Parking was breeze and room was very spacious. The room smelt like mold every time you came back( too be honest it may have been the drains making the smell bc you can’t hold your head over the sink when brushing your teeth bc a horrid smell comes from the drain). The toilet takes forever to flush and you have to hold the handle down to get it to fully flush. One of the beds were pulled away from the wall upon arrival so we pushed it back and when we did we discovered a huge rust like spill underneath all over the floor. The bath tub did not have a drain cover that actually fit in it. The alarm clock said 5 am upon arrival (it was midnight). I fixed the time but by the time we woke up the cloak was off by a couple hours again. I continued to do this however the clock kept malfunctioning. The pillows were comfortable and they gave plenty of them which was nice bc the beds were quite hard. The part of our trip that made us boom was the shuttle service however after arrival they tell you to make the reservation to use the service through concierge. We called for over 6 hours without a single answer. Finally I call the front desk where the lady was extremely rude scolding me for calling her. She said I would have to wake up at 7 am to come down to the office to schedule the shuttle. We ended up getting an uber bc it was insane. They are not available at the hours they claim to be to be able to book. Pool area was nice. Bar and cafe were nice and quick with fast and friendly servi

The hotel is great for a family on a budget. The grounds are fine enough but there was often trash littering corridors or poor lighting at night. We never felt unsafe, but it gave off the discount hotel vibes for sure. The pool is great for an afternoon break from the parks, but they need more umbrellas or other kinds of shade.

The hotel conditions and infrastructure were good, but the service was very bad, except for the guys at the pool bar. They offered something they didn't have, like a charging point for an electric car, and I didn't have room service during the days I was there.

The only thing that would have made it perfect is if the marketplace was open later than 9pm its understandable that it slow right now but since the food is made to order it can be open later for persons that just want to hang out in the hotel or pool at night.

I appreciated that this hotel had plenty of activities to keep me entertained. After a day at Volcano Bay, I wasn't in the mood to go anywhere. I was able to order food, play some pool, and enjoy a couple of drinks in the lobby. Meanwhile, the kids spent time at the pool and later had fun in the arcade room.

My sister & I stayed here for a Disney/Universal trip. It is in a decent enough area and close to Universal but I would not stay here again. The room did not really look like the pictures. We had dirty towels, the shower head sprayed everywhere, and to get new towels you have to give a 24 hr notice!! Never seen anything like it. 2 of the 3 elevators were broken so everyone was using one elevator. Needless to say, that was a disaster. It took 20 minutes to get from the 9th floor to ground level because of how packed out the elevator was. No moves were made (that we saw) to fix it. Overall, it did the job of being somewhere to sleep after a long day in the parks but if you’re looking for a 5 star resort, this is not it.

We saw the room and immediately left the property. The room had a heavy smell of smoke in it and there were multiple locations in the room with visible mold. I have never left a 1 star review in my life. But, this room earned it. Staff was reasonable and allowed me to get a refund with no issues.

Property is close and convenient to the parks. Lobby was nice and plenty to do for the kids. Unfortunately, our room was not clean. Bathroom moldy and stained. Room dusty. Unfortunately, my nephew’s allergies acted up as soon as he walked into the room. My mistake was not requesting another room.

I have stayed before and it was okay…This time was disgusting!!! There was stains, hair and even writing of a phone number on the sheets under the blanket. During our 4 day stay I killed 7 baby cockroaches… Shower had hair as if never cleaned. If the hotels around was not booked I would have moved. Don’t bother complaining cuz the hotel doesn’t do anny except say sorry!!! Horrible service!!!

The room we stayed in was a mess. The floor was infested with bugs and spider webs. The bathroom had mold everywhere, on the sink, in the closet, on the hangers. The wall had water stains on them. The TV wouldn’t work. There was a dead cockroach at the front of the door. Would not recommend staying here.

Room had a toilet with a broken flush knob, black mold specs on the ceiling, cracked tiles in the tub, paint scuffs and chips everywhere, all the clocks are the wrong time, and there was a moistness throughout as though it was constantly exposed to the outdoors. Sheets felt wet when getting into bed. Also the mirror had black spots on it like you see in old abandoned places. Creepy.

