Ocean View Beach Hotel

Room was clean, staff was friendly.

Clean room, quiet had a restful time while at the hotel

I would be somewhat hesitant picking the hotel. It's not actually at the beach and there is only one free entrance but more importantly it's very noisy due to a nearby nightclub and there were a lot of local Jamaicans staying at the hotel, some of which were drinking and smoking weed (the later is quite normal in Jamaica but not something I am used to or appreciate being close to). The staff did its best to help and accommodate me (including the security guard who is there from 5 PM to 8 AM). They were very friendly but this was not exactly the kind of place I had expected when booking. I also kept struggling with mosquitos in the room that we never managed to get rid of even if the latter was probably just unfortunate.

The location was ideal for those who would want to venture into the town, the staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable and the entire experience was just lovely. Definitely looking to visit sometime soon again.
