This a great hotel for the price, It’s location to the airport and transportation options and malls and options for restaurants make a good stop off point, we have used this hotel every time we visit the Philippines since 2014 which is every other year, Luggage storage is awesome since we leave a bag or two while we go to various location we travel to

Great hotel at the Ph P4500 rate. The room was very clean, good shower with hot water, air conditioning worked great, pool was clean. Only complaint may be the WiFi was spotty. Other than that great place. Free breakfast was availed at Kenny Roger’s Roasters next door and was good and enough to satisfy my appetite. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is one of the nicer hotels right near the Baclaran shopping area.

They did not have a shuttle available for trip to the airport.

We have stayed here on and off for about 13 yrars now. Its a good comfortable place thats not over priced. Food is ok drinks are cold and pool is nice.

Nice affordable hotel with free pool and breakfast, close to naia 3 airport. And with airport transport And very good service. Top points from here. I will fore sure stay there next time too

Clean, reasonable rate including nice breakfast at kenny rogers restaurant, basic needs provided, staff are attentive. They have airport drop off and pick up at reasonable price. Will not hesitate to go back.

Excellent service and nice spacious suite. I can’t say enough about how helpful the hotel staff. The hotel is located next to Heritage where you you can pay substantially more for a room in the heart of Manila, Pasay. The hotel is well maintained and also has an outdoor pool. Everything is walking distance including Jeepny’s, buses and trains. There is a massive outdoor market in front of the hotel surrounded by high end malls. Lots of food options with every cuisine you can imagine within walking distance. We even walked to Manila Bay from the hotel. However this location is not for someone sensitive to noise as your in the middle of everything.

I spent 5 nights while in Manila. 5 minutes away from the mall of Asia. Very old hotel, room had a mouldy smell. No hot water, just barely warm. Missed placed my room card and the front desk wanted to charge 200p for replacement, till I had to get little angry. Low budget, don’t recommend this one for sure.

The pictures of this property are very deceiving, i'm not sure about other rooms but mine was terrible, the room smelled moldy, the shower was dirty around the base, the linen looked old, the carpet even worse if not for the location being close to everything I needed I would have checked out immediately. On top of the very bad property condition they want you to place a 2k php deposit and for what I'm still not sure, then they want to take pictures of your passport and store them god knows where, also wanted a 500 php deposit when i requested extra towels I mean just tired to nickel and dime me the whole time and then upon check out they even tried to charge me for a soda I brought into the property by claiming I used it from the stock fridge. Overall my experience here was POOR and I would not recommend this place especially for travelers use to clean rooms and basic amenities being included. This place gave me a bad vibe and I wont be back, I normally stay at another location when in Manila which requires NO DEPOSIT, DOES NOT PHOTOGRAPH PASSPORTS and PROVIDES ANY EXTRAS FREE OF CHARGE. I should have never taken a chance here. Spend your hard earn money elsewhere.

Room was clean

This hotel is really outdated and needs renovation. Used mattresses were visible in the hallways which made it very unappealing. My facial sink was clogged, the room curtains were very old, paint showed signs of mold in the hallways.

101に宿泊した。部屋に入ると、なんとも言えない匂い。それもかなり強め。 ドアを開けて換気をすると、1階のプールサイドという事で蚊が部屋に侵入。 スタッフに防虫スプレーで対応して貰ったが、部屋の匂いは防虫スプレーの匂いでは無かった。 私は気にならないが、空港から近い為、航空機の音が結構します。 匂いさえ無ければ、その他は全く問題なし。

There was afew more critters like roaches at this place. And i noticed some grime on the walls and aroind the floor epsecially im the bathroom. But the beds were clean. And very welcoming staff. They fulfilled all requests in a timely manner.

Very clean

The room we had was not the greatest. But the staff was friendly and the sheets were clean also the AC was an older model, and was loud. Not to mention there was no mini fridge. The bathroom was dated, and was in need of a new shower door. This room needs remodeling. If you are looking to stay here for a night or two, it’s fine, but no more than that.

Es ist ein günstiges Hotel in Flughafennähe, mit dem Taxi unter 1000 Pesos zu erreichen (yellowcab) Das Hotel bietet auch Transfer an, ist zum Flughafen sicher empfehlenswert, auch günstiger. Leider sehr laut wegen der benachbarten Klimaanlagen und der Flugzeuge, im Zimmer geht´s aber.