The front desk staff and lobby are nice. Beyond that, it was terrible. Stained sheets and towels, run down, dark, shabby room. Common areas, pool area and walkways were always dirty. The best part of staying in this crap hole was the group of stray kitties. We will never come back here again. Complete waste of money.

Floors felt like they haven't been swept we checked into one room had pubic hair all over the toilet had what looked like throw up on the walls. Staff was great got us in another room they were great to work with. Got into the next room was some what clean floors were horrible haven't been properly cleaned water in the shower was ether extreamly hot or cold you couldn't find the happy medium. Will not be returning to this hotel

The amount of roaches in the room was unbelievable. There was so many one even ended up crawling on me and they were on the headboard. I’ve never stayed at a hotel so dirty. There were stains on the floors and by the bed. There was still hair in the shower from the previous people and in the shower drain. Worst. Hotel. Ever.

We were in the tower it had 2 interconnecting doors and no soundproofing. We had light coming into our room from under the door until the ealy hours of the morning and we could hear the otherside clearly at 4am sexual activity and were lucky we didnt have small children with us

Room ac made a lot of noise. Tub was dirty with scum stains. Bedding was clean but blankets need updating. They are old. My room was in the tower and it’s old and needs to be remodeled. Definitely not a resort.

Everything was nice and clean. The view from the tower was amazing. Check-in was fast and easy. I booked the king bed superior room and the space was very large! There was limited parking at night during my stay but luckily everything was a short walking distance.

The room was ok, loved the a.c.! Kept the room nice and cold however the beds were NOT comfortable at all!! Very firm, pillows were nice and fluffy but the beds were not. The pool area is very nice, cute kid splash area and nice sized pool.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and we really love that there was no carpet. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Only negative was the highway noise from I4 right outside our window was very very loud. We were in the Tower on the 6th floor. Other than that happy with the stay. Glad it was so easy to get to Universal also. Staff on checkin and check out were super friendly and nice. Always a plus!

The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t run it… the adjoining room door had a 2 inch opening on the bottom so you could hear your neighbors like they were in the same room room with you. We had to stuff pillows in the crack to try and help with the noise… The shower head was broke. The spicket for the shower was broke. The hot tub was NOT hot at all. The actual room was run down and cracks in walls. The pictures on the website are very deceiving it looks like a spectacular room and when you actually walk into the room it was the total opposite. I work hard for my money and was very excited to stay there so was my family…because the pictures looked amazing. And when we got there, it was just a complete nightmare.

The locks on the doors don’t work! You call the front desk, no one answered We woke up at 3:00AM fire alarm due to a distress guess and went into fear and panic mode not knowing what was happening with my daughter crying and a new born baby in distress. At 10:30AM the maid knocked on my door asking if we were checking out soon! I requested to have a night credited and front desk said they don’t do that! In my almost 30 years of coming to Orlando I have never felt as disappointed in a stay until now. I will never stay at any of your hotels and will inform my family members and my 10k followers to stay here!

When we checked in the receptionist was Nasty. Our room heater was not working, we tolerate it because we don't want to deal work the rude receptionist since we had a change of room already, the first room she have is smelled like urine, and far from the rlevator when we requested closed to the elevator because of diabled guest.

The staff was not the best. I was there for a quick business trip and only required 1 night stay. The front desk agent Meghan didn't return my driver's license when I checked in and failed to notify me until I left the city. I asked the supervisor Micheal to overnight my ID and was told to contact USPS myself to arrange this. The hotel is decent for a quick stay but needs updating especially the grounds.

I was very disappointed in my most recent stay at this hotel. I requested a "refresh" of toiletries and garbage pickup with 24 hours anticipation. When we returned from the park, we noticed no one came to our room. I called guest services to complain and was told someone would come by our room shortly. We waited about an hour. Seeing no one showed up, my husband and i emptied the trash bins and walked the halls looking for a garbage can. We spotted a housekeeper and asked for some towels and soap. He promised to be by our room but never showed up. We just gave up at this point. This hotel has a great location, free parking and no carpets - reasons why we've stayed here sbout 6 other times.

