Hotel was very good, readily good breakfast, professional polite staff and great location. Hotel pool is very small, although roof terrace is great if not busy. Had high floor with great view, would recommend requesting high floor as street noise could be quite loud if on low floor

Pros: Staff very friendly, bed super comfortable, hot showers, quiet rooms, nice breakfast options, walkable dining options, beautiful ocean view, rooftop bar was a vibe Cons: Parking very limited, there were road blockages at night so we had to find somewhere else to park and walk a good distance. Stains in shower, carpet and walls. We wanted to try out the spa but was thrown off by the paint patches on the walls, wasn’t very inviting.

Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit Blick in einen Lichtschacht. Sollte man wissen, hat uns nicht so sehr gestört, da wir kaum auf dem Zimmer waren. Frühstück sehr gut und große Auswahl. Personal überall sehr nett. Musik auf dem Pooldach furchtbar, normalerweise sind wir nicht empfindlich wenn man aber ein paar Stunden am Pool verbringt, ist man von der stets gleich bleibende Jazzmusik etwas genervt. Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip.

Great hotel in St Julian’s bay! Breakfast was fantastic! Nice rooftop pool area. Unfortunately roof top bar wasn’t opened when we stayed… but you could call reception and get food and drinks. Best hotel in the area!

Really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with lots of choice and again, staff were excellent. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We requested an ironing board, iron and fan (the weather was warm for March) and they were delivered to the room straight away. The on-site Spa was also really good, as was Cafe Juliana. Would highly recommend Hotel Juliana. 🙂

Alle Mitarbeitenden sind außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Ich fühlte mich von der ersten Minute an willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Meer in St. Julian’s, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das wunderschöne Rooftop mit Liegen und einem Outdoor -Pool. Alles super. Top Lage und sehr sauber. Sehr zentral. Direkt gegenüber Bushaltestelle. Zu Fuß in 5 Min beim Einkaufen, Essen, oder Party machen. Zimmer sauber. Super Klima. Pool top. Einziges Minus, keine Sonnenschirme. Sind aber evtl. ganz oben wegen Wind verboten. Sehr heiß am Rooftop Pool.

Fantastic family stay in a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were so welcoming to us all and went out of their way to help us with all our varied requests. The hotel is in a great location with stunning views of Spinola Bay. Our rooms were spacious, immaculate and perfect for all.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Juliani. Die Lage direkt an der Bucht ist fast perfekt: Man hat gleich mehrere Buslinien vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Ausgehviertel sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Hotelrestaurant "Zest" ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und auch das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte kein Zimmer zur hinteren Straße hin nehmen, da hier morgens Waren für das Hotel angeliefert werden. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und auch sonst war der Service wirklich toll. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

My daughter and I stayed in a very lovely large room looking out over Spinola Bay. The room and all the areas of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The large bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds that I have slept in. Our whole stay from our very warm welcome to the service we received at breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Wir sind aus Deutschland und hatten Glück unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu verbringen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Spinola Bay in St.Julian. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus sehr gut erreichbar und viele Ausflugsziele lassen sich von diesem Hotel mit dem Bus ebenfalls gut erreichen (bsp. Valetta oder Rabat). Das Hotel verfügt über eine liebevolle Lobby, sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Ein Highlight ist der großzügige Pool im 9 Stock des Hotels, wo sich die Abendstunden mit Blick auf die Spinola Bay echt aushalten lassen :) Zudem befindet sich dort eine nett eingerichtete Bar, in der man den ein oder anderen Cocktail bestellen kann, ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht und waren begeistert!!! Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen….Es gibt eine große Auswahl von sehr guter Qualität. Außerdem blieb kein Wunsch an Kaffeespezialitäten offen ( verschiedenste Milchersatz Produkte) Das Personal war stets freundlich und zu jeder Zeit bemüht und AUFMERKSAM jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen :) Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen!!!

I've had a fantastic stay at Hotel Juliani! I had the harbour view room the view is stunning looking out to the harbour, highly recommend this room. The hotel is very centrally located with lots of restaurants and bars at doorstep. I was a lone traveller so that was very convenient. The room was very spacious, bright and clean. I hired a car, the hotel have ots own parking facility which was handy, however its only a small parking area so i would suggest get there early in the day to get a space. If you're not driving the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and have busses going directly to Valleta, airport, Saliema and Buggiba. I only had breakfast at the hotel. The choice of food was very good. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Malta.

