The facilities are very comfortable. It is extremely clean. The breakfast is wonderful (coffee etc breakfast sandwiches, eggs and meat, oatmeal and toppings, make your own waffles , fruit , cereal , yogurt etc ... an actual breakfast not just pastries ) Perfect for my combo family visit and work trip. The lobby is actually welcoming for use. The patio /pool /outside areas were not fully open yet as it's early in the season but they have wonderful outdoor facilities. A great pool, lots of outdoor seating groups, grill available for use , fire pit etc. All staff I encountered were extremely helpful. My only concern is specific to my work, I needed a secure Internet connection and it was not offered . The wifi is free and works well but is open. I will absolutely stay here again. It is a perfect location with dining and shopping nearby (can walk some places even) and conveniently located near I24.

Wonderful room / suite. Clean and tidy upon arrival. Daily housekeeping is offered although we did not partake during this trip. Wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for even if you don’t have to get out early ! Love this property and will always stay here when I am in Murfreesboro because of the consistent great experiences I have had over the past 10 years

The whole stay was most enjoyable. The room was cleaned to perfection and extremely comfortable. Aside from a snippy breakfast attendant my stay was awesome and if I’m ever back in the area I would stay here again without a second thought

When we initially checked in they asked if we wanted housekeeping on Sunday for fresh sheets and towels. When we got back they didn’t do any of it. Also our room was completely dusty and the shower head was horrible.

I stayed at the hotel for one night to get away from the guests at my house. The employees at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, my only problem is the room was not very clean. The air vent was VERY dusty, the comforter had a yellow stain on it, one of the towels had a brown stain on it, the mirror in the room had smudges on it, the shower didn’t seem too clean, etc. that was my only problem with them the stay. Also some of the locks on the doors through the hotel didn’t work for my key card. I had to knock on a couple different doors to get let back in the hotel if it using the main front door. But again, the employees were very nice and the food was good!

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday). All of the hotel staff was amazing and they took care of all our needs as needed. The room was great being the fact that there was a kitchenette as well as a living room area. We loved it and thank you for the amazing stay over the weekend.

Last time I stayed at this hotel I loved it. This time the breakfast wasn’t that great and the bed was terrible. The bed was at a slant so when you laid down your feet were higher than your head but by the time I laid down and realized my kids were already sleeping so I didn’t want to move rooms & wake them. Other than those 2 things it was great

We had a great stay at the Residence Inn. The only complaint I have is the shower glass does not go far enough so water gets on the floor and it did not get hot enough so you are cold in the shower. Other than that, everything was great!

We stayed in room 215. The room is starting to get rundown. Hot breakfast is the same everyday, scrambled eggs and sausage. If you want Waffles they have to be dug out of the maker because they are stuck.

Liked/loved the suite style room, so that we were able to have sleeping area away from TV/couch area, plus the stocked kitchen supplies were handy. Also, grrat breakfast, well stocked start to finish with attendant that saw to guests needs. Overall, extremely hospitable staff and clean and accommodating common areas.

Breakfast the next morning in the lobby was delicious. It’s some of the best breakfast that I’ve had at a hotel. Will stay again!!! It is about 25-30 minutes from Nashville but that doesn’t matter to me.
