Great property in a bad neighborhood. Parking is underground, $40 per day thru another company

The pool and lounge on 6th floor was fantastic. There was a good fitness center too but I did not get to use it. The apartment was clean and had basic stuff in the kitchenette. I would book again.

One of the 2 elevators was broken.

Easy check in and checkout. Property, rooms and amenities were great. onsite parking cost seemed VERY high for the area, which was our only complaint.

Room was excellent, rooftop pool and lounge were excellent, staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much for them. The area was a bit scruffy and didn't feel overly safe at night, but everything else completely superb. Would go again for sure. (Also, great sandwich shop just over the raod - Mr Baguette)

We stayed at Sentral Miami for 2 nights prior to our cruise. We really enjoyed the size and layout of our room. The location was also great. We were able to walk around or take an Uber to nearby destinations easily. We used the pool area which is on the roof only briefly to tan and take a quick dip. There is a nice view from there. There is a full size gym for use but we didn’t go. It is a hotel/apartment complex with a mix of residents and visitors. There is morning coffee available in the lobby and a full kitchen in room to keep groceries or cook if you wish. All in all a great stay in downtown/Wynwood area of Miami.

24/7 gym was dope and the pool and coworking spaces were ideal

Staying at Sentral in Wynwood was amazing. The location is great, especially for food and art. The room itself was great. A few things were annoying, like no hand towel in the kitchen leaving us to use a lot of paper towel. But the facilities were great. The gym and the pool were more than worth it, making the stay so much better! Would return here if I come back.

Elevators are way too slow and infrequent. Otherwise, the staff and building were terrific.

Did not have a good experience here. Firstly, when we arrived , we were told our room type was not available and my family had to be split up into 2 rooms. After accommodating that oversight on the part of the hotel, we returned to our room to find the kitchen area with multiple roaches on the countertop. The hotel did refund us for our entire stay immediately but I would not be staying here again.

Property is located in a great spot. Easy to walk around and plenty of food options. Cleanliness was sub-par. Floors generally looked and felt dirty. Furniture seems like worn Ikea with plenty of wear and stains. The apartment style is nice but the feeling of uncleanliness made me never want to be in my room. I was constantly killing mosquitoes and knats in the bathroom. Staff is nice enough though check can be done by yourself. The amenities on the 6th floor are great. Large pool, grilling area, and nice seating. Wish the room was nicer so I could have enjoyed the stay more.

While waiting for my Uber, I heard another front-desk associate give a much clearer overview to another guest. Not a deal breaker, just a heads-up for consistency. I’d happily stay again.

Truthfully I was shocked to see how well this property is rated after I stepped foot on it. While the lobby was beautiful and well maintained, our room was extremely weathered and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival (streaks all over the mirrors, dirt on the floors, etc). In addition to the surface areas appearing quite grimy, there were countless scuffs on the doors, closets that wouldn’t close, dirty cups in the cupboard, etc. Additionally, I was shocked to find that if you needed more towels, you have to purchase them - we were handed a packet of laundry detergent and told to clean the towels ourselves. Overall, I expected more from Sentral, especially due to the reviews that lead me to booking it in the first place.

Bathroom Was dirty! All the towel and shower was smelly .

The property is really nice and smells great! I think a deep cleaning might be needed as there were makeup stains on the bathroom walls but it was fairly clean and spacious. Nice pool and common areas as well

I had to move to 3 rooms due to uncleanliness!!!

First room I got was extremely dirty, garbage left around the place, stains on the couch and just unkept. The room I transferred to had a terrible chemical smell. Had to keep the window open the entire time. Also, the elevator is the slowest elevator I've ever encountered. 5 minute wait each time. I was on the 5th floor and ended up taking the stairs.

One bedroom plus den was large with 2 TV's, stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and pillows. Rooftop pool is large with lots of couches/chairs giving it a luxury feel. Location is a few minutes walk from 2nd Ave with Wynwood Walls and restaurants/shops along the street. No convenience stores nearby. Trader Joe's is about a 10 minute walk, but GrubHub delivery of beer/sodas/etc. was even more convenient. MIA plane traffic is close enough to hear but decreases overnight and wasn't an issue. Washer/dryer worked well. Would stay again.

Large appartment with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; big enough to live in.

Great property with great space inside the rooms. FYI it is in the airport flight path so there is plane noise throughout the day.

This 3-bedroom setup was perfect for us. Plenty of space so no one felt cramped, and the full kitchen made meals super easy. Loved the rooftop pool! Everything was clean, and the location worked great for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location and place to stay 1 or several nights. Clean, pleasant, quiet, great bed, kitchen, living room. Amazing pool/patio area on roof top... Right in the heart of Wynwood. I recommend!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Bed was very comfortable. Nice room. Cook dining near by. The walk from the elevator to the room was long.

