Very nice small hotel. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The breakfast is huge and served in a pretty room overlooking the valley. They also have a great photo-worthy rooftop terrace for taking pictures of the balloons. The staff was very nice. Because it is up the hill there are great views but you do have to walk up and down to get to the main street. Good wifi the whole time.

It was excellent! We came with friends on motobicycles. The parking has smooth ground what is very convinient for moto parking. Staff was very hospitable and service was on the best level. Baloon tour and city tour was organized in advance on the best price. Staff was userful in any our request. They organized wonderful dinner. They have very good vine offer in the bar. The room itself was really great and clean. Very antic design but with all modern comfort. I highly recommend this hotel

Me encantó el hotel además de hermoso, acogedor, pero lomas valioso es la atención personalizada del staff y el propietario. Me hicieron sentir muy cómoda, y estuvieron atentos en todo momento sobre mi comodidad y requerimientos, además de dar apoyo con transporte, etc. El espéctaculo de globos que logré ver desde su terraza es una experiencia única e increible.

We had amazing stay in the hotel. Everything was perfect, the location, the roof terrace, the room, buffet breakfast. Our thanks go to all the staff and especially Mehmet who was very customer focused, friendly with lots of advice, suggestions with places to visit and general information about Cappadocia. Would definitely recommend this hotel, giving it 11/10. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Foi ótima! O hotel não estava cheio devido ao final da baixa temporada. Os recepcionistas foram super amigáveis, nos assessoraram em todos os passeios, nos deram dicas, e estavam sempre prontos para nos ajudar. O café da manhã turco é ótimo, foi suficiente para nós. Apenas o quarto que pegamos era um pouco pequeno para nossas bagagens, mas já sabíamos disso previamente. Quarto aquecido, chão com aquecimento e banheiro bem espaçoso. O Hotel é muito charmoso e lindamente decorado e conta com um terraço bem gostoso com uma vista incrível para Goreme, ele fica num ponto alto em Goreme, então tenha em mente que se estiver sem carro, você irá subir algumas ladeiras, mas como estávamos de carro alugado isso não foi desgastante. Super recomendo o hotel! E para passeios mais baratos, podem contar com a assessoria do hotel, que tem contato de muitas empresas e passeios.

Fantastisk beliggenhet! Hotellet lå opp en bakke, mindre enn fem minutters gange fra hovedgata. Utsikten var utrolig, og perfekt takterrasse for å se ballongene. Sengen og puten var noe hard, men resepsjonen ordnet ny pute. Frokosten var god. Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet!

We had an amazing stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel! The staff and service were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, particularly Ali and Mert. The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The airport transfer to and from Kayseri was organised by the hotel and they have a good laundry service too. The breakfast was really great and we are now addicted to Turkish tea! There are plenty of opportunities to take some tea to the roof terrace and enjoy the amazing views and great weather. For me, the highlight of this property is the stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace. Located at a very high point in Göreme, the hot air balloon views at sunrise were truly unforgettable and everything you could hope for. We would definitely stay here again! Do not hesitate to stay here during your visit to Cappadocia!

Great hotel, i would stay again. The first night was a good room, for the second night a i was moved to a different which bed was not comfortable. It was a cheap matress, but the view is awesome, you can actually see the balloom show from the great terrace they have. I would stay at this hotel again, service is excellent.

Karşılama, konaklama sırasında ve sonrasında gösterilen yaklaşım ve hizmet memnun ediciydi. Konumu göreme merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesindedir. Kahvaltısı çok zengin ve lezzetliydi. Temizlik konusunda da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Fiyat olarak biraz fazla bulunabilir ama karşılığını alabiliyorsunuz.

Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy acogedoras, habitación bastante amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para hacer de una estadía cómoda. Es importante resaltar el desayuno muy rico con una variedad de sabores excelente en donde puedes conocer la riqueza culinaria de lugar, el personal muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes y amables .

A estadia não poderia ter sido mais perfeita por conta de toda a ambientação da pousada e do quarto em formato de caverna, sendo uma experiência incrível. Fora isto, cabe destacar a localização, sendo muito próxima ao centro da cidade, além do ótimo atendimento prestado por todos da pousada e, por último, o excelente café da manhã proporcionado por uma vista linda de toda Gorome.
A estadia não poderia ter sido mais perfeita por conta de toda a ambientação da pousada e do quarto em formato de caverna, sendo uma experiência incrível. Fora isto, cabe destacar a localização, sendo muito próxima ao centro da cidade, além do ótimo atendimento prestado por todos da pousada e, por último, o excelente café da manhã proporcionado por uma vista linda de toda Gorome.

On a passé 3 jours ici et c'est Incroyable. On a la chance de voir les montgolfières le premier matin et il n'y a que nous sur la terrase, alors on a vu les autres hôtels à côté sont rempli du monde. Le patron est trop sympa, il nous prend des photos et nous a offert un petit goûté. La chambre est super classe, elle est très grande. Le lit est confortable. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Fantastisk beliggenhet! Hotellet lå opp en bakke, mindre enn fem minutters gange fra hovedgata. Utsikten var utrolig, og perfekt takterrasse for å se ballongene. Sengen og puten var noe hard, men resepsjonen ordnet ny pute. Frokosten var god. Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet!