Utrolig bra kundeservice, leverer mat og alt du måtte ønske på rommet. Burde ha smart tv på rommet , det er det ikke. Kun på de dyreste rommene.b Ikke veldig bra isolert mot lyd. Men det gjelder nesten alle hoteller i Asia

This is our go to location, Nice size rooms and great service, Nice pool good location to the airport and mall of Asia, close by bus terminals, and trains, You can store your luggage for days or weeks as long as you booking in between, good food at reasonable price. It’s hard to fault at the price point.

Terrible Hotel. No hot water. Only one day when there was warm water in the shower. I will not recommend Americans like me to stay at this hotel. You will be sorry.

Everything others have said about the staff in this hotel are correct. They are fantastic people. The room was excellent also, as was room service and housekeeping. 3 minor bites: When you order a meal at the restaurant, it takes half an hour for them to prepare as they do it from scratch. Nothing is prepared ahead of time. Also a couple of popular items were never available. There is no notepaper or pen in the room. The TV schedule lists many stations, but only about half of them were viewable. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room but maybe that's one of the limitations of the standard room.

I have stayed there so many times,the staff knows me. Every visit has been top notch and i will continue to stay there every time i am in Manila.

There is a bad vibe from some of this hotel's procedures. Just because it's business, does not mean you can talk to a person any which way. Does your front desk think? "We don't move, you move. When we tell you to do something, you do it. You pay that extra fee. But if you make a reasonable request, we don't honor that because we're higher than you." Just because it's part of your job doesn't mean you can be condescending. Guests typically don't sign up for intrusive treatment, having their ID Driver's License taken a picture of using a front desk staff's smart phone. After you did that, a lady in your front desk said it will be deleted after we leave. We followed your rules and paid the entire bill, then after asking the front desk staff to delete our ID photos another lady said "It's for documentation". That reply reveals how low you think of your guests. 1 star rating for that. Is your owner paranoid about guests doing something? Then you also make guests paranoid having their IDs stored in your system, for what? You're going to investigate them? You don't have many of your guests' approval to take or keep pictures of their IDs! For 2 days we paid for 3 persons' breakfasts. So we should get 3 x 2 = 6 vouchers. Your front desk staff gave FOUR meal vouchers. After your mistake, a front desk employee said to go and get the old voucher, give it back.. rude. Felt worse after a 3 day visit at your hotel, won't recommend. Hope you get the same treatment one day.

Great location in downtown Manila. You are welcomed by smiling faces and friendly reception. The porter is eager to help with your luggage. The facilities are lovely and feel like an old style Marriott or Hilton. They have a balcony in front of the rooms that overlooks a swimming pool. The busiest street market is literally in front of the hotel and it’s walking distance to the Moa Mall and trains. Lots of transportation options are available and it’s next door to Heritage Casino Hotel. It’s a nice spot

Staff takes pictures of your ID for each person using the room before you even enter the elevator. If the listing says you booked for 2 adults, the hotel could ask 800 php more for an extra guest for their standard room. For the price of a standard room,book a different better pricier hotel than this with better amenities. Would not repeat with this hotel, it's no Marriott.. it's like getting nickel and dimed here. Should have heeded the reviews and went for a pricier hotel and not this hotel trying to be cheap.

I am glad to have extended my stay in this fabulous hotel for the 5th time for a total of 28 days since arriving on April 25. The great pleasant, friendly personality and hospitable attitude of the front office staff headed by Lily, Camille down to the worklaholics JM, Zael, Bhench and Elai have made my stay a truly pleasant experience at a place away from home. I commend everyone from the doorman, security, maintenance, housekeepers, bar and restaurant staff, Princess, Francis and Gayle who all gave their hearts out to assist me in every way they can. Everyone is fully equipped with the kind of personality which every traveler would look forward to in their travel itinerary. Kudos to everyone and to 88 Courtyard Hotel.

Poor customer service. We have to explain why we were asking for new towels. The drainage system in the shower was clogged so water would flood the whole bathroom. The toilet was also clogged, we needed to ask assistance to have it pumped. And when you call housekeeping and even the front desk, they weren’t answering th calls. We have been callng for 10-15 minutes but no response so decided to go down to the lobby to fine out the front desk officer standing there and not doing anything!

The hotel was okay,the fact that the free breakfast was in Kenny Rogers was a joke,the room menu lacked good food,not only that but i contracted diarrhea there.
