The rooms where clean and well presented The shower door was off its hinges (I fixed it !) The toilet was on over run and the manager fixed it straight away The lift was a bit hit and miss as it could only take 3 people at any time It was a brilliant location and 8 minutes to the Trevi Fountain and the centre of Rome 15 minutes walk to the pantheon

Our room was spacious and clean. Location is excellent and neighborhood is safe. Towels and toiletries need a little updating. Kevin was a great help in the front desk.

The staff at the reception desk, Olvi and Kevin were very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping did a good job making sure we come back to a clean room. It was not mentioned but the hotel can organise laundry which is so helpful when the weather had been warm.

The rooms were accessible by codes and lockbox after hours. Staff was very helpful with information on accessing the rooms. Small elevator, but great to have. Rooms were large and comfortable. Clean. There were several restaurants nearby and a cafe that was open late. There was a crypt nearby that was interesting.
