My experience at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was very mixed. On one hand, the facilities are very good—modern, clean, and visually appealing. The place has great potential and makes an excellent first impression. However, everything else falls far short. The food is very poor in quality, with limited and unsatisfying options. The customer service is slow, inattentive, and overall disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was generally unpleasant. It’s unfortunate that a hotel with such great facilities performs so poorly in the most important areas: the guest experience. Due to the low quality of both the food and the service, I would definitely not stay here again.

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The bathroom soap/lotion containers are falling off the wall. We only were given 2 bath towel and 1 hand towel. No shower mat or face clothes. When asked for an extra towel was told no. No patio chairs so you had to move the ones from room out. There is not enough pool chairs and they are very uncomfortable.

Sliding door was not working to patio… soap dispenser falling off wall. No towels available.. communication was poor. Will never stay here again.

Everything was nice and the staff were very helpfun and accomodating, especially Brissa -- she did an exceptional job getting us settled in and changing our reservation details as needed.
