Central location, great views from rooftop, excellent staff. Nice rooms inside caves. Bathroom had leaky water on the floor, it wasn’t bothersome though. The hotel runs its own ballooning company as well as tours. If you book everything via them, not only they provide better rates but also free shuttle service to and from airport. We learnt of this pretty late and our other activity bookings were non-cancellable, so couldn’t take advantage of their offer.

Really lovely hotel, was so excited I forgot to take photos of the room it self. I was travelling with two other friends and booked a family suite that has one double bed and two single beds. The was a Sofa, coffee table, TV (we never used as we were out most of the time), stable internet and the usual things. Our room was in a proper cave! It was very cool an mind boggling that we were staying in a room that is carved out rock. This hotel is rustic (very clean and comfortable) and literally built into a side of a rock. The photos are from the roof top bar that at the top of the main reception. The staff are lovely and very informative. The tours and activates were fairly priced. Also, they are very trustworthy. They know everything about the region and always happy to help. We did a few last min changes with regards to activity and as they booked for us, they were able to make the changes really quickly. This freed up our time to explore Goreme. Their preferred method of communication is Whatsapp, which at first I thought was weird but it actually worked really well. One evening there were people shouting outside my room, I just Whatsapp reception and they just dealt with it. No need for me to leave the room or speak to some in a drowsy state. Highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again :-) Thank you for looking after us Elegance Cave Suites Team!!!

The rooms are under renovation, they are installing wifi wires, there is no bell boy to carry the luggage. Airport transportation is rip off, where the other travel company charges $80, the hotel charged us $150.

Situé au centre de Goreme, l'établissement offre de belles prestations: chambres confortables, bon petit déjeuner, une terrasse pour observer les montgolfières, un service aux petits soins pour nous organiser des visites de la région ou commander un taxi. We stayed in the part of the hotel that is under renovation. Dirty, dusty and no bell boy service. This was cheating us with incorrect pictures for the price we paid. The owner (or owner daughter) was more interested in upselling for exorbitant prices. 150 euro for airport to hotel transfer for what costs only 90 (we were group of 10, 3 bookings).

Would definitely recommend. We stayed as a family in a cave suite and it was perfect. Great breakfast and the location was fantastic. Just away from the busy bit of town with brilliant views from their own rooftop viewing areas. Restaurant was great too. Communications were great before the trip, and they organised airport transfers which worked efficiently.

Amazing experience in this cave hotel! The staff were very friendly & helpful for all our needs. The room was in excellent condition & the views from the terrace were incredible! The breakfast was delicious and it was an easy walk to all the shops in Goreme. Thank you for our great trip!!

I was sick my whole stay so it was a bummer but the hot showers helped, the cleaning staff was great, and it was comfortable as I laid in bed a lot. Also, it was cold outside but the caves remained pretty warm. I understand it's the opposite for summer, the caves stay cool in the heat.

Giriş esnasında çok sıcak bir şekilde karşılandık.. sorunsuz şekilde odamıza yerleştik. Yetişkin 2 çocuk olarak konakladık.. kaldığımız o da gayet yeterliydi.. temizlik konusunda da hiç sorun yoktu.. çıkış anına kadar sorunsuz bir şekilde konakladık.. tüm emeği geçenlere teşekkürler

Her otelde yaşanabilecek minik aksilikler yaşadık ancak işletmenin iletişimini çok beğendik. Aşırı kibar, güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydılar. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Oda yeterli büyüklükteydi biraz rutubet vardı (doğal olarak) Onu göze almıştık zaten bu tarz bir konaklama için hangi otel olursa olsun bu olur diye düşünüyoruz. Kahvaltı temiz ve yeterli seviyedeydi. Sürekli yenilendi. Teşekkürler her şey için. 🌸

I enjoyed the hotel. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice variety and had a cappucino/hot chocolate and latte machine! The location was also great. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the downtown and a 5 minute walk from the Goreme bus station. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that when we enter our room, we did get blasted by the scent of humidity. The scent only lasts about 3 seconds but it was something worth noting. It is a natural cave hotel so it is definitely one of the things you would have to deal with anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cappadocia again!

Loved this place, wonderful location, friendly, and helpful staff, spacious rooms, very clean and close to measure places in Cappadocia’s downtown. I feel really pampered during my stay, definitely I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a very nice time in a lovely Cave Hotel.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, die Zimmer extrem geräumig. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit Whirlpool. Leider war die Aussicht vom Zimmer nicht so schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war herrvorragend.

