No elevator on property. We were on 2nd floor & had to climb 2 sets of stairs. Room service is not offered during a stay. Office open only 9AM-8PM. Unable to utilize room safe as no key for it.

Enjoyed the lake view. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice balcony with chairs and a table. Desk staff member was courteous and helpful. Room had a nice couch, table, microwave and refrigerator. Drawbacks were the pillowcases smelled like a laundry chemical, desk had limited hours, and checkout was 10 am. There were restaurants and stores nearby but I didn't visit any. I stayed here as a stopover but this would make a decent destination trip too.

What an awesome spot! We were only passing through (in November... during a cold spell, brrrr), so stayed one night, but wished we were there for a week long vacation during season! It would be such a great place to stay when it is warm enough to walk to anything that you might want. We were impressed by the size of the rooms, and the fact that we had a balcony overlooking the lake! We ended up arriving after the office closed for the night, so had called beforehand, and they had everything perfectly set up for our arrival. We had great service, it's a great location, and just a cool little hotel.

Its a clean and quiet place. Nice balcony overlooking the lake. Great place and great people. Bathroom and shower large and clean. Only issue was someone on first floor smoking weed on patio. Smoke would rise up to balcony. Causing me to go inside.

It is right on the lake and I enjoyed watching the activity on the boardwalk. Parking was a little tight but most of the time there weren't many guests so it wasn't a problem.

The inn is directly across from the lake so has a great view and a private porch to sit while gazing at the water. Room was clean and had all necessities. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

We loved the walkable distance to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed the lake view right from our room. Employees were knowledgeable and so cheerful too! The second floor gazebo area was a delight. We would have preferred regular liquid shampoo instead of the foam stuff.

First time here. The view is just awesome! Place was clean. I checked for bed bugs and nothing on this stay. So far so good! I’m going to be working in the area for the next year. This will be my go to until I’m not satisfied! So far I am!

This was my 2nd stay and sadly wasn't as good as the first. The doors didn't open all the way because they caught on the floor. The room door wasn't sealed properly letting in all the cold air and had to be pulled/pushed hard to latch. While the beds were comfortable the sheets were stained. There was little to no interaction with hospitality, the place is run similar to an airbnb. Meanwhile I didn’t even get the room I had resevere and paid for. I requested a King bed with sleeper sofa, which is what was advertised (there were pictures of the room), but instead I recieved a king bed with a double bed. I was counting on that space for my baby's travel bed. I couldn't even request the situation be remedied because when I checked in the office was closed and unstaffed for the Thanksgiving holiday, with my room key left in a lock box for me and my rental agreement in the room waiting for me to sign (with no pen I might add.) and leave in the room for them to collect later or turn in when the office was open. While the room did serve the purpose I needed I was still left questioning what happened between my first stay, which was very nice, and now. This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful little place and it's just being run in the laziest way possible and sadly I can't say that I will be back.

Beautiful location for watching both the sunset (from a shared second floor deck) and sunrise over the lake, right from our private deck. The young lady who checked us in couldn’t be sweeter. When we were unable to get the tv to work, she actually came to our room to help. She had to reboot the box. We were still unable to view Netflix or any of the other services, so had to content ourselves with tv. I liked that our room had a coffee pot, but the provided coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted. Fortunately we had some of our own. Other than that, everything was great. Comfy bed and sofa, sparkling clean, even a jacuzzi tub. Well come again.

Two issues the toilet was not working properly needed plunger brought and had to keep taking lid off to work toilet. We had jacuzzi and we all noticed black stuff coming through jets as it operated that was a bit gross to say least. Still love West bank inn but felt uncomfortable by both issues. Employee came to fix toilet but I actually had to fix it

Our room was clean, the bed comfy with soft sheets and nice pillows. The dark gray makeup remover wash cloth was a very nice added touch. This hotel has an excellent view of the lake as well. We were only there for one night but would definitely return!

The mattress needed replacing really bad. Both on my side and my husbands side of the king bed had what I would call a crevice in it that was right where you sleep. Was not comfortable and had trouble sleeping because of it. It was a very old and very used mattress. For the price charged for the room that is unacceptable. Plus no hot water coming from the sink faucet.

The view of the lake was beautiful The time we came October 3-5th Area and things to do were great restaurants shopping events !! All good , the bed was super soft and not a good sleeping experience! The hotel is run down the rooms are really outdated and need a renovation ! It’s not dirty it was just a bit outdated Would be back for the view only!

The only thing that i had an issue with is the bed. The bed in our room was pretty bad. It was clean, but very uncomfortable. It was sunk in bad in the middle. Imagine sleeping in s cardboard bowl. Other than that, we loved it.

Hotel is nice. Very quite area, but not far from town and restaurants. Great lake view. Only dislike was our room was on the first floor and we could hear the people in the room above us walking or stomping not sure but it was loud.

Wow what a great little Inn to relax and soak in the views, even on a blustery cold winter day. The staff was so friendly and courteous. The big con that I had is the walls are a bit on the thin side and my neighbor liked to watch TV all day and night. Since the Inn was not full I was able to move rooms and I am so glad I did because the peace and quiet, and the jacuzzi tub!, made it a wonderful little recharge getaway

Views were beautiful. They put me next to 2 loud drunks even though hotel was mostly empty. Finally let me move later on. Was unable to use my balcony. No staff from 8 pm to 9am. Was uncomfortable for a woman alone.

Convenient when we visit family in the area. They have an early checkout at 10 AM. It is an extra $25 if you request late checkout. View of the lake is great. It is basic, but very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is nice. Very quite area, but not far from town and restaurants. Great lake view. Only dislike was our room was on the first floor and we could hear the people in the room above us walking or stomping not sure but it was loud.

We loved the walkable distance to restaurants and downtown. Enjoyed the lake view right from our room. Employees were knowledgeable and so cheerful too! The second floor gazebo area was a delight. We would have preferred regular liquid shampoo instead of the foam stuff.

Amenities were minimal. Coffee supplies were not updated for the second day of our stay. They were charging $1 if you used a bottle of Walmart purchased water. Felt threatened by the warnings in the check-in letter. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice. The five hangers provided were insufficient. The GFI outlets were continually shutting off the electricity.

This is an amazing hotel, in my opinion. It's not fancy - such as no morning breakfast- , but the rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious! The staff is very nice and helpful as well.

We booked a room here after plans to stay a night in Wapakoneta (after seeing the April 2024 solar eclipse there) fell through. We were pleasantly surprised. A very nice 14-room motel. Reasonable rate. Right on the lake. Clean. Friendly. Next door to a VG Italian restaurant - try the cherry chocolate chip cannoli! Would visit again. And recommend to others.

Very clean, roomy, and comfortable with nice balcony views on the edge of Grande Lake. Local town of Celina, OH a very nice stop on this east-west route across Ohio. We visited the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum and the St Clair's Defeat/Fort Recovery Battlefield sites nearby. All very interesting and worthwhile stops on our road trip.
