The couch needs to go in the dumpster. It was stained, torn, Nd broken down. Pieces of carpet were missing. We were put in a room which is isolated on the fist flore (128) next to the construction and mechanical room. It sounded like hammering all night long. The hotwl has to know this room is miserable. Why were we placed there when the hotel wasnt full? Also, listening to three female employees arguing while we ate breakfast wasnt pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Very clean property. Overall good stay. Just a few notes - not bad, but would have made the stay from good to AWESOME. Air conditioning way too cool set upon entry - its like walking into a wall of cold compared to the heat outside. Pool was also too cool to be comfortable. Some things in the room did not work like the phone, one lamp and a light fixture. The room was too small. The sheets smelled dirty. The hotel offered free coffee all day but the flavorless creamer tasted old. The breakfast was delicious though.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The issue I had with our stay was that there was a roach in our room and the fridge did not work. Room could have been cleaner as well. There was some sticky spot on the carpet and hair in the bed.

Overall the room was clean and neat; however, the bath tub and toilet were not up to par. The bath tub was rusty and chipped and dripped nonstop. The toilet handle was broke to where I had to manually flush it by lifting the lid and pull the chain. We asked to have it fixed only to find out it was corrected during my stay. It could have easily been fixed by replacing the plunger system.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the drainer in my bathroom was slow, so I had to completely take it out in order to make sure that the water runs. Other than that it was a great day, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Ashanti at the front desk was literally our angel! She was so welcoming and made our check-in so easy which we really needed. Meeting her at the front desk of the Hampton Inn after going to the first hotel we booked through Expedia (that shouldn't even be available on Expedia at this point due to crime and even a murder in the parking lot) was seriously a breath of fresh air. We truly needed that. She made our weekend so much better right from the start with her sweet disposition and positivity. She needs a raise!

This was the best Hotel stay can remember. We were in town for a wedding and your staff went over and above. I can't remember the young lady at the front desk (name started with a K)but she is out standing. I can assure you that if we are ever in the area we will be back.

Front desk lady very helpful, greeted everytime we left and came back. Breakfast , good service also friendly. The staff overall was friendly. My favorite was the lady at front desk, she went out of her way throughout the process, sorry I didn't get her name. She wears braces, you will know her by the 😊 smile. Thank you staff, keep up the good work. If I ever travel here again, I will definitely stay here again!

First travel nursing assignment so very nervous of the hotel to choose! This one was perfect! Close to West Jefferson Memorial! Clean! Staff at every encounter was nice! Room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and FREE! Across the street from Walmart, not far from Target. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Will be staying each week I come🙂

We are big fans of Hampton Inn. This property was a big disappointment. It was off the street. The surrounding are was dirty and felt unsafe. The breakfasts were horrible. Runny eggs, Luke warm, no cream cheese, etc. The afternoon cookies were burnt and stale, not freshly made. Parking was minimal. Way over priced for the area and the condition of the property. Don’t stay her. Find another Hampton or stay at another brand.

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. There are a few places to eat nearby and within walking distance as well. You will need to catch a cab ( or rideshare) to get to the hotspots in the city, which is about 15 - 20 min away. Its about 30 min from the airport.

Our stay was very nice and all the staff were very pleasant. The only issue we had was the coffee was equal to water, there was absolutely no taste to it and it was see-through, we had to go to Starbucks,which we Never do, just to get a decent cup of coffee!
