We enjoyed our time at this property. As soon as we walked in, we smelled a great scent. The property was very clean. The staff were professional and polite. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. The room accommodations were perfect. The only inconvenience was thr parking. The small lot got full quickly.

Overall everything was great only bad part was when we went to the pool my daughter ended up cutting herself on a piece of glass but the staff was absolutely excellent and handled everything beautifully. I would stay again

Complained that the a/c unit was leaking and the floor was wet. They blamed it on our cooler. It was not wet under our cooler but coming from the a/c unit towards our cooler so they said that was the problem. Completely emptied the cooler and guess what 3 days later the floor is still wet and still dry under where our cooler was sitting! Manager had no balls to do something about it. The maintenance man seemed like he was just trying to save his job and had no idea what he was doing either. Would not recommend!!

It was fine. The bed cover stunk so bad, however-we had to ball it up and put it in the bathroom. It was revolting. Products in bathroom are not great. The bed was so-so, service was food. I liked they had a fridge and freezer in the room. Hotels need to figure in room coffee out one of these days.

The location is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet in our room was dirty, the remainder of the room appeared clean. They only clean your room every other day but we had to request it to be cleaned. So one out of three days they cleaned it but did not vacuum the carpet. The breakfast was adequate. Some items they might want to discontinue. Some kind of crunchy ham and egg item was disgusting. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, and other items to choose from. Their orange juice was great. Most hotels water it down but this place did not.

We were visiting family for our Thanksgiving family trip- we booked 2 rooms and if we weren’t awake and out of room by 9am the cleaners wouldn’t come back to clean. We stayed 3 nights and we NEVER had our rooms cleaned, trash overflowing, had to ask for new towels constantly, and we asked front desk everyday to please have someone clean our room and lady at front desk was very rude, not friendly at all and curt with us after spending a lot of money with them. It was not a friendly place and we shouldn’t have to worry about cockroaches in our room which we saw 3 at 3 separate times!!!!

After recent stay, noticed $35 charge after check out. Was charged for towels they claim were missing. We did not take any towels from the hotel. The manager, Hector, refused to remove the charge. No guest of a Hilton property should have to count the towels at check-in. Will never stay there again!

I can’t believe this hotel has the audacity to put “HILTON” anywhere on the building, it is the farthest thing from it. From the moment we walked into the room it was so humid & muggy; Had the thermostat set to 70° all night and it felt like it never got below 80°. We didn’t sleep at all on the bed as they were hard as a rock! To add insult to injury, the front desk clerk (Patience) asked how our stay was and when I told her that I was disappointed in the quality of the beds & overly humid room she just brushed it off like she didn’t give a crap. Her parents would’ve been better off naming her IDGAF.

The property is very convenient to I-95. However, the area around the hotel is a bit dark and could use better lighting for safety. The main area of Vero Beach is 10+ minutes away so you would need to drive to get to most of the restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly. Wish it was in a bit better location but then the cost would be higher I'm sure. Overall a decent stay for a traveler.

The stay was nice. Staff was friendly. Only problem we had was checking in. The system was down at 3 when we went to check in but they gave us a door key to be able to take the kids to the pool while we waited for the system to come back up! Close to shopping and dining but out of the way of all the traffic but only minutes for the exit! All in all a great experience at this location!

Room was decent but subpar for what I have experienced at Hilton brands. The breakfast was a serious disappointment. No plain eggs, nothing in the cases were labeled so no clue what was in the eggs or the bread box so I did not risk it. My children took one bite of the waffles and spit them out. Not sure what the flavor was but they smelled gross and based on my children’s reaction the taste matched. Thank goodness Cracker Barrel was right down the street to save the morning with regular waffles and scrambled eggs.
