2泊3日で私、息子そして母の3人で行きました。駅から近く便利です。コンビニも近くに2軒あるので水などすぐに買いに行けます。ホテルは清潔で静かです。無料のコーヒーやジュースなどが2階にありました。レンタサイクルを借りて雲場池や旧軽井沢へ。食事は全て外のレストランでしました。部屋に金庫がなく、スーツケースに貴重品を入れて鍵をかけ出かけましたが、不満は特にありません。またお世話になりたいです。

2泊3日で私、息子そして母の3人で行きました。駅から近く便利です。コンビニも近くに2軒あるので水などすぐに買いに行けます。ホテルは清潔で静かです。無料のコーヒーやジュースなどが2階にありました。レンタサイクルを借りて雲場池や旧軽井沢へ。食事は全て外のレストランでしました。部屋に金庫がなく、スーツケースに貴重品を入れて鍵をかけ出かけましたが、不満は特にありません。またお世話になりたいです。

We like the lounge area as an extension to our room. We had breakfast and occasionally dinner in the lounge. There is a fire place in the evenings, make the place cozy and romantic. Car parking lots were sufficient even though it was a bust period. Staff were courteous and helpful. Will recommend to friends and family.

We had the japanese western style room which comes with a small Japanese dining area which was very useful. The toilet has a bathtub and the shower head with a mid high stool useful for elderly and pregnant women. Appreciate that the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The beds were really comfy and has beady pillows. The blanket was very cushy. There's a delicia supermarket 15mins by foot. And lots of home run restaurants within 10mins by foot. Love that L2 there's a common area where you could bring your own food to microwave. However, would be better if they could place a basket containing water, towels even if a do not disturb sign is being put up.

8月に家族3人で宿泊しました。部屋は広々としていて、浴室・洗面台・トイレが分離していたので、とても快適でした。手作りの周辺おすすめ食事処の紹介BOOKがあり、軽井沢は3回目の旅行でしたが、一般のweb情報では見逃していたお店もあったので、参考になりました。ラウンジスペースもあり、種類豊富な本や、ウェルカムドリンクとしてセルフでリンゴジュースやコーヒーをいただけるのも大変ありがたかったです。子供も喜んでいたので、また利用したいです。

当日は23時前のチェックインとなりましたが、フロントスタッフの方がとても丁寧に手続きしていただけました。ただ、ベッドの下にマクドナルドのポテトが2本とビスケットの欠片が1つ、冷蔵庫の中にはアルミホイルに包まれたゴミが1つ入っていました。ベッドのシーツや枕、洗面台のコップなど他のものもしっかり清掃されているのか心配になり少し気持ち悪かったです。

飯店距離車站稍微有些遠，尤其是在大太陽下走到飯店拖著行李真是辛苦啊！房間非常的陽春，基本設備其他沒有什麼可評論.清潔一般.服務一般.床不好睡太軟了！似乎下陷般！枕頭還行.冷氣也行.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in.

Spacious room with Japanese tatami area which was useful for us with a baby. The hotel also provided some baby toys for our stay. Good location and only a short walk from Karuizawa station, with convenience stores and a supermarket nearby.

スーペリアツインルームに宿泊しました。お手洗いとお風呂が別々になっているところが個人的にとても良かったです。大きなホテルではありませんが、全体的に清潔感があり気分よく過ごさせて頂きました。朝食は3種類の卵料理が選べて、お部屋に運んできてくれるスタイルです。ボリュームがあって食べきれませんでしたが、バスケットに入っていてピクニックみたいで楽しかったです。軽井沢駅も近く、目の前にコンビニもあって利便性も高いです。また利用したいと思います。

The property is so close to Karuizawa station and the famous outlet. I originally planned for 2 nights but have decided to stay just 1 night. The male evening staff was so helpful to cancel my 2nd night without charging me and told me I would get a refund from Expedia. Let’s wait and see! Will definitely stay here again!

①チェックインは15時と理解してフロントに15分前にチェックインを依頼したが、部屋の掃除が確認できるまで待たされた。チェックイン処理して「お待ち下さい」で良いのではないか。チェックインできないのか心配になる。②朝食の説明が不足、オムレツとホットサンドを選択。届いたバスケットには、パンが１セット。全体からオムレツ用と理解したが、フロントでは何も言わす選択して下さいだけ。もう少し説明が欲しい。

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and outlet mall which which was convenient and provided much of the available shopping and restautant options. It’s otherwise a quiet residential area. Our hotel room was spacious but it felt like it had not been used recently. Although cool outside, the room was warm and we could never figure out how to turn on the AC. It was not quite as clean and spotless as other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in.

スーペリアツインルームに宿泊しました。お手洗いとお風呂が別々になっているところが個人的にとても良かったです。大きなホテルではありませんが、全体的に清潔感があり気分よく過ごさせて頂きました。朝食は3種類の卵料理が選べて、お部屋に運んできてくれるスタイルです。ボリュームがあって食べきれませんでしたが、バスケットに入っていてピクニックみたいで楽しかったです。軽井沢駅も近く、目の前にコンビニもあって利便性も高いです。また利用したいと思います。

The hotel only a 5min walk from Karuizawa station. Bike rentals are available in the hotel itself, which was very convenient. You can cycle to Kumoba pond and the Old Ginza Street and be able to reach in less than 30mins. I stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast was delivered in a basket at your preferred time (from 7am to 9.30am). Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spacious as well and the best part was the auto toilet bowl. Room is cleaned everyday, but if you wish not to be disturbed, the staff will just leave a fresh set of towels and bottled water in a paper bag outside your door, which was a very nice touch. Had a comfortable stay here and will definitely come back again!
