The only thing I had an issue with is that I purchased parking at checkin. I wasn’t able to actually park in the parking lot due to it being full. I had to park in a garage at 12am while pregnant. What’s the point of paying for parking if it’s not honored or kept track of.

VERY clean and Up to date with the property!! Good choices to eat for breakfast, compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at with free breakfast… Food did run out… myself and another guest had to reach out to have them make more food. The pool was small and average but doable. Not the best scenery of buildings surrounding the hotel but its convenient and close to downtown. Not happy about paying for $18 per day for parking, and per car…. When checking out, the lady at the desk did not ask how my stay was. I told her I’m checking out and my room number.. and she only replied with an ok. Other than those minor things, I would definitely stay at this location again… my main concern is the cleanliness and how well the hotel is up to date and their the good breakfast!! Overall I’m satisfied.

Hotel was located in a nice area with gated parking on property. Fast check in and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Key cards access elevators, rooms and doors to pool and outside. Rooms nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. Full breakfast was a home run! We will return again if in the downtown area.

I was more than surprised that I had to pay almost $20 to park and it was not in the price of the hotel on your site. My bathroom had pink mold growing on the shower head and black mold growing around the handicap bar, the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were so soft you needed 6 just to get to the size of a regular pillow. The breakfast was watery eggs, only strawberry yogurt (I am allergic to strawberries ), stale cereal and the sausage patties were burnt on one side and under cooked on the other. I have always stayed at Hampton Inn in the past, but was shocked by this one. I will not be back and cannot say a single positive thing about it I am sorry to say.

I have stayed at many hampton properties but this one was by far the dirtiest hotel I have seen. There many situations where I found myself grossed out. One of which was where i passed a dead Palmetto/ Cockroach on the floor on my way to my room. I had to pass it again in the morning on my way to the breakfast buffet which was very off putting. The coffee urns in the lobby were stained and had calcium like white chunks on the spout which made me not want to use them. I will choose another hotel in the future.

Everything was comfortable, but i did notice bathroom floor was dirty, lots of long black hair on floor and obviously floor not been mopped. Theres no daily housekeeping, and for the looks of it limited staff, especially when youre checking in after 9.. good breakfast and nice employees at breakfast.

Our room 512 was exceptionally clean and sparkling. Carpet appeared new. There was a nice clean refreshing smell in the room. Even the A/C ran quiet and was controlled by a wall-mounted thermostat; nice plus there. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom had a built-in "nite light". These kinds of attention to detail really separate Hampton Inn from the rest. Oh and the breakfast was very appreciated with many choices. We shall return to this very hotel upon our next visit to Orlando.

This hotel was very nice. The only thing is that the additional parking fee should have been disclosed at booking and not check in. Also my block out curtains did not close all the way when it was time to sleep. A person sensitive to light like me may make the nights rest a little less comfortable. But everything else was excellent.

Check in was seamless. Room was clean, bed was semi comfortable. The only issues with the room were the fact that there was no microwave and the noise from the refrigerator. It vibrated and it made a continual hum. Very annoying. Complimentary breakfast looked ok. I couldn’t or wouldn’t eat because of the gnats flying around. Coffee was good. Dark roast was actually dark and not weak.

The stay was very nice. Your recent refurbishing paid off-just lovely. However, the air conditioner sounded like helicopters closing in and in addition the very uncomfortable bed-led to a sleepless night. I hope you plan on updatingthe beds.

The hotel itself is not bad, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room on the other hand needs attention. The carpets are old, full of stains, the nightstand lamp had so much dust in it, the room chair was so dirty full of stains as well. Room size is great for family of 5.

We had difficulty checking in. Our reservation could not be found. I could never quite figure out if it was Expedia or a training issue with the front desk. Once that anxiety passed, our stay went well. It was me and my young adult daughter. We felt safe. The included breakfast was very good. The room seemed clean, other than the dusty bathroom shelves where the towels were and the steam from the shower revealed a dusty and sticky floor. I would likely stay again.

Hotel check-in was horrible! Check-in time was listed at 3 pm. We arrived at 4 pm with the thought that we would check in, get changed in our room, and head out for dinner before our 7 pm show. We were told that our room wasn’t ready yet, but to wait 10 minutes and it should be good to go. We had to wait 45 minutes, and watched as others were able to check into their rooms before us. Because of the delay, my wife and I were unable to make it to dinner, as everything was too crowded. Because of the kids, and our busy schedules, we may only have an opportunity like this once a year, and our night was off to a disappointing start

My husband is disabled and your desk clerks Cami, Lakeisha and Pedro were all helpful, involved and wonderful. Especially Henry the engineer who helped my husband, three times and even pushed his wheelchair across the street and up a hill so he could see his physician who admitted him to the hospital. The staff was great! William ( i believe in maintenance) made our stay. the first day he saw me struggling with all the luggage. he stopped what he was doing, came over to help. every time i saw him, he asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. when we left he came and helped take the luggage out.

Great location, just south of downtown, makes for easy access to all major events and nightlife. The daily breakfast definitely helped save money on meals, and it was a nice variety of foods. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Orlando.

This hotel had a great price and is close to Downton Orlando. We wanted to be close to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts because we were going to see Harry Potter in concert. It was about a mile walk there and back so it was perfect. The room was nice and clean and had perfect curtains that don't let a lot of light in. They also have breakfast in the morning which did the job.

We have a family member in ICU at the medical center. The hotel staff has gone above and beyond in every way imaginable. Their kindness and empathy has been wonderful. The location is steps away from the hospital which has been very helpful when we’ve needed to meet with our medical team in the middle of the night. Staying here has alleviated so much of our stress. We are grateful.

This location is one block from Oregon Regional Medical Center. The parking lot has easy access with ample spaces. Front desk staff is consistently cheerful and professional. Free breakfast is served until 10am with plenty of options including waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juices, yogurt and more. Beds are comfortable. There aren't good restaurant options within close walking distance. (There is a bar in the Marriott close by, but that is a one and done option since their barfood and cocktails were poor to mediocre.)

The hotel was super nice and very clean. So convenient if you are in town for an Orlando Magic game. I was disappointed that they charge $20 a day for parking in their own parking lot. For that price I was assuming it was valet but it wasn’t. What exactly was I paying for? Wasn’t the $240 a night enough to cover the parking? Also breakfast was extremely disappointing. We went down, only an hour and half into their 4 hour breakfast service, and there was no milk for the cereal they were serving. No fruit, muffins, yogurt, all of which are usually staples at restaurants that serve breakfast. Trust me I’m not that picky but this was really lacking, again, considering what we paid

beautiful room, wish we arrived earlier to enjoy tgeroom. Front desk didn't communicate breakfast times, but we were able to go down, shortly before they were closing. Not much to choose from as it was probably a wedding going on and the room was crowded and everything was picked over, I saw a couple of muffins. The crowd seem to be enjoying the breakfast. I will say that the coffee was not very good and I made a cup of tea the night we arrived and the water was barely warm, and that was also my experience in the morning. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, extremely safe, I also didn’t know that there was $18 charge to park but welcome to Orlando. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and I certainly could’ve enjoyed an entire day sitting in the beautiful room.
