The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again.

We were happy to find The Milo available for the last 6 nights of our trip. Close to the Zocolo and other areas of interest. We had room 10 and were happy but there is some street noise. Try room 12 or 2 for a quieter room but I don’t think you will have a window to outside. The hotel is charming especially the top deck restaurant with the views and excellent service. Thank you Daniela and Hugo! The front desk treated us so graciously. Annie is spectacular at her job. We felt like family. She looked after every need we had with the utmost attention. The hotel is very secure which is important to us as women travelers.

Está a 4 cuadras del zócalo, a 5 minutos caminando El estacionamiento está a cuadra y media por un costo de 177 pesos por día Yo recomiendo bastante el hospedarse en esta propiedad

The Milo Hotel in Puebla is in a beautifully renovated building that dates back to the colonial period. The stone staircases and high ceilings are reminiscent of an earlier time. The roof terrace provides a quiet place to relax or work and offers views of the city with all of its churches. The hotel is centrally located within a short walk of the central Zócalo. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious with strong coffee, a healthy fruit salad and fresh breads and pastries. We stayed five nights and strongly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located within walking distance to many historic sites, cafes and restaurants. The coffee is great and the continental breakfast is tasty. You can buy food if you want more. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was upstairs away from the street so it was quiet. The staff is very friendly. The value of our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed Milo Collection for the last four nights. From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. Nice to have bottled water in the room and a small treat each day. Housekeeping was amazing. Felt safe when walking to and from the hotel. Easy walk to the main square where there was lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, walkable were the weekend flea/farmers markets. Continental breakfast was fine. Breakfast menu available if you wanted a more substantial meal. There is also a Sunday buffet which had a nice variety.

Our experience was good. Beautiful property each room decorated individually, bed & pillows were super comfortable, they keep the room clean, quiet to sleep.The breakfast included could be a bit more, but it was good and appreciated. Excellent front desk customer service, we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puebla as they make you feel like home. This is a gem of a hotel.

Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.
Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. Beautiful hotel and felt comfortable. The only complaint would be that we stayed in a room under the roof top and could hear when a chair would be drag around. Also, could hear when chairs and people were jumping. Besides that, I appreciate staff being attentive.

Our stay here was AMAZING!! The staff, Ari, Ismael and Johnathan are just the best ever. They made us feel like we were home. They stopped at nothing to make our stay the most comfortable. Ismael was so kind and served us up the greatest breakfast on the Terrance. Always had a smile on his face to welcome us in the mornings. And Ari was also so amazing. Always so sweet and joyful and willing to help me with any travel or sight seeing I needed!! I just can’t say enough good things. Upon check out we took pictures with Ari and Ismael and they walked us to our Uber and we all hugged goodbye. It was like saying good bye to family. We can’t wait to go back!!

Incredible! Beyond expectations. The room was so nice, beds were the best ( I checked the mattress to order for home!). Staff were lovely. Little touches were so well received- biscuits in room, text before arrival, snacks in lobby. Just brilliant.

Enjoyed Milo Collection for the last four nights. From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. Nice to have bottled water in the room and a small treat each day. Housekeeping was amazing. Felt safe when walking to and from the hotel. Easy walk to the main square where there was lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, walkable were the weekend flea/farmers markets. Continental breakfast was fine. Breakfast menu available if you wanted a more substantial meal. There is also a Sunday buffet which had a nice variety.

El hotel es muy bonito. El servicio en general es excelente, todo el personal muy amable. Céntrico. El pan en el restaurante es delicioso. El restaurante y la vista es magnífica. Mi única sugerencia sería en el restaurante el servicio es un poquito lento porque la mesera tiene que ir a la cocina o al bar y pierde visibilidad de los clientes, no sabe si llega alguien o no. Tal vez una cámara en el área de mesas para q tenga vista desde la cocina. Nos encantó!

très bel hôtel , dans une vielle bâtisse très bien rénovée , à 5 minutes à pied de la place centrale . personnel aux petits soins . seul bémol : petit déjeuner gratuit car inexistant , un café ou thé + 1 ou 2 tranches de pain de mie , un peu de confiture et un peu de beurre un peu de fruits coupés . c est tout ... car pas du tout de cuisine dans l hôtel .

The staff at the hotel went over and above to make sure everything was good. I had an accident while walking in Puebla and the staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing in guiding me to get the help that I needed. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very, very good. The location of the hotel was very good and that it was quiet yet still very close to the center of the historic district.

Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.

The Milo Hotel in Puebla is in a beautifully renovated building that dates back to the colonial period. The stone staircases and high ceilings are reminiscent of an earlier time. The roof terrace provides a quiet place to relax or work and offers views of the city with all of its churches. The hotel is centrally located within a short walk of the central Zócalo. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious with strong coffee, a healthy fruit salad and fresh breads and pastries. We stayed five nights and strongly recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely room and the hotel is very conveniently located. It felt a little strange that our room opened right onto the lobby (main floor near the entrance) but we didn't have any issues with noise. The hotel itself doesn't have many amenities and the rooftop cafe is only periodically open, though you can go upstairs to sit and enjoy the view anytime.

Such a unique property with modern yet historic rooms. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. AC and shower both worked great. Plentiful breakfast with the most amazing view in all directions of Puebla and even the volcano Popocatépetl one morning!
