Highly recommended - best option for Santiago. Elegant and simple in the heart of Santiago. Great sleep, large bathroom, breakfast al fresco in urban area. Pool is small but fun and relaxing after a day of excursions. Great bar, delicious food.

From the moment we checked in, we received a warm welcome and five star service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. Quiet room with comfortable beds. We utilized the gym and the spa; small but had all the equipment for a nice work out. Complementary breakfast was varied and very good. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace dining with a great view over the city. We were kindly allowed a late check out to accommodate our evening flight from the airport.

Great location, 2 mins walk from main street of restaurants in Lastarria. Room was light and spacious, great shower. Big gym and cute rooftop pool with a nice bar. There is also a spa but we didn’t have time to use it. The service from the staff was excellent in every way. Also a good breakfast! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city. Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!

Total rip off! Tiny room with ugly views over old buildings. Great bathroom amenities. Complete deception on Expedia site and hotel staff. The parking was unsafe across the street and we were scammed while departing. Breakfast was included in our reservation and the girl at checkin said it was served until 11. We arrived at 10:10 and was told it ended at 10. Horrible one way street to access the front with no parking in front for your luggage. Unimaginable it can be rated a top hotel in the world. Out dated with no charm. Roof top restaurant was like a ghost town with two people at the bar top. Our bilingual waiter was darling but food was average. There’s much better places to stay than here!

Hotel sem piscina!!! Disseram que estava fechada por ser inverno!! Se soubesse não teria pego a estadia.Jacuzzi do Spa era paga!!!.Sauna só 30 min de uso! Pedi para falar com gerente e autorizar uso da jacuzzi pela ausência de piscina mas ele não liberou sem taxa.não fez questão nenhuma. Café da manhã continental. No restante hotel e bom, bem localizado .

I had made an error when booking and the reservation was only for one adult instead of two. The whole check in process with the two people on duty at check-in was awkward and uncomfortable and they attempted to overcharge me for the "additional" guest. The cost was less than $20 more on the website and they asked for $50. I questioned this and after checking with someone else it was agreed that I only needed to pay $20. Everyone else we dealt with during the stay was lovely but this initial interaction left me and my husband feeling disappointed and unwelcome. The hotel itself is fantastic - clean and stylish with great facilities. On the day we were leaving there was a problem with the hot water and we had to have cold showers before check out. The team on reception were understanding and spoke to maintenance and we were given a few minutes after check out time - but the hot water didn't return before we had to leave to get to the airport. The additional charge for the extra person was removed because of the issue with the water - which was really appreciated after what happened at check in. We had dinner in the rooftop - which was wonderful and the service was lovely. Breakfast was tasty and the service was fantastic.

Los cuartos son amplios y muy cómodos. El staff es de lo más amable y con la mejor disposición. El hotel es muy limpio, acogedor y - aún estando en zona de restaurantes - no se escucha el ruido de afuera. La ubicación es muy buena, a 15 minutos caminando de Plaza de Armas o a menos de 10 del Cerro de Santa Lucía, con opciones al rededor para comer, aunque recomiendo muchísimo el rooftop. 10/10

In general, room was comfortable and staff were very helpful. However, room insulation was not great and noise from the other guests when they were talking while in the corridor can be heard. The room feels tired and in need of a renovation, and the air conditioning is extremely loud. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing - it was alacarte but with few options and the quality was not always great. Overall, it is a solid option, but at the price point and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, it was a bit underwhelming.

Total rip off! Tiny room with ugly views over old buildings. Great bathroom amenities. Complete deception on Expedia site and hotel staff. The parking was unsafe across the street and we were scammed while departing. Breakfast was included in our reservation and the girl at checkin said it was served until 11. We arrived at 10:10 and was told it ended at 10. Horrible one way street to access the front with no parking in front for your luggage. Unimaginable it can be rated a top hotel in the world. Out dated with no charm. Roof top restaurant was like a ghost town with two people at the bar top. Our bilingual waiter was darling but food was average. There’s much better places to stay than here!

