Tuvimos complicaciones para estacionar el vehículo para hacer check in, dimos 2 vueltas y tuvimos que llamar al hotel para que nos explicaran qué debíamos hacer. Llegamos y no pudimos estacionar nuestro coche, había vehículos estacionados hasta en doble fila, dejamos el vehículo mal estacionado y así bajamos a hacer el check in. Otro tema fue que en la mañana del domingo más o menos 8:30 nadie contestó en recepción.

One of the best locations in Mexico City. Very nice view from top of the building. Very good food at dinner. City historical center is just outside. Metro transportation stations are just outside. Service persons are very friendly and helpful.

Se escucha demasiado ruido externo en la habitación, el estacionamiento se les complica porque no es dentro del hotel lo que demora las salidas a tus actividades aun cuando pidas el vehículo con anticipación se esperan a que bajes (absurdo).

The prop. is located on Paseo Reforma. The location is excellent and centrict to many places you'd wanna visit. The rooms are comfortable but simple, parking is by valet only, which is convenient but getting to the valet area can be very difficult. Due to the prop. is right on Paseo Reforma there is no area to drop off the vehicle. If you make a mistake and leave it on the bicycle lane, you might end up with a ticket. Now the restaurant on the 10th floor, is a beauty. It has an almost 360 degree unobstructed view of this part of the city. The food is awesome and the price is reasonable. The staff is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. I

When we got there we were told there is a very nice restaurant on the 10 th floor and a lovely view on the 11th floor. When we went to explore we were told the whole top two floor where booked for a private party for our whole stay and we could not go up except for a quick look. Would not stay there again after this treatment. The private party group are better people than us. I guess they paid a better price than we did and got much better treatment than we did. We were able to look around from the roof top for only a few minutes then had to leave. When we went down to the restaurant we were given the same treatment we could only use the part with tha bad view over roofs.

When we got there we were told there is a very nice restaurant on the 10 th floor and a lovely view on the 11th floor. We were staying in a room with 2 queen beds. They had been doing updates on a room down the hall from us with drills early in the morning and the paint they used was extremely pungent in smell, to the point of a headache. The cleanliness was ok, they don't wash the floors of the rooms. Which is odd because its been so much rain these few days. The drainage in the shower was horrible and you would be showering with lots of water building up in the shower and God knows the condition or cleanliness of the sewage pipes itself. There was a mildew type smell when we first arrived as well. We found drain flies in our room from the sink which comes from stagnant water and built up of soap scum and bacteria. The shower soap itself seems watered down and same with the shampoo. The bed sheets had stains on them from day 1 and the walls are paper thin, you can hear people plugging in their devices into the wall. There is no sign for being quiet after a certain time so we hear people hanging out in the hallways being loud, yelling etc.. some nights were hard to sleep. The window didn't really shut completely so the noise from the street was noticeably loud. The breakfast options were decent and delicious for the most part I wouldn't recommend eating there in the evening, there are much better options in the area for price, quality and service. Now for the staff. Not all the staff were friendly. There are just a handful of them that are truly polite and sincere.

Great location. The rooms are ok. Our room was spacious, facing Paseo de la Reforma street, noise level was tolerable. We had a couple of issues with our room, there was no hand soap, blow dryer did not work, they come to do your bed but they do not sweep nor mop, shower curtain was very high and all the water wet the bathroom, there was not a single hanger in the closet. Beds are too hard. It is a basic hotel for just sleeping.

Infelizmente o quarto que fiquei hospedado estava com muita poeira no chão do quarto e o banhiro não tinha uma boa ventilação, contando apenas com uma cortina para separar o local de banho com as demais areas do banheiro, apos o banho por mais que coloque a cortina da forma correta o chão do banheiro fica inteiramente molhado. (ao menos a agua fica restrita apenas no banheiro). Por conta de alguns detalhes achei a estadia um pouco cara para o nivel do hotel, apesar do hotel ser muito bem localizado.

Hotel is very nice, it looks like it went through a renovation not too long ago so it’s very new looking. Unfortunately the walls and/or doors are not the most soundproof and I could listen to someone listening to music on their phone, singing and laughing until past midnight. I called front desk to let them know and they sent security to knock on their door. They kept it down after that but I could still hear them laughing and talking. In the morning I could hear the alarm from the room next door at 5am. Walls are definitely not very soundproof. Not a great place for light sleepers. Other than that staff was great, place was beautiful and location was excellent. Won’t probably stay there again since I doubt they’ll be making the rooms more soundproof.

