The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. They were responsive whenever assistance was needed, which made the overall experience easy and comfortable.The room had everything we needed for a short stay, and check-in was smooth. I thought the hotel was very well located because it had a lot of transport links around and you can easily walk to the city centre. the light in the bathroom comes on automatically but then turns off in the next 15 seconds which can be inconvenient. also, in the bathroom, it says that if we leave the towels hanging then we will keep them for the next day. I came back to the room, all the towels had been folded so I did not know whose towel was whose anymore and also there were no hand towels or bath mats the next day but we had at least 6 big towels but there was only 2 of us. I think this aspect can definitely be improved. There was also no shelves or cupboard to put clothes away, only a few hanger and coat hooks and the back of the door.
