Parking was disappointing. When booking hotel, no where did it mention limited parking. We went to Scarywood and returned roughly around 2am. No parking available due to large construction going on at the hotel. We called and spoke to attendant and she mentioned she is aware there was no parking available. Asked where should we park and provided no help. We had to park in a restricted area next to the dumpster. Why is the hotel selling rms if the parking lot capacity was exceeded. We saw numerous people driving around in circles trying to find parking...

Parking kinda sucked BUT the front is all tore up for remodeling so not much you can do about that. Breakfast was good but on Sunday the hotel was packed and the staff was having a hard time keeping up and ran out of things. The food was good if you could get it.

Asst manager on check-in was rude and confusing. Hotel didn’t have signs, tape, cones out to prevent parking at their main lobby. He didn’t believe us, argued, got half way through check in and demanded we move our vehicles- bot knowing where our room was. Pool was still being cleaned during open hours, caused pool and hot tub to be very cold. Room was perfect.

The property was clean. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, well lit, Nice pool, fitness room was well equipped, and nice laundry facilities for guess. Nice store to buy things you forgot, and a good breakfast. A property only had one walkable restaurant that was open nearby.

Nice very comfortable hotel, close to shopping and food. Large room included a wet bar separating a living area from bed area. Beds were comfortable, breskfast was very good. Hot tub was clean and pleasant after a long day driving.

We’ve stayed at this property several times over the past few years and it has progressively gotten worse. During our week long stay, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked through an obviously already patched area. The ice machine was out of order the whole time. We asked for a trash can liner and shampoo. They were out of stock. Just generally run down.

I loved my stay there!!! The room was exactly as pictured on the website. It was extremely clean, the room was large, and the beds were VERY comfortable. I loved the kitchen counter area, the fact that it had a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. There was a big comfy chair in room and a desk. The carpet was clean, and the floor by the kitchen area and vanity was hard flooring. The bathroom sink and counter were to the right as you enter the room (rather than in the bathroom). I had never seen that before, but it actually allowed for much more counter space (great if two people want to be doing their thing at the same time). The staff was helpful and very nice. Breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast. I did try to get coffee in the lobby twice and there were no cups. The ice machine on our floor was out of order (I just went down to the next level). It was very quiet except for a little traffic noise. The laundry facility came in handy. The air conditioning worked well. The area surrounding the inn had a restaurant that looked like it should be torn down. That was a little disappointing and the whole area nearby wasn’t exactly scenic. All in all, though, I said to my husband that we’re going to stay there every time we visit. It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend.

Top outer bed sheet was dingy. Black mold in bathroom on ceiling. Room smelled stale. Slow check in. Breakfast over too soon. I feel it should be open until 9:30-10:00. Not worth the price.

The property is nice, neet and clean. The included breakfast is ok. The floors in the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The tile floors couldn't have been mopped in weeks. My white socks were black just walking across the floor. Took a room towel to do a wipe test of the floor to make sure and it he white towel was black from the dirt. What a mess for such an over price stay

This property is overrated. They DO NOT provide service until the third day. Tiny, tiny bottles of soap and shampoo. Only two provided. Pool had oil and debris. Overheard other guests say they would NOT go in. Mold around the shower tub. Old bedding. The faucet in the sink was spraying water all over if turned on high. Shower head was good but trickiling water. Exhorbitant Rates. A Customer was yelling at front desk about the rate. Scarry to go in the elevator - old and creaking and dirty.

The hotel itself was fine. The hotel’s wifi was awful. In addition to being slow, it would intermittently kick us out so we needed to sign in all over again. When this happened for the 10th time, we were feelimg somewhat enraged.

Our heater/ac didn’t work at all. The room was boiling hot and the window only opened two inches. We barely slept cause we opened the window and all the noise from the highway was loud …. Between the extra hot room and the road noise it was not at all a restful night. We left to get on the road again exhausted

After midnight someone used a key and came into my room. It was a situation that could have ended very badly. 20 minutes after i checked in they decided to double book my room. All i got was a sorry our system must have had a glitch and thats it

Check in was awful. The staff member Alicia had no clue what she was doing. She was condescending and repeated many questions during the process. The gal next to her checked in 4 people during the same timeframe and didn’t seem to struggle. It took over 20 minutes just to check in and she blamed it on the hotel being booked out. I would never hire her or have her in a customer facing role, it was absolutely ridiculous. The outside garbages were overflowing and there was trash on the ground. There were no towels in the hotel pool area. We paid over $500 for 2 rooms that were not conjoined. We called earlier in the day and asked if they would be conjoined and were told “yes”. They were not. One of our rooms was not ready until 5:30 pm. We will not be staying here again nor recommend it to our friends.

I booked a room through Orbitz. When I arrived, I was told the hotel was oversold and I could not check in. I informed the gal at the desk I had a conformed booking and basically I was told, tough luck buddy. Absolutely horrible customer service. Then to make matters worse, I reached out to Orbitz to reverse the charge and this hotel told the Orbitz rep I was a no show and they were not oversold...... What a lie. I would NEVER stay at this property even if they offered me a free stay. $200 bucks down the drain......

The location is close to a lot of options for food but they are not walkable. The tradeoff is that the property is off the street and quiet. We found it very convenient for both Silverwood and food options, including grocery stores and restaurants.

The front desk young lady was so patient with the people ahead of me that were checking in. They asked for multiple changes to their several rooms. I was impressed with how kind she was! Also, the breakfast was awesome!!! We had to eat right at 6:00 am on Saturday, and breakfast was hot and ready!!!! Good job!!!

Overall clean property. Some of the staff at front desk were nice and lady in kitchen were friendly and helpful. The wifi was subpar and wasn’t good connection which my son was mad for gaming. They offer soft ooey gooey cookies which was a plus. No hk unless upon request and always a line up for the waffle machine.
