The first room appeared unserviced & had an unmade bed. Ample room size. No closet space or towel racks. No coffee maker. 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel & 2 wash clothes. Multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. Relatively quiet. Pool appeared clean and was a pleasant temperature. A little attention to maintenance & cleanliness would do wonders.

The room its self was average and wasnt a problem. The outside needed cleaning trash everywhere in tbe parking lot and walkways. Staff was very nice.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Horrible customer service. Rooms are disgusting! Very unsanitary! Unsafe! Very trashy! But on a POSITIVE note Res Roof Inn was right next door and I got a great clean room for me and my children to rest before a loooooong journey further south!

Had family coming into town, so we chose this one for proximity. We were asked smoking or non, and we asked for non smoking. The room we received smelled like an ash tray with burned marks on the bedspread. The room smelled like marijuana was smoked in there. There were also shady characters outside just hanging out. So they never went back, didn’t even stay. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money. Non smoking means non smoking

Cheap price in comparison. I understand why. Room not very well kept up. Broken window. Broken toilet paper holder. Electrical outlet cover broken. One electrical outlet only worked if the overhead light was on. It seems like insufficient handicap parking. Also 1 of the handicap ramps was blocked by parking block.

The pool was not cleaned water was green and nasty, stains on the covers shower was broke, didn't even bother staying wasted money, usually it's i nice place but they've went downhill bad since last year

Bed sheets had stains on them walls need to be wiped down with disinfectant need new bed spreads, burnt holes in them. Over the last 3 years the same soiled, and burned bed spreads, toilets not wiped clean on the side at the bottom by the Tub area

There was hair all over the bathroom floor, toilet, and all the floors were dirty. The duvet was also stained. I asked for another room. This room was unclean as well. The refrigerator hummed so i unplugged it. Did I mention it was filthy as well. The floor was extremely dirty. The water stood in tje tub as I ahowered. Tje duvet had cigeratte holes in it. The towel stand was beautiful, but it was dirty , thus the towels were unclean WITH hair on them. Did I mention there was no iron so i had to go out in the rain and purchase one. The tv stations were all paid programming stations. There was no lid on the toilet. You flushed via pushing the installed flap. I will never,, I repeat NEVER stay nor recommend this place to anyone, not even a Back a bond

Requested a non smoking room reeked and I mean REEKED of cigarettes. Toilet would not flush, room was generally nasty. Still trash in cans and the mini fridge from previous guest. In a week long stay the room was cleaned only once even after I called the manager and complained of the state of the room and plumbing. I try to add something positive when I leave a review but really there’s nothing. Don’t recommend at all.

got there and it took forever to actually get into a room. original rooms key card wouldn’t work so i got moved to another, a little annoying but not a huge deal. in the second room, the smell of stale cigarettes slapped me in the face as soon as i opened the door even though it was a non smoking room, also annoying but not a huge deal. after sitting stuff down and actually looking at the room it was DISGUSTING!!! hair and dirt on the floor, didn’t take long to see a bed bug crawling on the floor so i pulled the sheets off and pulled the mattress out. mattress was even more dirty than the floor, huge stains, mold, bed bugs. i went to the front desk guy, who was probably the only “good” thing about the place and showed him the pictures/videos of bed bugs to which he immediately said “oh no” then offered to move me to yet another room to which i declined and he then cancelled the charge on my credit card. i’m still waiting on hotels.com to void the pending charge on the card but i will definitely NEVER be back to this hotel.

The room was somewhat clean. There were dried leaves on the floor as soon as the door to the room was opened. The tv remote was missing, no chair was present, one of the lamps did not work and the floor was quite sticky. The freezer door had not been shut all the way and it was frozen shut.

This is a simple, no frills hotel. The room was clean, although our no smoking room had 3 small burn holes in the comforter. There was a fridge and microwave in the room but I was just passing through for the night and had no use for it. No coffee pot or continental breakfast.

There. Was no chair in the room and a chair would have been really nice, so you'd never lay in bed. All the time and coffee pot with packets of coffee would be nice too and just charge an extra 2 dollars otherwise I enjoyed myself.
