Osage Village Inn Near Lake Ozarks US 54

Room smelled of urine. Had to turn on air exchange. Hair all in shower. Mold in toilet and NO hot water! There was no continental breakfast offered and office was not even open to turn key in. I have stayed here in the past and everything was excellent! I will not stay again!

The room could have been cleaner, but the staff was very helpful.

Check in was easy but when u get in the room the bathtub was dirty the stool was not clean and it had no water pressure to take a shower in I stayed there 10 years ago and it was not like this it was bad .

This place has gone to a zero rating which you can't give. Hallways on the second floor smell musty. Water completely stopped working for 2 hours then when it came back on pressure was terrible. After one shower hot water was gone. Thw sink faucet was not fastened down. The room phone did not work so we had to go to the front office to get the water issue reported. This was locally owned and great but its has been sold. The new owners have let it go enough that they need to gut the place now and start over. Never again!!!

Very old hotel, needs massive renovations, wallpaper falling off the walls. Spider webs, barely enough water pressure to take a shower, old mattress very uncomfortable. Had one set of towels. Carpet had my allergies going nuts. Used to be a very nice local owned hotel.