Stayed over Christmas. Had two rooms, upgraded to seafront view with a small balcony. The room with twin was very spacious, the room with the double bed was average size. Hotel is well located on the seafront in the heart of the town and we could walk everywhere Rooms were well equipped and beds comfortable. The staff were welcoming.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Es mangelt an nichts. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wenn auch es an 8 Tagen immer das gleiche gab und null Abwechslung. Die Damen vom Housekeeping sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und diskret. Über die Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu sagen. Es war immer vorbildlich sauber. Es gibt für mich nur einen Kritikpunkt, den ich selber auch vor Ort angesprochen haben, der allerdings nicht ernst genommen wurde. Was ich sehr schade fand. Es war Nachts so warm, das es im Zimmer eine ungemein schlecht Luft war und brütend heiß. Mit Meerblick , war es aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich die Balkontür offen zu lassen. Es war Nachts so warm, das es im Zimmer eine ungemein schlecht Luft war und brütend heiß. Mit Meerblick , war es aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich die Balkontür offen zu lassen. Great place in centre of St Julians. Right across from a lovely marina area that you can sunbathe and swim in the water. The Zest restaurant was lovely, highly recommend and cocktail menu is great. Our room was located near the lift and looking out to the seaview, we thought it would be quite loud but it wasn't. The room was great and spacious, the only thing was the mattress and pillows were soft (personal preference) and the aircon went on & off every 15 minutes or so. The room got quite warm while it was off during the night. This wouldn't put me off staying again though. Perfect for 3 nights in Malta.

Wir hatten ein Standard Doppelzimmer mit Blick in einen Lichtschacht. Sollte man wissen, hat uns nicht so sehr gestört, da wir kaum auf dem Zimmer waren. Frühstück sehr gut und große Auswahl. Personal überall sehr nett. Musik auf dem Pooldach furchtbar, normalerweise sind wir nicht empfindlich wenn man aber ein paar Stunden am Pool verbringt, ist man von der stets gleich bleibende Jazzmusik etwas genervt. The Hotel was wonderful but the one disappointment was that they charged my family for 3 nights breakfast knowing full well that we were leaving at 5am on the last night and would not be eligible. They would not credit the last night and stated that we should have warned them days ago knowing full well that we were leaving early since they booked our taxi out that morning days in advance. 60 euros wasted unfortunately.

Really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with lots of choice and again, staff were excellent. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We requested an ironing board, iron and fan (the weather was warm for March) and they were delivered to the room straight away. The on-site Spa was also really good, as was Cafe Juliana. Would highly recommend Hotel Juliana. 🙂

Clean, comfortable, and contemporary style and the hotel was small enough not to feel impersonal. Our room (a Junior Suite) was at the front overlooking Spinola harbour, so the views were spectacular throughout the day. The staff were professional and very friendly and courteous without being pushy. Plenty of food options nearby (and a Japanese-style restaurant at the hotel), and bus stops right outside the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy boutique property. The reception was kind and helpful, the buffet breakfast was simple but enough. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice with a great view of the water. There is a nice rooftop pool and bar where we ejoyed winding down our day. The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, bars, and easy access to transportation right in front of the hotel. We would 100% stay here again if we were to stay in the area of St. Julians.

As guests staying for our 30th Wedding anniversary, this hotel was ideally placed for eating out, local transport and accessing all available attractions. The hotel and staff were excellent, extremely helpful, polite and accommodating to any queries or questions. As per all of the major tourist locations, the surrounding areas of the hotel were a little grubby however this is due to shear volume of footfall and vehicles on the island.

Wir sind aus Deutschland und hatten Glück unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu verbringen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Spinola Bay in St.Julian. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus sehr gut erreichbar und viele Ausflugsziele lassen sich von diesem Hotel mit dem Bus ebenfalls gut erreichen (bsp. Valetta oder Rabat). Ein Highlight ist der großzügige Pool im 9 Stock des Hotels, wo sich die Abendstunden mit Blick auf die Spinola Bay echt aushalten lassen :) Zudem befindet sich dort eine nett eingerichtete Bar, in der man den ein oder anderen Cocktail bestellen kann, ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht und waren begeistert!!! Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen….Es gibt eine große Auswahl von sehr guter Qualität. I've had a fantastic stay at Hotel Juliani! I had the harbour view room the view is stunning looking out to the harbour, highly recommend this room. The hotel is very centrally located with lots of restaurants and bars at doorstep. I was a lone traveller so that was very convenient. The room was very spacious, bright and clean. I hired a car, the hotel have ots own parking facility which was handy, however its only a small parking area so i would suggest get there early in the day to get a space. If you're not driving the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and have busses going directly to Valleta, airport, Saliema and Buggiba. I only had breakfast at the hotel. The choice of food was very good. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Malta.

