. As a result I cancelled the car reservation and booked another at roughly 4x the price due to the lateness. That evening security called to inform me they did, in fact, have the keys which were delivered as reported and put in the hotel safe. The staff failed to make note of this, failed to check the safe, and otherwise just failed. To make matters worse, I informed the manager the next day and other than apologize, he did nothing to indicate he would speak to his staff so this didn't happen again and nothing to try and make up for their mistake that cost me money and, more importantly, half a day of time. Loews doesn't care about its customers. I've stayed there before, but never again. There are plenty of other hotels in Miami that can handle the basics.

The staff was incredible. We eloped during our stay and were sent a special care package by the staff to congratulate us which was such a sweet surprise. The restaurants on site were delicious. It’s located in perfect spot to walk around Coral Gables. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Perfect location in the heart of Coral Gables

Loved this hotel. Exceeds expectations, perfect location. Great restaurants and parks surrounding the building. Ceviche 105, Mika etc. it is also brand new. Great value.

The Loews is a very posh hotel with a lovely reception area and plenty of amenities. There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well an amazing independent bookstore (Books & Books) and of course the Miracle Mile with all of its fun shops.

Located in a quiet and secluded area. Friendly and professional staff. Well maintained grounds and wonderful room with view over skyline on the balcony. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Every employee was polite,friendly, and helpful. The location is great. It is easy to get around and there are plenty of places to go around the hotel.

A-mazing. Food is great and there are plenty of restaurants close by as well. Merrick Park is an excellent place to get some shopping done. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a great hotel to get away to.

Great check in and service. Very clean. Quality bed and pillows. Great location in Gables. Only feedback is that the coffee shop breakfast sandwich was kind of stale and cold. Small time though.

This is a gorgeous complex and a really nice property. I thought the service and food was excellent.’ There are also tons of food options nearby. Would definitely come back.

The facility is good. The room excellent Resturants not up to par with hotel. Looked like Cafe with fine dining prices. Food delivery was very slow and incorrect. Also entry following GPS is very diffucult

Beautiful property, but had lunch by pool and had a salad, (no meat or seafood), shrimp cocktail and three margaritas and the bill was close to $300! The margaritas were $60 each! Insulting and no alert of charge for the drinks beforehand!