This property was located in a great area in Wynwood. We were quickly able to get to the design district and it was about a 10 minute drive to Bayside. Also, South Beach wasn’t too far. I just felt like it was in a great central area. We also visited the marina and that was about 20 minutes away so everything was very convenient to get to. The staff was very accommodating and we were able to get everything that we needed from them. The amenities such as the pool were very nice and it was also helpful that they held our luggage for us because we arrived early. The two bedroom with a den was very spacious and myself and four other friends stayed in this floor plan very comfortably. This was one of the only hotel style accommodations that allowed all of us to stay together in one place. The prices were really great and honestly, it was a great value.

Really nice staff, the apartment was clean and super spacious, AC worked well. The best part was the beds. I don’t know if it was just our specific unit but wow.. One of the most comfortable mattresses ever. You’re also walking distance to all the best spots in wynwood. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, within walking distance to Wynwood Walls, restaurants, Trader Joe’s, etc. Clean, modern units. We got an actual 2 bedroom unit with kitchens which was AWSOME!! Definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Miami.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a mixed experience. Check-in was a hassle, as the instructions were not clear, and we had to collect our key from a security guard at 11 PM, which felt a bit awkward. The following morning, I received a call about needing a credit card for damages, but when I went to the front desk, they said it wasn't necessary. The real frustration began after a concert when we returned, and our key wouldn’t work—it had been deactivated! I had to go back to the desk with the security guard, and after some back-and-forth, I ended up talking to the owner to verify my booking. Despite proving my reservation, I had to wait until the next day to reactivate my key, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the apartment itself was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds and fantastic air conditioning. Just be aware that parking is an additional $40 per day, which can add up. Overall, the key issues overshadowed what could have been a great stay, but I appreciated the quality of the apartment.

The front desk staff was amazing, provided great service and recommendations and always attentive and available to assist. The hotel was lovely, beautiful views from the pool lounge and close to many great restaurants.

The front office staff was really amazing. Super helpful and friendly, all of them. I really liked the neighborhood and restaurants around. Parking was also convenient.

My one day was the best. David and Micheal were very attentive during the checking process and made sure I was taken care of. The room was perfect. Had that house vibe, and my room was massive and very nice. Perfect size if you have multiple people in a room. I highly recommend Sentral Wynwood for the service, location, and overall feel of being home away from home.

I had high hopes for this property but the high reviews don't match the place. Theres no 24 hour desk so late at night dont expect any real assistance. Theres no daily housekeeping which was not listed. So I couldn't get fresh towels and had to clean my own place and wash my own stuff. What a wonderful vacation. Cost of parking is high. I requested late checkout and was not granted it. The area surrounding it is not nice. Abandoned buildings and someone got arrested in front of the hotel with tons of police cars. Walls are thin so you hear alot of noise and window shades let alot of light in. Salt and pepper shakers didn't have anything in them. Its just unbelievable the price they charge versus the service you receive which is minimal.

David at the front desk was amazing. I felt so welcomed. There were two other gentlemen there that were great as well. One said that he started in July so he was fairly new.

My biggest issue with the property was the checkin process. i arrived at 12pm to the property inquiring with the front desk if there were any opportunities to check in early. I understand that checking in early isn’t something anyone can guarantee. The front desk was very polite and informed me that they would allow early checkin if my room became available. I waited until around 2pm to check in any available rooms and i was informed that the room was still not available. I decided to go to brunch with friends and come back and check in later. I return back around 6 PM and my room was still not available. This was disappointing as my check in time was for 4 PM, even though the host at the front desk tried to remedy the situation by allowing me to check out two hours after my stay. I still felt as if communication could’ve been applied here and someone should’ve informed/ called me to explain the room delay. I also tried texting the number provided for customer service and they just told me to go to the front desk which was frustrating. There were other issues with the room like it missing toiletry products like body wash in both bathrooms. Luckily i packed my own soap. Other than that i had a ok stay. The checkin process was disappointing and hindered me from giving the property a better rating.

Up and coming area Needed to drive to locations for dining etc

It's right in the middle of Wynwood without being 'right in the middle of Wynwood.' I think it is easily the best location to all things while still maintaining the quiet of the area - which is often desirable after a long day of exploring.

This property was located in a great area in Wynwood. We were quickly able to get to the design district and it was about a 10 minute drive to Bayside. Also, South Beach wasn’t too far. The apartments were lovely and roomy. The location was great - easily walkable to places like Target or shopping and not far from the bus stops either for the trolley or the hop on hop off bus. Great spot to explore Miami!

I was a little disappointed the in room dining service was.closed when we arrived tomtje hotel. We were.tired and hungry. We ended up ordering from Door Dash instead.

Just needs a pool bar and would be perfect!

The condo was clean and comfortable, but the strong burnt wood smell from the restaurant below permeated the room and even lingered on my clothing. Addressing this odor issue (e.g., better ventilation or guest warnings) would greatly improve the experience.