The hotel is very centrally located with lots of restaurants and bars at doorstep. I was a lone traveller so that was very convenient. The room was very spacious, bright and clean. I hired a car, the hotel have ots own parking facility which was handy, however its only a small parking area so i would suggest get there early in the day to get a space. If you're not driving the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and have busses going directly to Valleta, airport, Saliema and Buggiba. I only had breakfast at the hotel. The choice of food was very good. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Malta.

This hotel is a fantastic find. It is perfectly situated in the heart of St Julian’s on the bay front. The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure our stay was super special. The food both in Cafe Juliani and Zest were delicious and amazing. Great roof pool and very clean. Highly recommended.

Mooi gelegen hotel aan de spinola baai. De kamer is ruim, met een goed bed, flatscreen tv, koelkastje, waterkoker, kluisje, en ochtendjassen. Op het dakterras met mooi uitzicht over de baai is een zwembad met bar. Op de begane grond is er een overdekt terrasgedeelte, een cafe en ontbijtruimte. Het ontbij is in buffetvorm en zeer uitgebreid met ook een tiental warme producten.op de eerste verdieping is een geweldig oosters ( Japans) restaurant en in de kelderverdieping zit een schoonheidssalon waar ze heerlijke massages geven, Het bedienend personeel is zeer vriendelijk eb behulpzaan. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Es mangelt an nichts. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wenn auch es an 8 Tagen immer das gleiche gab und null Abwechslung. Die Damen vom Housekeeping sind sehr bemüht, freundlich und diskret. Über die Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu sagen. Es war immer vorbildlich sauber. Es gibt für mich nur einen Kritikpunkt, den ich selber auch vor Ort angesprochen haben, der allerdings nicht ernst genommen wurde. Was ich sehr schade fand. Es war Nachts so warm, das es im Zimmer eine ungemein schlecht Luft war und brütend heiß. Mit Meerblick , war es aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich die Balkontür offen zu lassen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Dies habe ich beanstandet. Man sagte mir, im Winter sei die Klimaanlage nicht an sondern würde auf Wärme umgestellt sein. Ergo, gab es keine Möglichkeit in 8 Nächten auch nur 1x durch zu schlafen, das es einfach viel zu warm im Zimmer war. Ich fand sehr schade, dass das Personal da nicht Gesprächsbereit war bzw. Lösungsorientiert gearbeitet hat.

Really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with lots of choice and again, staff were excellent. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. We requested an ironing board, iron and fan (the weather was warm for March) and they were delivered to the room straight away. The on-site Spa was also really good, as was Cafe Juliana. Would highly recommend Hotel Juliana. 🙂

Wir sind aus Deutschland und hatten Glück unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu verbringen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Spinola Bay in St.Julian. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus sehr gut erreichbar und viele Ausflugsziele lassen sich von diesem Hotel mit dem Bus ebenfalls gut erreichen (bsp. Valetta oder Rabat). Das Hotel verfügt über eine liebevolle Lobby, sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Ein Highlight ist der großzügige Pool im 9 Stock des Hotels, wo sich die Abendstunden mit Blick auf die Spinola Bay echt aushalten lassen :) Zudem befindet sich dort eine nett eingerichtete Bar, in der man den ein oder anderen Cocktail bestellen kann, ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht und waren begeistert!!! Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen….Es gibt eine große Auswahl von sehr guter Qualität. Außerdem blieb kein Wunsch an Kaffeespezialitäten offen ( verschiedenste Milchersatz Produkte) Das Personal war stets freundlich und zu jeder Zeit bemüht und AUFMERKSAM jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen :) Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen!!!

Chambre propre et spacieuse mais environnement très bruyant même avec porte bien fermée. Parking uniquement pour 5 voitures mais nous avons toujours eu la chance d’avoir de la place Les petits déjeuners sont très médiocres, les Mini viennoiseries inmangeables. Je ne retournerai pas dans le quartier de Paceville bcp trop populaire et fetard à mon goût

The stay was very enjoyable. Staff were extremely helpful especially Manwel, Chakana, Ria and all the wonderful breakfast staff. Facilities were great. The only negative was the very early morning construction work which began at 7am. We weren’t aware of this when booking. A lovely touch was the birthday surprise from the staff. We will definitely return to Hotel Juliani!

Stunning views from the rooms and pool area, that was pretty much the highlights. Breakfast service is a disorganised shambles ! The pool area has the most uncomfortable sunbeds I’ve ever been on, that alone would stop me coming back
