Stayed in a king bed suite and it was incredibly clean. Rooms seem really soundproofed well. Stayed for work so I had to be asleep really early and even with a hotel full of families and couldn’t hear a thing! Gym facilities were great with lots of options. Great clean place to stay!

So many problems with this property. If you want to be able to park your car, especially if you want to come and go, do not stay here. The parking lot was absolutely full of long term parkers so people had to park blocking roadways etc. if you moved vehicle to leave chances are you wouldn’t get a spot again. Restaurant was out of some of menu items. Needed maintenance twice for room repairs (maintenance person was very friendly). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed here 2 different nights coming and going thru Minneapolis. Check in was easy, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We did have to use the shuttle service both times and that is a nice perk, just need to use the app. Very convenient to the airport and mall.

Very clean, nice features, & staff was very pleasant! The Studio suite was very nice, except I did have to go to the front desk to tell them my toilet want flushing properly. Maintenance guy showed up on time and got it working. It was a shame the bartender didn't show up!

The property was clean and quiet. Employees were kind and helpful. The parking was expensive, it stated on the Expedia website that it was $10 a night but when we got there we found out it was 15 + fees for online payments which wasn't optional. It was about 17$ a night. Crazy price for parking. If I would've known that before I would've chosen another hotel. Many others around.

The hotel was very nice however they didnt service our room but once a week unless we asked for it.....also we were charged $15.00 a day for parking which i thought is outrageous....the only time ive payed that much for parking was at Disneyland which is a little more expected.....i wouldnt stay here again just because of the daily parking rate.

My stay was excellent. Check-in was friendly and easy. The room was spotless, inviting, and comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices. The dining area was flawless and constantly patrolled by a Hyatt employee.

Aside from the fact there were ants in the pool area, there were ants in our bathroom also. Gross. The hotel charges $15 a night for parking on property, yet, we were unable to park in the parking lot at the hotel due to there NOT BEING ONE SINGLE SPOT AVAILABLE TO PARK. We had two rooms and didn’t see housekeeping once, in either room.

Not to the fault of the hotel but the room next door must have had an early flight and were talking loud and leaving at 3:30 am and air planes were right over the hotel and we were on the 4th floor so it wasn’t super quiet like some hotels. It was very close to the MOA and breakfast was very good. If we stayed again we would request a lower level.

The room was clean with good clean towels and comfortable bed and pillows, good variety of choices for breakfast. Front desk services ok. I do have to mention about the noise of the dripping shower head onto the stainless steel floor drainage created an overnight nuisance. It should be good once the maintenance person get their hands on it.

The room exceeded my expectations and it was very clean. Mall of America is within walking distance and Walmart is a 6 minute drive away. There is a beautiful hiking trail right next to the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a free airport shuttle service.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. If you want proximity to Mall or Airport it’s great. Limited food options that are not in the Mall, otherwise our stay was good. Nothing fancy or extra, but good for our two nights. My only complaint would be the bathroom sink. The faucet is too large for the tiny sink and you couldn’t run water without getting it everywhere.

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Hyatt House MOA. The accommodations were top-notch—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed—but what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. A special mention goes to the bartender, Richard A. whose professionalism, creativity, and warm personality made every visit to the bar a highlight. 6 hour drive from Chicago to get there. We got there at 12:30am. We knew it was late so we booked online in advance. We were 4 people and booked 3 rooms. But when we got there, they only gave me one room. And said I booked 1 room. I tried to explain to the front desk that I booked 3 rooms with 3 different names. But she was very rude and refused to check me in. She said there were no more rooms. and told me have to call Expidia. It took almost 1 hour for us to get through to customer service. Then Expidia called her back and told her 3 different names. Finally she found the room we booked. If she listened to me from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted 1 hour. very tired of arriving at 1am not being able to check in and sitting waiting because of her don’t want to do her job.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel. We checked in late at night (about 10pm) and they were overbooked with a college soccer team staying there. We were "upgraded" from two queen beds to a suite with one king and a pull out couch for 5 of us. When going back to the front desk to move back into the room we were booked, they were sold out and the general manager would be there the next morning to talk to them. We were offered two drink coupons. The next day in speaking to the manager, she was friendly and helpful but not much she could do. She offered to move us to another hotel or have some food coupons for the restaurant and we didn't want to move so we took the food vouchers. When we ordered food on Saturday night they didn't have an item we tried to order, they forgot the fries, and messed up another order. At this point we just threw the food away and got food elsewhere. I would be cautious booking a room here. We picked a specific room for our family and it was changed into a different setup without having other options. I would also not recommend the restaurant/bar. The food order was incorrect and awful.

The check-in process was a huge hiccup. The lady didn’t do a proper check-in and put a hold on my credit card for a thousand dollars. When I asked about it, her response was broad and weak. The next morning, my debit card was charged $150 (this was not the card with the $1,000 hold). I thought it was strange that the cleaning lady tried to open the door to my room earlier that morning. She explained that her paperwork showed the room as empty. I talked to the GM in the morning, and he realized the error and corrected the “no show” status. He said he would find out why there was a $1,000 hold on my credit card and call me back, but he didn’t. When I got to the hotel at 5pm, he wasn’t there, but the assistant manager said she was aware of the situation. They asked for my card again to charge me for my second night the following day. About the $1,000 hold, she just said it would “more than likely” be gone by the next morning after check-out. It is still there. There was no late checkout offered or a free night for the hassle.

We had a conference at the Mall of America Radisson and the location was easy to get to from the Hyatt. There’s no room service and the bar is tiny (with a really rude bartender when we were there, but I’m sure staff changes). The staff at the front desk was great and all really friendly. I thought it was really clean, but daily service, trash wasn’t taken out. There’s a convenient snack self-checkout area open 24/7. So all in all, it depends on what’s important to you. important to you. But it was a fine experience overall.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent variety of breakfast options for the free continental breakfast. Quiet facility. Very responsive, friendly staff. Only complaint would be that the automatic blinds in our room didn’t work and no sponge or towel provided to properly wash dishes.
