Clean, functional hotel just right for an overnight stay prior to a flight the next day from Haneda T3. Staff great. Only onsite faculty is the restaurant which was fine but there are plenty of other options inside the airport terminal.

I had a flight in the morning and stayed one night in a single "premium" room. Everything about the stay was excellent, except I wish the room was a little bigger. Barely enough room to move around after getting my luggage in; 1 large suitcase, 1 small suitcase and a backpack. Excellent location also with quick access to T3 shops and restaurants.

Great location as it’s inside of the t3 airport (and was next to our check in counter). Check in and out was quick. Easy to request for amenities eg free water not in the room but available for free using qr code, where a robot will deliver. Only feedback is that the room is a bit dated and only one pillow per person but think we could have requested another one if we wanted to.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Royal Park Hotel. It was super convenient for short stay before or after a flight out of the international terminal. We had an evening flight, and enjoyed a relaxing day of shopping and eating at the many restaurants and stores. There is a covered walkway to another shopping complex at an adjacent hotel. Rooms were a little small, but they were quiet, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. The window insulation is fantastic as we didn’t hear any airplane noise. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. If it wasn’t included in our room rate, we would have eaten at one of several restaurants in the terminal building. There are many great options. The hotel stored our luggage on the day of our departure, which was nice. Overall, it was great for a short stay. There is even a monorail and subway station in the terminal as well as a Landons and 7-11.

自分が泊まった部屋は862号室で、飛行場の飛行機が見え眺望はとても良かったのですが、予め部屋の画像を見て予約はしたのですが、ユニットバス部屋が全面ガラス張りだったのがやはり落ち着かなかったです。お部屋自体はとても狭かったので、少しでも広く見せる工夫だとは思うのですが、これであの値段？という感じ。あと、枕元に1つ、お肌用のナノケアを用意して頂いているのは嬉しかったです。しかし、そこでコンセントを使ってしまうと、スマホをベッド周りで充電するためのコンセントがなくなってしまい、泣く泣くナノケアを抜いて、スマホを充電しました。また、アメニティは充実していて素晴らしかったです。特にコーヒー&紅茶メーカーは、私はとても好感を持ちました。コーヒーを頂きましたが、美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

Although the hotel.com agent tried to contact the hotel to tell them to cancel my reservation, there was never any reply and I got charged even though I did not use this reservation. My flight from Detroit was delayed until late in the evening which meant I was going to have to spend a night at the airport (no more public transportation after midnight), which is why I booked this hotel. Eventually Delta cancelled the flight so I didn’t make it to Tokyo that evening. Seems like a good reason for a cancellation but the hotel never responded to that request. I know there are rules but they are just an excuse for ripping people off. A bit of fairness goes a long way to keep a good reputation and customers happy.

The location was amazing. Room on the smaller side but to be expected. But clean and comfortable. Did the job required. Check in was a bit of a disaster when a passport was not handed back bycreception. This was noticed when on the train. Had to turn back and go back to reception to get. Reception laughed not apologetic at all. That was a bit disappointing and costly for 4 people to return on the train.

I thought I had booked one night hotel room included breakfast but when i arrived at the hotel checking in then the staff told me my booking was not included breakfast. I had to pay 3000 Yen to buy the breakfast voucher. Also, self check-in service wasnt good either. The hotel staff wasnt too care if the guest know how to do self check in or not. I had to ask him for a few times then he explained. Finally i got arranged a room on 4/F, i looked around if the lift can take me to 4/f for a while, but it seems the lift goes to higher floors，then i had to ask the hotel myself, one lady told me the check in floor is already the 4/f floor, do not need to take lift but she didnt point me to the entrance of the hotel rooms door at all. I had to look around again and saw the sign to hotel room. Night shift staff wasnt too helpful (one male and one female staff). Check-in experience wasnt good at all. Room is okay.

Breakfast was included in reservation price. But staff only wanted to serve one espresso and wanted to CHARGE for additional espressos. I asked for written documentation where it is stated that only one espresso is free - they could not show me - so they gave me more espresso. This attitude is very disappointing.