Location is great but at night it seem unsafe. There was a homeless man sleeping on the steps at night which made it seem unsafe and he kept moving to different areas at night. Area is busy with people but also a bit of construction around. Smoking areas are in front of the building so it was a bit of a walk.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and we really love that there was no carpet. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Only negative was the highway noise from I4 right outside our window was very very loud. We were in the Tower on the 6th floor. Other than that happy with the stay. Glad it was so easy to get to Universal also. Staff on checkin and check out were super friendly and nice. Always a plus!

If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in the park area, this hotel is a great choice. You can easily walk to many nearby attractions, and they even offer transportation to the parks if you book it in advance. The convenience is fantastic, with a couple of on-site cafes for your basic needs and plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The reason I’m not giving a perfect score is that during our 3-night stay, the housekeeping service was lacking. Not once did they come to make the beds or change the towels—we had to request fresh towels directly from the cleaning staff each time. Overall, the location and amenities are excellent for the price, but the housekeeping could definitely use improvement

This hotel was pretty nice, especially for the price. Room was very clean, staff was kind, and we had a very nice view from our room on the 14th floor. The location is also great. The strip on International Drive is walkable with plenty of good options and shops. Very close to universal studios and about 15 minutes to Disney. Would stay here again!

The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The shower had very low pressure, forcing you to stand close to the wall, and only offered tiny bottles of shampoo and body gel. The room lacked storage, with just two small drawers and an open closet with no door right in the bathroom. There was no comforter on the bed, the sheets were stained, and the noisy AC disrupted sleep. Every room has a double door that connects to the neighboring room, making it easy to hear absolutely everything — zero soundproofing. Staff were unfriendly, and check-in was painfully slow, taking 30 minutes due to long lines and constant issues with their Apple Pay system. The food was all frozen and reheated — nothing fresh. Even though the pool had a heater, they chose to keep it off, so the water was freezing. The only upside was the great location near the parks and attractions, but that alone isn’t enough to make up for the experience. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location. All areas were very clean. Check in was easy and fast. Staff was great and attended all my requests. The pool and bar were great. I tried variety of snacks/ food were ok. It has free parking!!! Safety box in my room was not working, so didn’t use it. The pool bar lacked ingredients for some regular drinks ( so not so happy there), but overall the hotel is great for the price I pay. Will definitely recommend !!!

Good Hotel. We enjoy the swimming pool at sunny day, what was open till 11pm. It is very convenient, while you whole day in parks. But I suppose to get transportation bus to the Universal Studio. Only three time to pick you up: 7.10am, 8.20am, 9.30am. We were waiting for 20 min over and bus did not come. It is not a fault of hotel, it is managed by Universal Studio transportation. So my recommendation - to take a city bus, or Uber. Do not waste your time. It is a 6 min drive to the Universal Studio parking from hotel. Or take a bus #38. The hotel is located on International Drive, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes there. Some of them open till 11pm. Prices are affordable. Room was spacious, located on 4th floor of long tower building. Actually, I wanted to stay close to the pool, but they did not have availability. the walls are thin between rooms and we are heard the neighbors in the next room. Their baby did not give us to sleep till 2 am every night. But I did not want to move from room to room, so tired at the end of day after 12 hours of attractions. The room will be clean on request only, what is was comfortable. The breakfast in the cafeteria downstairs costs us approx. 15$ p/person. But sometimes we were eating in Universal studio park, to safe time in the morning. They do not have any sales or discounts in the hotel for the theme parks and no any other tours. So, you have to organize it by yourself.

It was a good stay. Dont like being hit woth at deposit when checking in. We should be told when making reservations. I did order from the bar but waited for a very long time to be waited on for an order of nachos that were very good. But was being skipped by bar tender even when I was ahead of some.
