수영장패키지로 다녀왔는데 무제한으로 수영장이용이 가능했어요 잘 보냈습니다

1.parking : spot 5, easy to access 5, easy to load and unloard, parking place for only for hotel customer, coin laundry 2set 5,000won for each time, have to buy detergent(1,000won) and dry sheet(1,000won), cash only. 2. location : close to hwy. about 1hour to ICN airport, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, B1 food mart, coffee, easy to access subway, 3-4stops to downtown Seoul. close to park. 3. room: very clean, exellent room service, friendly staff. you have beutiful city view, if you open curtain somebody can see your room. A/C works good. i was totaly satisfied.

시티뷰 방에 묵었는데 공덕오거리를 내려다보는 뷰여서 좋았어요! 수영장도 크고 깔끔해보이던데 따로 2만원을 내야하는 것 같더라고요. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 방이 너무 건조했어요 그래도 전반적으로 마음에 들어서 다음에 호캉스할 때 다른 지점의 롯데시티호텔도 방문해보고 싶다는 생각이 들었어요

My spouse and I lived in the neighborhood, down the street from this hotel, for two years before moving to the US. We recently came back to Korea to visit for the first time in a year and chose this hotel because it was familiar to us. Though we lived nearby, we never stayed with them, and I'm so happy that we made the choice to do so as we came back for a visit! The staff was kind and understanding (especially when I wanted to use Coupang and needed to make sure I had the address correct!) and the facilities are clean and efficient. Housekeeping is quite serious about doing their job well and makes sure that you have all that you need to be comfortable. The hotel also has great facilities, such as a pool, gym, and a small laundry room. Though, one of my feedback critiques is that the laundry room is cash only and the change machine was broken when we were there, so we had to get change at 1 AM from the front desk 😅. As someone who used to be local, I can tell you for sure that the location is amazing! Gongdeok is a great and modern-style station with touches of traditional restaurants (if you know where to look). If being able to access public transportation easily is what you seek in a place to stay, Lotte City Hotel Mapo is perfect for that too. It's nestled on Line 6 and Line 5, which is great for traveling to popular spots in Seoul. The bus stops outside the hotel are also convenient! Lotte City Hotel Mapo is a wonderful option for anyone looking to stay in Seoul!

L’hôtel est très propre et de standing. Il y a une piscine spacieuse et une salle de sport au 4eme étage. Le prix est de 20.000KRW la journée d’accès à la piscine (8h00-22h00 et fermeture de 12h00 a 13h00). La salle de sport ne contient que des équipements de cardio et un banc inclinable avec des haltères allant jusqu’à 14kg. Le 1er étage propose un stand de café de très bonne qualité et au 2ème étage il y a un restaurant, une épicerie et un convertisseur d’argent en KRW. Un conseil, retirez des €, $ au autre afin de pouvoir faire du change. Les personnes de l’accueil ont un niveau convenable en anglais. Au niveau de l’emplacement, il est convenable une fois que l’on sait naviguer avec les bus et transports. Si c’est pour découvrir la ville, je conseillerais d’autres emplacements (Myondeong). Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire autour de l’hôtel. Dans l’ensemble, je mets 3 étoiles car l’emplacement, l’accès à la piscine payant à la journée et le manque d’équipements dans la salle de sport sont décevants.

プールを利用しましたが、水泳用の帽子が必須だったため、買わなければなりませんでした。事前に知りたかったです。

Very expensive swimming pool at AUD $40 per visit. Did not even provide a towel.

Spacious bathroom & bedroom, large comfortable bed, enough storage, great shower pressure, fridge, air cond, nice decor. Excellent indoor pool & gym, microwave & ice/water in common area. Location is safe & excellent with great walking distance & options for shopping & eating and public transport. Free safe car parking. Small 7-11 & Coffee shop in building. Negatives -No Safe, No block-out curtains, No self-laundry, If room on street you will get street noise.