The only thing I had an issue with was that the room was hot. We only had one key card and that card had to be placed in a slot to keep the electricity on, which included the window unit. So when we would get to our room after a long day the room was hot and stuffy. And it really never cooled off.

All in all it was a wonderful stay. The hotel and the room itself were really nice, clean, spacious and pretty. The location is perfect for visiting Mexico City. The only criticism I have is, when booking the room, in the pictures of the room, sold as a city view upgrade, for the view, a room with a huge panoramIc window with balcony was shown. In the end the room we got had a small window, and in that case we could have booked a cheaper version. I think the pictures were a little misleading. It would have been great if a photo of the other room with the smaller window was shown in the booking process too. Nevertheless, still a great stay, great hotel, great room.

It was ok, we like the location, the staff was very kind but we had some issues with the room, for example the smell it was pretty bad inside and outside of our room, also the WiFi connection was very poor and the hot water was not hot enough.. but in general it was fine.. we still enjoyed Mexico City!

From the beginning of my stay to till the very end of my stay all the staff there was really friendly knowledgeable and most off all made me, my fiance and friends feel safe. The hotel is very clean and offer cleaning service every morning. Every time I needed something they were so attentive to satisfying my needs. The rooftop bar staff always greeted us and made sure we were taken care of and made amazing drinks. The security and taxi service was also great and trust worthy always giving us a lot of information and history on the city. I would definitely stay here again. Also food from the restaurant was really good as well.

Everything was ok besides that they don’t take complains seriously about people disturbing at night. Was there for 4 nights and the last one was terrible, there were few rooms occupied by people doing a lot of noise almost all night and even though we call a couple of times to reception to make a complaint they didn’t got the situation under control and the next day I went to the front desk to let them know about the situation again they just told me that they going to check.

Rooms are nice, great roof top to dine. I gave this Hotel 4 stars Because I was not given room service for cleaning. I asked the cleaning person to please clean my room, cleaning person said she would clean it in 30 minutes but never came by. I also requested to have the AC fixed, it was not throwing cold air. AC was never repaired.

Lo mejor es la ubicación está en mero Reforma, enfrente está el paradero de metrobus y un lado está la estación del tren, además que está a espaldas de alameda central y todo queda cerca, bellas artes, centro histórico, el zocalo, etc. También el hotel está muy cómodo y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario y otro de sus puntos es la terreza que tiene, tiene una vista increíble, sin duda volvería a hospedarme.

El check in es a las 3 de la tarde. Tardaron un poco en entregarnos la habitación. El hotel es limpio y tranquilo, sin ruidos molestos. Afuera del hotel, en las calles de al rededor hay un olor feo, pero supongo es un problema ajeno del hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet (although on the pricier side for CDMX) Very comfortable accomodations, although the beds were a little too firm for my liking. No complaints other than that. Room size and location were good. The smell in the room though was pretty bad. Not sure if it was freshly painted, but it was very strong. Personal was attentive as well. Not sure if the roof top restaurant is part of the hotel or not, but the service was terrible. We waited 25 minutes for someone to bring us a menu, the table we were sat at was all dirty…we ended up not staying there. For the location I would stay there again, but with all due respect this is not a 4 stars hotel.

The staff and location amazing. I think the only thing that kind of ruined the stay, was food, food was extremely expensive and bad quality, especially for a city with so many options. I tried breakfast, and next day gave another chance for dinner, totally disappointed on both. I think it is a big chance to improve if not on price, but on food quality, at least.

The rooms are very small, and unfortunately our room had an extremely strong plumbing odor that became even worse whenever we used the shower. The bathroom also flooded every time we showered, leaving the entire floor covered in water. The hotel does have a great location, a beautiful lobby, and nice views, which we appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. We requested a few items to be delivered to our room, but they never arrived. We called again and no one answered. I then stopped by the front desk, where I was told the items would be delivered, but they still never came. We were also refused an additional key card, which was inconvenient for our stay. Overall, while the location is excellent, the room conditions and lack of follow-through from the staff made our experience disappointing.