We had an amazing stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel! The staff and service were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, particularly Ali and Mert. The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The airport transfer to and from Kayseri was organised by the hotel and they have a good laundry service too. The breakfast was really great and we are now addicted to Turkish tea! There are plenty of opportunities to take some tea to the roof terrace and enjoy the amazing views and great weather. For me, the highlight of this property is the stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace. Located at a very high point in Göreme, the hot air balloon views at sunrise were truly unforgettable and everything you could hope for. We would definitely stay here again! Do not hesitate to stay here during your visit to Cappadocia!

Great hotel, i would stay again. The first night was a good room, for the second night a i was moved to a different which bed was not comfortable. It was a cheap matress, but the view is awesome, you can actually see the balloom show from the great terrace they have. I would stay at this hotel again, service is excellent.

I can't comment on the hotel location nor facilities as our booking was cancelled in the last minute by the hotel. We had so much hope on this hotel after seeing the impressive cave hotel photos and good reviews on the website. I contacted the hotel to book the airport shuttle 2 days before our arrival. The hotel responded to me promptly and I told them my flight details and eta for confirmation. However the evening before my check-in, the hotel messaged me and said my room is overbooked so they have to send me to another hotel instead. It was not acceptable as the other hotel is not the one that I would consider. The last minute cancellation of our fully-paid hotel room caused us lots of troubles and inconvenience. We even felt like being betrayed to be sent to another hotel which is not our choice. Glad I contacted Hotels.com immediately and they found me another hotel (although it was a long process and I had the on-off calls with the agent the whole evening till midnight). End up we were staying at the Roc of Cappadocia which I highly recommended. In short - may be the Maccan Cave Hotel is good but we hadn't got a chance to stay there but the last minute cancellation was not acceptable. I contacted the hotel 2 days before arrival but no sign of overbooking until the night before arrival!

It was excellent! We came with friends on motobicycles. The parking has smooth ground what is very convinient for moto parking. Staff was very hospitable and service was on the best level. Baloon tour and city tour was organized in advance on the best price. Staff was userful in any our request. They organized wonderful dinner. They have very good vine offer in the bar. The room itself was really great and clean. Very antic design but with all modern comfort. I highly recommend this hotel

Me encantó el hotel además de hermoso, acogedor, pero lomas valioso es la atención personalizada del staff y el propietario. Me hicieron sentir muy cómoda, y estuvieron atentos en todo momento sobre mi comodidad y requerimientos, además de dar apoyo con transporte, etc. El espéctaculo de globos que logré ver desde su terraza es una experiencia única e increible.

The hotel is near the city center about 10 minutes walk, and it’s pretty . However the staff don’t speak English at all, very difficult communication. The hair dryer didn’t work , I asked for another one the russian guy on the front desk didn’t want to bring me another one . When I finally got one next day I found out the problem was the electric that doesn’t support a hair dryer for more than few minutes. The breakfast wasn’t good and if you ask for a coffee or hot chocolate they will charge you extra , very disappointing.

Cant say enough about this property and the staff, I was on crutches for my stay and everyone was so helpful, they helped me with all my activity bookings, catered to my needs with my leg, breakfast included was amazing. Absolute value for money.

Very nice small hotel. Our room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The breakfast is huge and served in a pretty room overlooking the valley. They also have a great photo-worthy rooftop terrace for taking pictures of the balloons. The staff was very nice. Because it is up the hill there are great views but you do have to walk up and down to get to the main street. Good wifi the whole time.

Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy acogedoras, habitación bastante amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para hacer de una estadía cómoda. Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones muy acogedoras, habitación bastante amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario para hacer de una estadía cómoda. Es importante resaltar el desayuno muy rico con una variedad de sabores excelente en donde puedes conocer la riqueza culinaria de lugar, el personal muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes y amables .

Fantastisk beliggenhet! Hotellet lå opp en bakke, mindre enn fem minutters gange fra hovedgata. Utsikten var utrolig, og perfekt takterrasse for å se ballongene. Sengen og puten var noe hard, men resepsjonen ordnet ny pute. Frokosten var god. Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet!

The hotel is near the city center about 10 minutes walk, and it’s pretty . However the staff don’t speak English at all, very difficult communication. The hair dryer didn’t work , I asked for another one the russian guy on the front desk didn’t want to bring me another one . When I finally got one next day I found out the problem was the electric that doesn’t support a hair dryer for more than few minutes. The breakfast wasn’t good and if you ask for a coffee or hot chocolate they will charge you extra , very disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at the Maccan Cave Hotel! The staff and service were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, particularly Ali and Mert. The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The airport transfer to and from Kayseri was organised by the hotel and they have a good laundry service too. The breakfast was really great and we are now addicted to Turkish tea! There are plenty of opportunities to take some tea to the roof terrace and enjoy the amazing views and great weather. For me, the highlight of this property is the stunning panoramic views from the roof terrace. Located at a very high point in Göreme, the hot air balloon views at sunrise were truly unforgettable and everything you could hope for. We would definitely stay here again! Do not hesitate to stay here during your visit to Cappadocia!

Cant say enough about this property and the staff, I was on crutches for my stay and everyone was so helpful, they helped me with all my activity bookings, catered to my needs with my leg, breakfast included was amazing. Absolute value for money.
