The service is superb, Jorge is a fantastic host. The property needs some maintenance but definitely does not interfere with the overall experience. I will definitely come back next year.

An incredible and peaceful experience, it is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed. It is surrounded by nature, and a few minutes away from Tepoztlán so you are conveniently away from any city noise.

The place is nice, Jorge made it better. The property needs urgent maintenance. The jets in the jacuzzi don`t work properly, there are many spots in the pool that have to be fixed and also some of the furniture needs replacement. Having the restroom inside the room, without a door is not a good idea.

I really like the property is beautiful and very confortable! The service is very attentive and courteous. I didn't like that it's far from downtown, it's about15-20 minutes driving.....
