No staff. Self check in /out, instructions not in English and no assistance. Towels were only small hand towels, no controller for the AC, we had to go and purchase our own pillows because the ones they had were too small and flat. Water pressure was very low for shower. Extra charges when you check in that are not on the Web Site. All of these things should be mentioned on Hotels.Com so we know before we reserve

The position for what we were doing ( Kukkiwon Taekwondo Master Course) was excellent. New water every day in the fridge. An abundance of restaurants around and near Gangnam and Yeoksam stations. In short a good value super find. Only gripe is the lift stopped working one day! And we were on the 8th floor. (But it was fixed pretty quickly.) Would gave been nice to have a means to hang washing. All in all a great spot. And super location.