The staff were so helpful and available via WhatsApp at all times and replied quickly. The room was amazing and breakfast was lovely. The staff were all very friendly especially the younger man who is studying at University. An amazing hotel and I would recommended it to everyone! Thank you.

One evening there were people shouting outside my room, I just Whatsapp reception and they just dealt with it. No need for me to leave the room or speak to some in a drowsy state. Really lovely hotel, was so excited I forgot to take photos of the room it self. I was travelling with two other friends and booked a family suite that has one double bed and two single beds. The was a Sofa, coffee table, TV (we never used as we were out most of the time), stable internet and the usual things. Our room was in a proper cave! It was very cool an mind boggling that we were staying in a room that is carved out rock. This hotel is rustic (very clean and comfortable) and literally built into a side of a rock. The photos are from the roof top bar that at the top of the main reception. The staff are lovely and very informative. The tours and activates were fairly priced. Also, they are very trustworthy. We stayed in the part of the hotel that is under renovation. Dirty, dusty and no bell boy service. This was cheating us with incorrect pictures for the price we paid. The owner (or owner daughter) was more interested in upselling for exorbitant prices. 150 euro for airport to hotel transfer for what costs only 90 (we were group of 10, 3 bookings).

Central location, great views from rooftop, excellent staff. Nice rooms inside caves. Bathroom had leaky water on the floor, it wasn’t bothersome though. The hotel runs its own ballooning company as well as tours. If you book everything via them, not only they provide better rates but also free shuttle service to and from airport. We learnt of this pretty late and our other activity bookings were non-cancellable, so couldn’t take advantage of their offer.

I enjoyed the hotel. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice variety and had a cappucino/hot chocolate and latte machine! The location was also great. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the downtown and a 5 minute walk from the Goreme bus station. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that when we enter our room, we did get blasted by the scent of humidity. The scent only lasts about 3 seconds but it was something worth noting. It is a natural cave hotel so it is definitely one of the things you would have to deal with anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cappadocia again!

Beautiful hotel, clean and at the top of everything. Be prepared to walk up and down a hill. Lots of stairs but beautiful cave hotel. Huge room and comfortable beds. The reception will help with everything you need. Lots of restaurants around the area.

Hicimos la reserva en ELegance Cave Suites, y nos dieron una hbitacion en el Hotel de enfrente que se llama Derviches y no es Cave. Encima, nos ideron uan habitacion cuadruple y con un cuarto sin ventilacion. El desayuno no tiene Cafe expreso, tiene un cafe horrible, es de muy mala calidad el desayuno. Ensaladas viejas. Das Hotel war sehr schön, die Zimmer extrem geräumig. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit Whirlpool. Leider war die Aussicht vom Zimmer nicht so schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war herrvorragend.

We've chosen Elegance Cave Suites to get an experience in a cave hotel - we've got what we wanted :) Just be prepared that a cave room is darker than a regular room, which is natural. We've stayed in a family room - clean and spacious. Lacking shelves for clothes though. Lovely view from the terrace of the breakfast cafe; breakfast itself could have been better (you won't stay hungry, no. It's just the choice of products that my comment refers to)

Would definitely recommend. We stayed as a family in a cave suite and it was perfect. Great breakfast and the location was fantastic. Just away from the busy bit of town with brilliant views from their own rooftop viewing areas. Restaurant was great too. Communications were great before the trip, and they organised airport transfers which worked efficiently.

Amazing experience in this cave hotel! The staff were very friendly & helpful for all our needs. The room was in excellent condition & the views from the terrace were incredible! The breakfast was delicious and it was an easy walk to all the shops in Goreme. Thank you for our great trip!!

We had a really good time at Elegance. Our room was very spacious , clean and well maintained. Cave rooms aren't easy to main rain, but Elegance has done a nice job here. There are two restaurants on-site, but we did not partake. The roof Terrance is wonderful and provides a great view of the balloons in the morning. The front staff were also wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating! If you are visiting Goreme, this is a great option for your stay.

We got more than we expected from this hotel, the staff, services, breakfast and rooms all exceeded our expectations. I have to specially thank all the front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff, they made out trip special. The room was clean and comfortable.