Right on top of a metro station and grocery store. Room and bathroom great, clean. You have to pay $15usd to use the pool (with a hair cap on) and the coin laundry is about $8usd per load. Was bummed about the pool :/

The only thing about this hotel is that is not as clean. There was a small cockroach in the restroom. The staff was very helpful with that but they changed us to another room that was not as nice as the first one. It was smaller, and smelled old. Aside from that it was descend but keep looking for something better if you cant find then yeah stay on this one.

전체적으로 마음에 듭니다. 지하철에서 아주 가까워서 위치가 맘에 듭니다. 구조도 마음에 들고 뷰도 괜찮았어요 조용하고 욕실도 편리합니다. 주변에 식당도 많아서 맛집 골라 갈 수 있어요. 4층 수영장도 조용하니 사용 편리했어요 다만 객실 바닥 카펫에 머리카락이 너무 많이 묻어 나더군요. 청소만 좀 더 신경써 주시면 좋겠습니다. 감사합니다.

We booked this on the day of our stay after the accommodation we had already paid for elsewhere turned out to be dreadful. The hotel staff were professional and our room was quiet, (with a lovely garden area outside our window that was very pretty). The shower was hot, with good water pressure and there is also a small tub. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste but nowhere near as bad as the hard mattresses found in many UK hotels. I was a bit disappointed that the bedding on my bed had a very unpleasant stain that hadn’t been removed by washing, (the quilt cover should have been thrown away - that stain wasn’t coming out), but housekeeping rectified the matter within minutes. I was a bit ‘grossed out’ though and would have been furious if I hadn’t spotted it before sleeping in the bed!) On day two of our stay, housekeeping forgot to replace our toilet rolls, but again, it was quickly sorted out. I paid extra for breakfast and it was very nice. As I hadn’t originally booked this hotel I wasn’t able to use the pool as hadn’t got a costume, so can’t comment on this. There is a subway entrance a few feet from the hotel and the line is handy for the slow train to the airport. There is a self-service 7-11 in the hotel lobby and a pharmacy with helpful staff. In the basement is a Lotte supermarket, which we didn’t have time to visit and a number of shops, including a Paik’s coffee, (which is popular with locals). I liked this hotel and would stay again.

何度も利用してます。今回のお部は555室。バスタブの内側を掃除して下さい！前泊者の角質(垢)でザラザラです。前回も同じことがありました。アメニティのバススポンジは顧客が掃除する為の物ですか？客室清掃員全員に徹底して周知して下さい。9月と12月も予約をしてます。次回は快適に過ごせるようにお願いします。

スタッフは全員サービスが良かった。駅からすぐの立地であり、交通の便も良かった。しかし、掃除がきちんとされていなくデスクやデスクについているコンセントの部分、ベッドサイドのテーブルが埃だらけだった。サイドテーブルに部屋の電気をコントロールするパネルがついていたが、埃と汚れがついており、汚くて自分でウェットティッシュで掃除した。エレベーターが1台しかなく、エレベーターから部屋の方に行くにはドアを開けていかなければいけないため少し不便だった。隣の部屋が本当にうるさかった。

This is a very nice hotel next to the subway. It was very convenient for public transportation. There was also a grocery store and many restaurants below the building. The room was very quiet and clean and had a great view. I loved the heated toilet seat!

Found a bed bud in my bed. The hotel really needs to pay more attention on its hygiene issue.

Nice hotel near subway. Would be better if they have a better pillow. Pillow was totally flat when i woke up. But other than that, it is a comfortable stay!

