The parking lot for this property was very badly marked. In particular, there are no clear signs directing the best way from the parking lot to the hotel. We arrived late and had no idea where to go, nor idea of how safe the parking garage was. We wandered around in the dark and in the rain looking for the entrance. After all this, we also had to pay for parking. While our room was beautiful, I think it was near the bar kitchen so was noisy until late. It's too bad that this hotel does not provide the finer touches of customer service/experience to go along with the lovely rooms.

Love this hotel - the nicest by far in the near area - beautifully designed, lots of restaurants nearby. Honestly it’s even nice to hang out by the fireplace and watch tv in the lobby living room. This place feels “homey” but fashionable. Personally, visiting from NYC, I think it feels very high end. One “unfortunate” change is that now you have to pay for parking now. Generally no complaints here though.

Clean, bright, well-maintained modern. Spacious room, decent gym. Area is OK, a short walk to older parts of town with coffee shops and restaurants. Convenient parking lot. Only real downside: Fox News on every TV in public spaces. Not looking to fund the next insurrection so I’ll look elsewhere next time.

An old firehouse converted into a boutique hotel. It’s trendy and fun and so clean. Great bar in lobby for drinks and coffee. There doesn’t seem to be a lot around the area as far as shopping or restaurants go, but we love staying here.

Loved this hotel! The staff was nice and very helpful. It’s only been open a few months so all the rooms were new and beautiful. We stayed in a corner room with 2 king beds. Lots of room. The housekeeping staff kept it clean and stocked with water bottles. The only drawback was the road noise which is very loud on weekdays with large trucks driving by. The hotel provided us with a box fan which helped a lot. I saw the comments about that before I booked but I forgot to request a higher floor to avoid it. The food was great. We ate at their restaurant which was outstanding but very pricey. Breakfast stopped at 10 so we went to Nudy’s for a fantastic breakfast a few days during our stay. The gym would have been great if the 2 Peleton bikes had been available (manufacturer seat issue). The location was great. Easy access to everywhere we needed to go. All in all a great place to stay!

Pros: comparatively inexpensive Cons: 1) Pillow cover had a stain. 2) There was dust ball in the corners. 3) The worst part was the parking situation. We ended up getting a fine because the hotel did not provide clear information about where to park. When we brought this up to the hotel, they blamed the city parking authorities, and the city parking people said the hotel didn’t give them clear instructions either. We’re still trying to resolve the issue with the city.

Very nice upscale hotel. Cleanliness was my top priority and everything looks brand new and spotless. Mattress was better than my mattress at home and I had no trouble falling asleep. It was pricy to stay here but I will definitely pay for the comfortable bed and clean room again! Note - breakfast is a sit down and order affair so leave extra time for it.

Great hotel in a great location. Our room was beautiful with the exception of a less than clean floor when we arrived. Otherwise everything was great. Nice staff, convenient parking and a really nice outdoor space.

West & Main is a great property with nice aesthetics, easy parking and friendly staff. The hotel is decorated beautifully. Rooms are spacious and modern with comfy bed and bedding. Loved the big bathroom with huge shower. I usually prefer my own lotion and soaps, but the brand and quality was luxurious to the skin. Convenient location and snacks/food is available on site.

We love staying at West and Main when in Conshie-- it's stylish, clean, and comfy and the rooms are spacious and well-designed with great beds. The only drawback is that the road outside is noisy, and the windows don't quite block the sounds of trucks and motorcycles. We will keep coming back, though!

This hotel was really a treat. Modern and new without being over the top. The team running it were professional and welcoming and top-notch overall. We loved it and will return when we visit family next time. The only thing to improve is making the room a bit more light proof as the blackout blinds don't block the light in the east facing rooms...

Love this hotel after our second stay! Both times we had a lot of attention to our needs and requests (extra towels and pillows) and the room was clean, big, and comfortable. The staff were always there waiting to help and answer questions, NO ONE standing there with a blank look on their faces, just real decent human beings taking care of us. We will be back and would be excited to stay somewhere similar in other locations.

Love this hotel and have stayed here probably 4 or 5 times in the last 12 months. This time I was given a room on the ground floor. It was a cluster of four rooms that were past the banquets area. My room overlooked the very busy intersection. The front desk was not very polite when I asked to switch rooms. I could hear the radios of the cars stopped at the traffic lights all night long and motorists all night long. Awful.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience, the showers are really nice and it had a nice atmosphere. The location is 15-30 mins from king of Prussia, Philadelphia city center so it’s great if you don’t want to drive around the city but be close enough to go as an option. Near the hotel there’s a bunch of little cafes and restaurants. Also having Hook & Ladder in the restaurant is super convenient. Great place, overall

The hotel is beautiful! I love the bar area that opens up to the courtyard. We dined at the hotel restaurant and the service was fantastic. There were several restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, and the shower was large with 2 showerheads. I only wish the hotel had a pool and hot tub. While most of the staff was pleasant, I was not a fan of the female bartender working evenings - she was chaotic and annoying. I observed her ask several customers what they ordered when ringing them up. She interrupted our conversation to give her unsolicited opinion. She was also patronizing to me, while flirting like crazy with my boyfriend. It was awkward and made us both uncomfortable.

Great hotel - beautifully furnished and presented. The room was great and it's in a decent location. Couple of downers were the rushed check-in, not providing any information so the person could answer the phone. Also, the restaurant is ridiculously expensive and lacks options for a quick dinner. $220 Tomahawk steak and $99 burgers aren't that well-received on a corporate expense account ;)

I did not like that this property did not offer any food amenities or room service. It seemed a bit odd for a Hilton hotel to not offer free breakfast or room service. Customer experience has obviously plummeted since Covid. Three years later, and we still can’t get good experiences when paying our hard earned money. The weirdest thing also happened, when I initially checked in, the lady at the front desk told me it was a $200 incidental deposit. When I checked out, the manager of the hotel slipped up and said $100 deposit. Who knows who’s telling the truth. In summary, the hotel was very nice and clean. I loved the area and the ambiance of the hotel overall. However, I will not be returning.