I had made an error when booking and the reservation was only for one adult instead of two. The whole check in process with the two people on duty at check-in was awkward and uncomfortable and they attempted to overcharge me for the "additional" guest. The cost was less than $20 more on the website and they asked for $50. I questioned this and after checking with someone else it was agreed that I only needed to pay $20. Everyone else we dealt with during the stay was lovely but this initial interaction left me and my husband feeling disappointed and unwelcome. The hotel itself is fantastic - clean and stylish with great facilities. On the day we were leaving there was a problem with the hot water and we had to have cold showers before check out. The team on reception were understanding and spoke to maintenance and we were given a few minutes after check out time - but the hot water didn't return before we had to leave to get to the airport. The additional charge for the extra person was removed because of the issue with the water - which was really appreciated after what happened at check in. We had dinner in the rooftop - which was wonderful and the service was lovely. Breakfast was tasty and the service was fantastic.

My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city. Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!

I stayed at The Singular Santiago for three nights. I write this review purely based on it being a 5-star hotel. Honestly rooms are okay, very clean and well maintained. The main problem that I had was with the hotel service came when I needed to do laundry, I thoroughly read the laundry form and realized I could have it expedited if delivered early morning so I was planning to have it done the last day of my stay (Sunday) but to my surprise when I called front desk to have it picked up they notified me that the service wasn't available on Sundays (First 5-star hotel were this is a thing). I would have planned differently IF this information was either on the form or in the amenities guide but it wasn't. Anyway I was like ok I need to get it done anything you guys can help me with, and they said we'll investigate and let you know. I waited but never received a callback. I ended up asking cheaper nearby hotels and they had laundry service on Sundays so I got it done there. The Singular, going the extra mile to solve this kind of problems for your guests is what separates and distinguishes you from other hotels. Also as other reviews have pointed out, I couldn't help but notice that white guests get preferential treatment and prioritized over everyone else. Overall The Singular it's not worth the price.

The Singular was just lovely. It was our first time in Santiago, and we could not have asked for a better location. We were at the Lastarria strip of restaurants and a block or so away from the Bellas Artes museum. Plaza de Armas was a short 3/4 mile or so walk, filled with Pedestrian shopping. You could walk to the Patio Bellavista as well, but it’s a little longer for someone older. Ubers were cheap back and forth to Bella Vista, Dan Crístobal, and Costanera and such. Our room was large and modern and Comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly. The view from the rooftop bar is great as well. We were here in the winter so did not use the pool, but it was pretty. Breakfast was convenient and good as well. All around great reservation.

This hotel is fabulous. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we enjoyed the pool and the fantastic food and drink from the rooftop bar. It is located very close to key sites and there are great restaurants and bars nearby (our city tour guide pointed the whole tour to the adjacent street). The downtown area of Santiago is suffering a bit in general and we were very cognisant of our safety but didn’t have any issues. Despite this would definitely stay again.

The Singular Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice. I liked that it was not a buffet. Nice bar and dining area on the roof. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. The area around the hotel great for walking to museum and other sites. Lots of restaurants around. But the most outstanding feature of the hotel was the service provided by all the staff. I highly recommend staying at the Singular.

Lovely property in a nice area. Enjoyed the spa immensely and the gym also looked nice. Staff were great and helpful. Restaurant menu was great although a little limited (especially the room service). Small gripes would be that the bottled water at the restaurant is tiny and about $7. You can drink tap water in Santiago, so really they should offer that as an option and certainly they should deliver it with room service when you don’t order other drinks. Also they don’t give you many espresso pods 2x/day and one day we got none. Hot water boiler for tea on request not in rooms. Finally on the last day they mixed up our to go breakfast. We didn’t get the veg option we had requested. Otherwise great location, nice hotel, good restaurant and for the most part very very friendly staff. Would stay again!