Pros 1) Walkable from Gongdeok subway exit 2 (escalator up to B1 of hotel building. Lobby at level 2. Level 1 side exit with elevator to subway exit 2) 2) Lots of convenience stores nearby, one right at level 2 of the hotel building. The other emart24/Cu stores are in walking distance. 3) Nearby amenities such as Post office (5mins away), Olive Young, restaurants etc. 4) Comfortable room size and bathroom. Bathtub and showers are separated. Bathroom also comes with retractable clothes line 5) Self serviced laundry (5000 won each for laundry and dryer), notes exchange machine and laundry powder machine available. Though only two sets of machines available. Free ironing board and iron available 6) Environmental friendly - no disposable toiletries, but provide comb, water and shower cap 7) Pillows of hard and soft type 8) Provides 2 room cards Cons 1) Noisy aircon that makes noise all night 2) Stayed on Level 4 and the floor is so wide, have to walk a distance to reach the lift lobby

Nice, clean and spacious room. Good city view from my room, close to subway and airport line. Just want they have better in room coffee because no sugar and cream for the coffee teabags

ソウル駅や弘大入口駅からも近く、空港からも地下鉄一本で移動できる便利な場所でした！ホテルもきれいで、シャワー室とトイレが別で床が濡れることもありませんでした。また泊まりたいです！

I booked last minute and it was a good stay for the few days. The price was fair for the location. The lighting however is a bit dark and you can tell the hotel is aging a bit with the yellowing of grout and the older style of the room. However, the mattress appeared to be relatively new and the towels/sheets/bathrobes were clean and looked relatively new as well.

地下鉄駅ほぼ直結、バスも多くあり、ロケーションは最高でした。地下にロッテマートもあるのでお土産を買ったりにも便利でした。ただ、ホテルの部屋の内装がやや古く、コンセントが少ないしUSB充電もなく不便さを感じました。また部屋のコップが紙コップなのもあまり好きではなかったです。

Location convenient for transport . Staff helpful . Rooms clean but could use an update .

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

立地、施設は良かったのですが、フロントの方は日本語が全く通じず、コミュケーションに手間取りました。 その理由は、宿泊代はすでに決済されてるにも関わらず、カード決済を求められ、対応に苦戦した事です。 Expediaからの領収書を見せましたが、日本語わからないと言われ、クレジットカード明細を見せて納得してもらえました。 国内外のホテルに数え切れないほど泊まってますが、こんなこと初めてです。

夜遅いフライトのときは空港線で20分で着くし、駅直結なので雨でも濡れずに行けます。ロビーにはコンビニ、ホテルの下にロッテマートやレストランもあり最高です。客室も静かでお掃除も行き届いていて快適です。

Extremely convenient with the seoul subway right below the hotel

My stay at Lotte City Hotel Mapo was very pleasant from check-in to check-out. Extremely convenient as the subway station is directly beneath the hotel and there are several bus stops nearby. The standard double room was also huge and clean. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Centrally located, on the AREX airport train, line 5 and 6 and right below.

The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station. This station is also connected to subway lines that both run directly to the airports, about 35 for Gimpo and 1hr and some change for incheon. Gongdeok (the station right below it) is 20 minutes from Hongdae by bus, 20 from Myeongdong by subway but the station, Gongdeok, is way less crowded than either of those which I appreciated. The mini 7 Eleven was nice as well. It's a little pricey, but I still very much highly recommend it.

객실이 청결하고 욕조가 있어서 피로를 풀기에 좋았고 침대가 편안하여 숙면을 취할수 있었습니다 수영장이 있어서 아주 좋았고 디너뷔페도 가성비있고 맛있어서 만족하였습니다 특히 주차장이 넓어서 편리하였습니다

バスタブありの部屋でした。地下鉄駅から出口がすぐで便利でした。部屋は全く不満なかったですが、朝食が期待ほどでなかったのと、朝食会場に小バエがいたのがマイナスポイント。

Many dining options at the basement level. Connected to subway station and there is a lotte premium supermarket to get essentials needs! Check in process was easy and room was clean.

アメニティとして歯ブラシがなかったのは残念．朝食なしのプランにしましたが，朝食が2500ウォンと高くて申し込めませんでした．あとは広くて清潔でよかったです．

Nice hotel with direct access to supermarket, restaurants and subway in basement floor.

We’ve stayed here twice and both times have been exceptional! The hotel location is very convenient, literally on top of a subway station and across the street from the bus stop. So it’s very convenient for those taking the airport limo bus from incheon airport. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is really good too!
