Mantenimiento a las habitaciones, instalaciones, el estacionamiento de primer piso lleno de agua por lo que no estaba en funcionamiento, estacionamiento de segundo piso funciona, si quieres dejar tu auto en la propiedad son $100.00 más lo cual no te dice en ningún lado de la reserva, si no lo quieres pagar lo dejas en un terreno baldío del otro lado de la calle, no lo conocí no sé en qué condiciones está. 2 dias estuvimos sin agua en el hotel, no tiene area de playa, las olas pegan en la barda del hotel, no te dejan meter bebidas al area de alberca y ahi todo super caro, al triple de lo que te puedes conseguir enfrente un refresco. No tiene actuvidades en la alberca que entretengan al cliente o algo para hacer ya que como dije, la playa no es buena wn esa area.

I didn’t like that the towels were really stained ready for the trash and the first day we didn’t even have a new roll of toilet paper nor an extra one. Other than that the staff at the lobby they were real nice also love the spa service all the staff is wonderful.

Great view hotel looks nice from outside,but for the four days of our stay my room was not cleaned my bed sheets were not changed housekeeping made the bed but used same sheets. The amenities were not available bottles were empty. And I noticed mold in shower and in walls. Definitely not staying there again

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony was too small and we reported the TV (which we only watched when getting ready) but nobody came to see it, it was blue even after the settings were changed. Also, I consider pool closes too early at 8 pm and opens late at 9 am maybe changing the schedule will be good. The view also is bad with the empty lot next to the hotel filled with trash.

Our room was an ocean view on 15th floor. The bed was a king size luxury with great pillows! The room had blackening blinds and we slept beautifully! The room was cleaned every day and in good repair. The bathroom was starting to show a little age but was very clean. The staff was very good to us- even brought tables outside for us when we asked. Location is great- lots of restaurants, bus stop and Ubers plentiful if needed. The pool wasn’t heated but not uncommon- so a little too cold to swim in January. The Hilton welcome cookie is amazing!! We would definitely stay here again-our 4th time to Matzalan but first stay here.

Like: in front of the ocean. Didn’t like: reception didn’t gave us any instructions, room was kind of small, same with balcony. The windows in the balcony were dirty. The bathroom had a leak on top of the toilet, the TV was not working properly. The carpet outside the rooms were dirty. Trash by the beach.

We have messaged the hotel the day before arrival for some requests. Was told the check in desk will accommodate our request and they are on our file. When we checked in, the staff did not acknowledge any requests we have made. Since our requests were not a must, we did not pushed for them. We stayed here for the entire trip, total of 8 nights. We like the pool, the service on the pool level. Very friendly and attentive, often check on us when we were in the pool. The lobby coffee shop lady was very sweet. She recognized me the second day already and even if I did not ordered from her, she greeted me with a smile and hola. The bell persons were very kind too, always a good morning or have a good day. The front desk staff, which is by the evaluators, never say hi to us as we walked in. Housekeeping was a different story. Everyday there was something not replenish or missing. One day was hand soap, the other day with no towel. The first 2 day we have to call and ask for toilet paper. In my opinion, as a Hilton property, I expect at least a 4+ stars service. The location of this hotel is nice, walkable to Malecon and local shops. Local bus stop right in front of the hotel. Yet, we can basically wave to the bus driver on this main road and they will stop for you. Overall, this is a “ok” place to stay but a little disappointed at some of the services.

I liked the staff more than anything. Liliana in housekeeping provided excellent customer service and worked in a professional manner and yet was very nice on a personal level! I wish I could have her as one of my employees! Rodrigo, Esmerelda and "Zaid" Diaz were also exceptional. I look forward to my next stay!!

Cada año Voy a Mazatlan, nunca me había quedado en este hotel y aseguro que no lo Volveré hacer, estuve 4 días tres noches y solo una ocasión limpiaron mi habitación, intentas comunicarte al hotel durante dos horas no responden llamadas, ellos mismos dicen que por ser hora de check out están muy ocupados y tienen que desconectar los teléfonos. Great hotel with lots of dinning options around. The staff were friendly and we were greated with an early check-in as our room was ready- this was very appreciated. The room was clean however the shower and the bathrrom had mold and would require a deep clean and the couch was very dirty and would either need to be deep cleaned or just replaced. We kept our car in the hotel outside parking lot just across the steet and there wes mountains of garbages like a garbage dump in the parking lot. This is not acceptable for an international standard hotel. It would require a half day of work with a truck to clean up. Also, just beside the hotel, there is a vacant lot with garbage hills that were visible from our hotel balcony which again could be an easy fix for the hotel to improve the view of the guests and the hotel reputation.

The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. Theview of the ocean and pool were wonderful. Im glad we did not do the all inclusive option however, one day we decided to hang out at the hotel all day and had the breakfast buffet, the coffee was terrible and the food was mediocre. At lunch we ordered a burger at the restaurant and it was not good. My husband and Ionly about 2 bites of our sandwich. It was like a hockey puck. With such great esting options near by, save yourself the money from the all inclusive.
